The waiter mentioned they're in between menus; i'm hoping my feedback can be helpful to the restaurant. Also it is my pet peeve when servers don't tell you upon seating you that they are out of an item. The rice was full of flavor and delicious. The Paella had a rich flavor profile, with the prominent tastes of saffron and smoky paprika coming together to create a satisfying and aromatic experience.
