Bought a washing machine from here a year ago for the first time. I have since had to have my machine swapped out 4 times due to service issues. The technician they sent out each time was knowledgeable and prompt but each time ran into an issue that couldn't be fixed or would require a part they couldn't source. This has lead to a perpetual cycle of repair and replacement which is beyond inconvenient and a lackluster standard of service. 1 or 2 machine replacements could indicate a fluke but 4 is indicative of a pattern of substandard quality. The one year warranty is generous but I have not even gotten to use any of the machines that long. Now that I approach the end of this period I was told that it would be too late for any substantive action to remedy other than to try to continue to repair. I had spoken to the owner and was hopeful about a potential remedy that would be amenable to both parties but eventually their communication just stopped. The service received has been frustrating and dissatisfying. Would absolutely not recommend patronizing this business. read more

they did a half ass job cleaning the oven that there was a horrible chemical smell from oven couldn't cook dinner damaged our cord from stove and took a whole day come bring a new one. worst service ever. read more

I reached out for repair service for my older model Whirlpool dryer and they came out the next week as scheduled. Prompt and professional and got the dryer back to good working order in 45 minutes. I believe they are a black-owned business as well which makes me even more glad to support them. I was charged $147 + tax ($157 and change) for the repair which seemed reasonable. If I need appliance repair I will call them again. read more

This washer/dryer/refrigerator service company will fix your appliance for $99 + tax or they will not charge you a dime. My dryer stopped starting and I called and a tech came out the next business day. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the machine because it needs a new motor, but the tech explained how we could rig it to work a little longer and indeed charged us nothing for the house call! I believe they sell refurbished appliances at their store. The CS people I talked to on the phone were extremely friendly. I will definitely call this place again for any such repair! read more

We ordered a washer and dryer a month ago to be delivered when we moved to our new apartment. They delivered it on the right date, but installed the washer to the wrong water hook up, didn't set up a vent for the dryer, and then left. The dryer was broken when we got it and still doesn't work four days later. It doesn't rotate at all. The clothes just sit there, wet. Why did a month go by and no one noticed they were going to deliver me a broken dryer? When we call to try to get everything fixed, the employees have no answers as to why a broken appliance would be delivered. One said "well, it's like a used car. We don't guarantee anything." Wouldn't you expect a used car to at least drive off the lot? No one is willing to work with the customer and they just push back at everything you say. The only response they offer is that they can't do anything and someone will come out in a few days, between a 7 hour time window. They also say they don't know the owner and only offer an email. They sent someone out yesterday, after making multiple calls and pleading for someone to show up. The repairman who came to look at the dryer was nice, but he admitted the shop needs to take care of the problem. We tried calling again today and they have hung up on my wife multiple times and we still don't know if the machine will ever be fixed. We have laundry to do! I wish I'd never made a purchase. I know the owner does respond to negative reviews occasionally, as you can see his name on Yelp and Facebook commenting on others posts. My second time using their repair service. First time they did as advertised, and fixed a noisy washer for the $99. This time, different washer was noisy, and technician said he couldn't repair it. Said it could be repaired, just not by him for $99. Recommended I call someone else, and it could be anywhere between $300-$400. Kind of a joke, and a waste of everybody's time. They should change their $99 motto to "Only if we can fix it for $40, and charge you $99." read more

I have been doing business with the washing man for 19 years.Never had a complaint but I must say they have became very unprofessional and disrespectful . I purchased a washer and refrigerator on February 22.My delivery date was February 26. They show up with a refrigerator in a dryer, I told them I did not purchase a dryer. They took the dryer back it told me to return on Monday with the receipt. I went in on Monday with my receipt, I was told my delivery date will be that day before 6 o'clock which what's my name. I work second shift a day so I did not get off until 1030. So I called him Tuesday morning, I was told that they were booked up and they will give me a call back because the truck was full. noone never called back so at 12 o'clock I text him which I ask for a refund because I feel I was being ignored. I was told that they don't do refunds so I told them that I will try to get the refund from my bank but I did not want to re-file for the refrigerator because I had it already basically they told me they hope I get my refund back I have a good day. Today is March 1 I still do not have my washer I still do not have my money and no one has not reached out to me. They also so the washer did I pay for it was nowhere in the store when I got there so I had to pick out another Washington I did not want and I still didn't get it anyway I am so disappointed read more

The were hired to hook up our washer and dryer after our move. We had to call them back multiple times and they left us w holes in the brand new dryer venting we bought, the washing machine is so far out of level that we had to do the whole job over ourselves. Customer service is HORRIBLE, They DO NOT HONOR THE $99 guarantee, they lied to me and told me the $99 will cover the service tech trip to my location, the part and the service. The service tech said he had to order a part for my refrigerator and would call when it arrived. He never called, and when I called, they said it was a $50 deposit to order the part and the total would be $173! This is poor customer service, and not honoring what they advertise! We bought a used refrigerator from the WMM for $200. We used it as an extra fridge, kept it in the garage and it ran faithfully for 5 years. This has been the worst experience ever! I will never purchase anything else from this place. This refrigerator has been nothing but trouble. The customer service is horrible too. The female that answers the phone should be out of a job. She is extremely rude and needs a huge lesson on the concept of "The customer experience." Additionally, the repairmen never come on time if at all. I had an appointment and after waiting for them all day, they never bothered to show up or call and this isn't the first time.
