We went in search of my daughter's wedding dress. We were greeted with complete kindness by Tamera. We were taken to large and beautiful fitting room. Shortly we were paired up with Chelsea. Our consultant was amazing, she deserves recognition for her service. However, I purchased my daughter's wedding gown; once it came in (by about 2 weeks late), she brought it home. It stayed in the bag until our alterations appointment with upstairs. The dress was damaged/broken. Zipper was off the dress, you could stick 2 fingers through it. Lace was also off the dress as well as one of the button loops was broken. Ashley's answer to me was basically we didn't charge for the repairs so you should be happy. It was a brand new dress! To then imply we broke the dress after it left the store is absolutely insane to me. Beware, they only care about your money and not the integrity of their business. They say they do QC, when I asked if she went upstairs to double check the whole dress, she stated she asked the seamstress and to. Upon pick up from alterations, it was still damaged. The lace was still off of the dress, which was fixed on the spot but proves the point that they don't care and they don't do quality control. Save your money and find a shop that takes pride in their business. read more

We had gone to another place and I really feel like the lady sold my daughter an experience instead of allowing her to fine that special dress. I mean she hook lined and sank her on a dress that she liked. It was beautiful dont get me wrong. However, it was not my daughter's true experience if I can explain that right. We ended up going to the wedding bell on accident. We had an apt at a place down the road and did not find anything. We ended up calling and they just so happened to have an opening. Maddison helped us. She listened to what my daughter and what she wanted. She was very respectful of our budget, and found some beautiful dresses. As we were trying the dresses on i could not thank her enough. She allowed my daughter to have a genuine experience and in the end she found her perfect dress. They have a good selection of dresses and sizing. Pricing is also understandably around 1500-2500 average from what I saw. Danelle, the consultant helping me was lovely and did such a great job clipping the dress to my body shape. It helped to visualize what the dress would look like after alterations, because likely you'll be trying on dresses that are not your exact size. The average dress size is around a 10-12. Cons: my appointment started later than scheduled. Arrive early to find street parking. read more

I have to sing the loudest praises possible for Beth, who did the alterations on my dress. I came in March with a dress not purchased from the Wedding Bell and I just met the cut for when they stop taking outside dresses. Even with bringing a dress from another boutique (purchased with my family down in Oregon), I felt no animosity about not having gotten my dress there from the front of house nor Beth. It is so clear that everyone there has the same goal, make the bride feel like a million dollars! Beth is the most friendly, perfectionist and her work is impeccable. When I came in March I was trending on losing some more weight due to recovering from an injury. She had me come in 3 times to re-pin me so that she could make sure she ensured the integrity of the fine lace on my dress and only cut once! On the day of pick-up, she still didn't feel it was perfect enough and she made some more alterations on the spot before I left so that it would be exactly the vision she had in mind. I must add additionally, she had to completely re-create the structure of the dress as I purchased a sample that was much too large. This dress might as well be a Beth original at this point! When all was said and done dress was taken in 12 inches, created two seams (completely undetectable), ensured matching of the lace pattern, added some work too create a shape that was flattering to my behind, and didn't disrupt the pattern of the bead work.
