While in NE visiting family we stopped at the Warehouse with our adult kids. It was a very comfortable place and we were sat straight away. Our waitress was fantastic, giving honest opinions when asked (I typically ask what they like or not) We started with the loaded nachos which were delicious and huge, plenty for a group. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap and again it was way better than I expected. I would visit again!

Fantastic first visit! My Mom and I were driving from UNMC in Omaha back home to South Sioux City when we found this place and Yelp and decided to stop to eat. The pictures people added was what helped make our decision. It's a huge 1-room warehouse-type restaurant with a small half horseshoe bar and tons of seating. I noticed it's a Packer's bar! #GoPackGo We didn't drink anything other than water, so I won't be commenting on the bar or alcohol side of things. The menu was big and offered bar food, comfort food, pizzas, and had nightly specials. We were on a Wednesday and there was a wing and pitcher combo. We weren't drinking so we each picked our own plate. I had the chicken bacon ranch wrap, minus tomatoes, and it was amazing! I needed additional ranch, but I'm a ranch freak. That last star I awarded was because their ranch is so good. I wish I could have taken a bottle home. My Mom got the open faced Turkey sandwich and it was good. The sour cream gravy was good, but I don't think I would have liked so much of it. I'm very happy with my food choice. Waitresses were nice. Bathrooms were great. We're going to make this place a more frequent stop for when we travel to and from Omaha on the NE side.

Went to the Warehouse today for lunch, got there at 12:30 and we were the only ones seated for lunch. (The bar had 1 person at it having a beer). Rather surprised considering every time we drive by it is busy. My husband and I each ordered the Angus Melt, a 1/2 lb burger with sautéed onions and peppers and swiss cheese on grilled marble bread. The burgers came out well done but not dry and were very tasty. Service seemed a little slow even though we were their only customers but overall a good filling lunch. The menu is huge, everything from burgers and pizza to mexican and hot dogs. Almost too big in my opinion. It's a nice place to eat in Bennington and recommend stopping by next time you're in the area. (My photo is just my burger, the side salad I ordered with it I ate first!)

This operation fraudulently added an extra $$$ tip for themselves after poor service on a recent visit. Will not be returning.

Monolithic Brewing - Benevolent Sun (hazy IPA)

Went here on a Friday night after a long week for a drink and was pleasantly surprised by the…read moreinterior and outdoors! It wasn't too crowded inside and the outside had a view of a beautiful fountain, perfect for the summer. I ordered a flight of drinks to try out and I enjoyed all of them! Our waiter was very friendly and checked in on us often. I'll definitely be back!

Monolithic Brewing has quickly become one of my favorite little neighborhood hangouts. Tucked into…read morea spot that's seen a few restaurants and bars over the years, this version feels like it finally fits. While the space is a bit smaller now (they lost the side unit), it still has those great open doors at the back and a patio that overlooks a peaceful little pond and fountain. The patio is easily my favorite spot to sit, sip, and unwind. Their brews are where they shine, and the Benevolent Sun (a hazy IPA) is my go-to. It's bright, citrusy, and basically sunshine in a glass--perfect for those laid-back patio visits. I'm also a big fan of the Chupacabra, their Mexican-style lager that's super drinkable and pairs perfectly with everything. They do have a small food menu--think wraps, sandwiches, and apps--and while it's not extensive, it's solid. The Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap hits the spot, and I always order the Chips and Beer Cheese to go along with my beer (especially with a Chupacabra in hand). As one of the owners told us during a visit, "We're a brewery that has food, not a restaurant that serves beer." And honestly? They own that identity in the best way. The service is great too, with friendly knowledgeable servers and bartenders. If you're looking for a cozy, craft-focused spot to relax with a great beer in hand and a chill view out back, Monolithic's it.

This time I got the chicken fried steak, with biscuits, and frips on the side. I'll be honest that the chicken fried steak wasn't as good as last time-- it was more of a ground beef texture. The biscuits were absolutely amazing, and the perfect texture and taste to go with the gravy! The frips were also surprisingly good as I'm not a huge potato person! The burrito bowl is also something I wouldn't have ordered myself, but my friends loved it! Overall, it did have a good flavor, better than I expected. I love a pancakes come with real maple syrup! This is a huge plus for me, as it makes such a difference in my opinion. Overall, the price point for these made from scratch Meals is so good! This may be my favorite brunch in the city, as everything comes out piping hot, and incredibly fresh. Service is also amazing as well! The restaurant is small, with one back room that allows for a more intimate setting. There's also a patio, which I have not yet gotten to sit on with the cold weather! I would recommend making a reservation in advance since there is not a huge amount of seating.

Tried for the first time. Keep an eye on your bill. If you order a latte, they bring you a large,…read morewithout telling you. Most of the dishes have sausage gravy, and you can't request not to include sausage gravy. Placed and order, server came back to our table to let us know that they can not make anything without sausage gravy if it's included. Makes me wonder if everything is pre-made and just warmed up. So I had to sit while my girlfriend had her breakfast. Update Please don't put words in my mouth. We ordered a latte. If the server chooses the side, the paying customer needs to be notified or asked. I asked it it was possible to have WITHOUT sausage gravy. I was told that was no problem. Then that they were unable to remove sausage gravy. I never spoke to you about that, again please don't out words into the customers mouth. I asked to remove the sausage gravy. I DO NOT eat pork. Removing sausage from the gravy would not total remove the pork from the gravy.... Think about how dumb that sounds. I can't believe you, who I did not speak to, would phrase it like that. Again I asked to have without Sausage gravy and the kitchen said no. After that, we noticed the charge for the latte. I said the menu said $5.75 was the small. Why did you charge for the large? Server said he would fix it. Maybe you should have the server reply as he took the order The description on the menu said sliced steak. It was not. If it is designed to be an open faced sandwich, maybe put that on the menu. When I order a sandwich that's what I expect. I was not expecting it to be sauggy to have to use a fork to eat a sandwich. This was our first time here, I did not know it was an open faced Sandwich. Rather than be surprised again and have to refuse food. We went somewhere we know how the food is served without surprises. And if we ask no sausage gravy, they kindly serve without sausage gravy. Having a well trained server could have made all the difference. I also though about ordering something else. I ask what kind of pancake syrup was available, we were told sugar and sugar fee. Picking up the server didn't understand the question, I ordered something else rather than try to get the server to understand what I meant. When I ordered hash browns, the server asked do I want them how it comes, or extra crispy? When I asked how do the hash browns normally come, the server said the "regular" way. I didn't want to make our server feel stupid, because I don't know what the regular way is either, so we went along with it and tried to make the best of it. You on the other hand fail in the area of emotional intelligence and I can't believe you would put words, creating your customers response is beyond anything I could imagine. WOW
