The other Wash Stop is much busier and if you come the busiest time of day there's a LINE to use the washers. 5 Stars - This place is consistently less crowded 1 Star - Laundry comes out wet so you'd have to pay a fortune to dry your items. I come here to wash a Ruggable rug, which is a very lightweight rug "topper." I get the biggest machine, much bigger than the rug itself, so it gets really clean. I bring it home to hang it. I did that today and hung it inside since I have the heater on and water dripped off it all over my hardwood floors. Luckily I caught it and was able to mop it up but it soaked some items I had on the floor. Front loading spin washers are *specifically* designed to extract the maximum amount of water out of your clothes to make drying more efficient, in this case cheaper and faster. They've either adjusted them to not do that or something's wrong with their machines. You can't use the credit card device on the machines, ever, but it's easy enough to pay the staff with a credit card. You don't have to bring change. read more

Haven't needed a commercial size washer in a bit. Knew it had been remodeled as the street front signage was upgraded. I used a washer for $9.75 which is 25 minutes. Used the bottom unit of their double stacked dryers. Quarters only for 5 min/25 cents. Clean kept. Baskets supplied. Parking in back can get full, but I did ok on my trips to load & then dry. Have TVs above dryers and speaker music - background wise. read more

I have been a loyal customer since covid. Even after I moved out of the area. I travel from Sunnyvale because I like the washers. The staff always keeps laundromat clean. After the owner passed, maintenance on the machines has not been kept up withas many woukd prefer. For several months now there has been a couple of machines out of service. Today there are close to 10 machines, mostly dryers. I had to leave with my clothes and blankets all wet; there was literally a line of people waiting to dry. I was not the only that left. So if you go, do not go on a busy time. I do hope this issue is resolved soon. I have tried other laundromat near my area and cupertino bu they do not compare. I love it here.. please get these machines fixed. read more

Hated this laundromat. All washers are extremely expensive with very little space. I only washed half of my clothes because spending over $15 just on the wash is f*cking ridiculous. Also, all of them have card readers however it will decline every single card no matter what. So then you have to take out your clothes and hope the next machine works OR go get quarters. So bring like $30 worth of quarters if you plan on doing a couple loads of laundry. Would not recommend read more

This review is for the Wash & Fold service, which I previously would have given 4 stars. However, the service has markedly declined over the last few months and now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Depending on who is doing the laundry, you may get a bag full of wonderfully folded and clean clothes, or a giant wrinkly, haphazardly-folded mess. My husband always asks for his button up shirts to be hung up, which is an extra charge. Usually they come through on this request, but lately they've been folded and smashed into a bag instead. And yes, more often than not lately the clothes have all been CRAMMED into the bag(s). Yesterday he picked up laundry and asked about the hanging shirts, and the attendant told him there weren't any. Well, this was obviously an attempt to hide the fact that they RUINED one of his shirts - the collar button was obviously ripped off somewhere in the cleaning process and snagged that entire side of the shirt. It was obvious, so why didn't they tell him it had happened? The other 4 button-ups where folded, and now I have to take the time to steam all of the wrinkles out. To add insult to injury, one of our brand new textured grey towels was returned with some pretty epic bleach spots, although it was folded inside-out to completely hide the problem - I only discovered it upon refolding the towel (because apparently they don't know how to fold towels the same way twice now). Maybe this is a good place to do your laundry, but it isn't a place to drop it off for Wash & Fold. The amount of time it will take you to refold, hang up, or iron all of that stuff is not worth what they charge...basically, if you're trying to save time, don't bother coming here cause you won't save any. I was just threatened by a guy who drives the Mercedes Sprinter that works for wash stop. I'm handicap and have a handicap placard. He was parked in the handicap parking. I do my laundry here and he is always parked in the handicap parking. Today I got fed up, told the employee inside that he needs to move his vehicle because that spot is reserved for handicap people. He started yelling at me saying " I have hundreds of loads to do" I told him that doesn't qualify you to park in the handicap parking spot. He told me F-U! He told me he is going to call the landlord and have him remove the handicap signs, and told me you can no longer do your laundry here. I told him I will and can sue you for harassment and threatening me which of, you have no right to do. I didn't do anything WRONG, but you did and now you think you can call the police on me for what? The fact that you were breaking the law and have no respect for it or handicap people. If the owner of this Laundry mat is or will read this, please educate your employees regarding handicap parking spaces. He also told me that he told the employee if I come back in to call the police on me seriously. I will not be bullied or intimidated by a person who has blatant disrespect for the law and handicap parking spaces or people who are handicapped. Since he thinks he has to load hundreds of bags of laundry that, that qualifies him to park in handicap parking space, which it don't, then he should seek employment elsewhere. This issue needs to be addressed and if for ANY reason I'm barred from doing my laundry here of which I have been doing for the last 7 months. Today I attended laundromat and was disappointed with horrible treatment by attendant and 2 laundry customers.When I arrived laundromat was overcrowded when machines stopped I have asked politely lady around corner if clothes machines are hers she said yes Her granddaughter about 5 years old had to experience some trauma . When she saw me she was super scared as she would see predator .She was shaking and urinated all over place while grandma was on the phone.After five minutes I told grandma I will take cloth out and she said no continue to be on a phone and asking me to wait .I went to attendant.As I did that another customer started to attack me verbally thinking I am American white she would make remarks like no men would ever touch you you are disgusting few times each time she was passing Infront of me and also blame me for doing something to a child.On the end as my cloth was in a dryer I went to attendant to pay .She was speaking with lady having few kids talking that Americans are lazy and disrespectful.I speak Spanish to so I told her she is mistaken about.Then laundry attendant told me she will call police.I told her that I question her being legal and than she started to yell at me and telling me I am a racist who I am definitely not.Once you are legal you have to behave and be respectful because all you do goes on your record.As attendant was screaming loud another lady who was previously insulting me was recording on her phone.After I left laundry room attendant took pictures of me my car and license plate.This is totally unacceptable hatred toward me because I happen to be white.I hope owner will fire that attendant and hire a respectful open-minded reasonable person. read more
