On a quest to find, well you know what it is, a wedding ring! We were looking more so for my future hubby at the time. Can you believe it was MUCH harder and longer for him to find the perfect ring!? Unbelievable, but I guess women dream of their ring much longer than the guys. This shop is located on a corner and they have their own little parking lot. We walked in through the doors to a staircase and no one to welcome us in. We awkwardly walked upstairs confused if they were open or not. I felt a little sketch but had some confidence since I hear their commercials constantly on the radio. We finally reach the top of the staircase and it seemed like a slow day for a weekend! We circled around twice, waited, and still not acknowledged. There were maybe 1-2 other couples looking around as well, but where were all the workers!? At this point, my other half was like let's go somewhere else, plus they didn't have much of a selection for guys from what we seen. We could have been looking in the wrong areas but that could have been helped had someone been able to direct us in the right way. What a let down. Reading the Yelp reviews, I figured it could go either way, but I was still disappointed in their behavior. Upon walking into the store and up the stairs, we were greeted by a lady who seemed eager to help us. That was a good start. Once we got looking at diamonds, it all went downhill. She asked what our budget was, but seemed to ignore the amount we told her and checked out of the session at the same time. She showed us "perfect princess cut" diamonds that were thousands of dollars out of our price range. And diamonds nearly a carat smaller than we were originally looking at STILL out of our price range. Mind you, our price range is as high as we'd like it to be and still five digits long. But she made a point of showing us one diamond that was on the expo list (there was a diamond expo this weekend) because there was a discount. A $200 discount. When you're talking about $20,000, those couple hundred mean nothing. Whoop dee, what a sale. From that point she didn't even want to be there and you could tell. I, however, was not going to waste the trip and insisted that I see their bands to price them out. She reluctantly obliged and tried to hurry us out the door by showing us bands through the glass so she wouldn't have to take them out. It came to my attention that unless you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, your business is disposable to them. Don't be fooled by their special sales either since those are a joke. read more

I'd have to say that I've never felt more judge as a less than and what are you doing in here than in any other store ever. The first time I went in this store was when they were having an event for Tacori. I own a tacori wedding band set that my husband bought directly from tacori at our 9th anniversary. We went in with our daughters after coming from bike riding so just wanted to look to see if we were interested in purchasing a piece for myself. After being addressed and conversed with one of the salesman we spoke about my ring. An older Asian lady wanted to look at my ring and asked where we got it from. So long story short, she insinuated that my ring must have been fake or stolen because I have the eternity band for the engagement-ring and band. That basically noway we could afford this type of ring. I stayed calm and walked out of the store to keep from being what they wanted and just left. That was a few years ago late 2016 early 2017. Fast forward 2019 I order my husband a Tacori fashion ring via online in April. I looked around all the local stores that carried the design he informed me of what he wanted and locally did not have his size. I ended up ordering the ring from J.R. Dunn a jeweler in Florida. The ring didn't arrive on time ( mid April) as my husband is working away from Hawaii at this time. He was finally able to try the ring on in August. Of course this is past the 30 day return factor. So I immediately told him maybe we can get it sized or sent back sense it had never been worn and still in NTW condition that we can switch it out with a size 11 with a tacori shop locally. Well that's only three wedding ring shop. I went in the wedding ring shop and walked pass the same Asian lady that assumed my ring was fake and or couldn't have been what it was as she was speaking with some other men. As I walk pass, she stops me and says how may I help you? I turn around and tell her why I'm there. She remembered me I'm sure just as I remembered her. I tell her my name and she writes it down and insist on having my husbands name as it may be in her system as well. As I'm telling her it's only me as she is looking up my husband name it only comes back with mine. "Oh it's only you!" I just look at her. She ask how may she help. I tell her why I'm there and we walk into the show room for her to use the computer to look up the ring. As she looks through Tacori she makes small insulting chatter. Oh it's silver and one of their fashion rings. We don't carry their fashion line only their wedding line. Oh and it's silver, ok, here it is on the very last page." Literally this is what this lady say. She proceeds to says its 350 dollars. As if I didn't know how much I paid for the band, and ignored the what I was there for. Can you or can't you size the ring or send the ring back and exchange it for the next size? She writes my number down and says I'll give you a call on Monday (went in on a Friday)when I speak to Tacori about this to see if I can help. It's Thursday of the week she was to call on Monday with a response and of course nothing. I expected as such and reached out to the original jewelry store I purchased the ring before I left the parking lot of the weeding ring shop. The only reason I thought of going back into the wedding ring shop is because it was local and we are in the middle of island in the middle of the pacific so everything takes so long get to and from. The original jewelry store sent me a mailing label charged 100 dollars for a restock and exchange fee and the new ring is on its way. I thought maybe the first encounter with the wedding ring shop was just off because of the event and a lot of customers in and out. It wasn't not. Long story I know but unless you are not of colored skin and don't mind doing business with this establishment and their shortcoming have at it. Okay, if you're looking for great service and reasonable prices you can stop reading now, because the wedding ring shop is NOT where you will find EITHER of those things. I recently visited this location with what I thought was a decent budget. It was 5 digits long and enough to purchase a nice car. Well, when we walked in we were greeted with smiles, unfortunately the smiles seemed to vanish the second our budget left my mouth. Like literally the second I gave our budget you could see all interest in the sales associates eyes just pull a magic act and disappear. Our now completely disinterested "helper" began to show us princess cut diamonds that were grossly over our budget. I do mean gross, not like 1 or 2 thousand past our budget but like 4k plus. She then presented us with diamonds that were much smaller than what we had asked for and were still out of our price range. FAIL. I must say, for a store where any customer who buys something is probably going to be spending over 1 thousand dollars their customer service is atrocious. Then of all things when you have a couple come in with a budget like we presented them with and it STILL is not enough to make them want to help you with a smile, this place needs serious training on pleasing customers. I will absolutely NEVER come back to this place and give them my hard earned money. I would rather burn it before letting their greedy paws touch it. Get a ring from a cracker jack box before you even consider buying one from this place. At least the guy on the cracker jack box always has a smile on his face. read more

Don't be fooled by their advertisements and so-called "sales". Their rings are always priced higher than they should be. My fiancé came here to shop for a ring, and for lack of a better way to describe it, they took advantage of the fact that he had no idea what he was looking for, which is like many men who come to look for an engagement ring! After MUCH complaining, they finally agreed to refund his purchase after we found a slightly BIGGER diamond with BETTER ratings for clarity and imperfections for 3 THOUSAND dollars less! And can you guess where we found this other ring? TIFFANY AND CO. Their service is great when they sucker you into buying something from them at a so-called "better" price, but if for whatever reason you need to return or exchange it for your money back or something of lesser value, they are hostile and downright rude. I visited the Wedding Ring Shop in November and I felt that it wasn't what a shop geared toward people hoping to get married should be. It seemed like they pushed the Hearts on Fire brand very hard and pressured me into buying what they thought I should want. If I do my homework and ask for a specific grade of stone, I should get a specific stone. That being said, the salespeople were very nice and seemingly knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry in general. I do believe that they did try and sell me on a stone right away since they 1) said they couldn't get a simple yellow gold solitaire setting and 2) that it might take 4-6 weeks to get it and set it so I should buy it right away. I found that very hard to believe. I also found the prices of the Hearts on Fire diamonds to be very expensive. Their diamonds are certified by AGS, I believe, and I found similarly AGS-graded stones for half of what the HOF diamonds cost at other stores as well as on-line. In all fairness, though, they were very nice, the diamonds and jewelry were of top quality, and the store was very comfortable and well maintained, but it wasn't a good fit for me, as I don't like feeling I'm shopping for a used car when I'm shopping for a gem stone. read more

The place was beautiful from the inside out. The decor was pretty with all the Christmas decorations and the receptionists were welcoming and addressed our needs right from the start. We had Eric and Lisha assist us with ring selection. All we did was talk about a few styles in mind and they already knew what rings we would like and pin pointed "the one" quite quickly, but never rushed us. Having some pics of what we liked did help a lot too. The staff was very knowledgeable, and gave wonderful advice and suggestions on selections and payment options. Mixed emotions about the customer service... First time coming here with my husband was before we were married. I knew exactly what I wanted, just a plain setting with a round diamond. We were helped by Hae Yon, she only wanted to show us hearts on fire. Nothing else.... She didn't show us any other options. We found something we liked, and she said she would later get back to us on more diamonds. (Since we were just shopping around different stores) she didn't get back to us. Ever. (Would only give her 2 stars) Recently we came in for the second time going, a man named Tam helped us. He was very nice and friendly. We told him we had visited before and he tried to look up our profile of what we picked out from the last visit... But what does he find, absolutely nothing! (Well except for our birthdays) so we had to start all over again. My husband told him how much we wanted to spend. He only brought out one diamond 1.33 CT, so in my head I'm thinking I had no other options. I decided I liked it and we were about to pay but our banks systems were down, so that transaction wasn't going through. Not wanting to rely on our bank we decided to come back the next day and bring cash. (He deserves at least 3 1/2 stars) *you know when they say "things happen for a reason" they suuuuuure do! On our third visit we were help by Laura! SHE IS THE BEST! I had told her I didn't wanna go through with the one Tam showed us until I was able to see other options within our budget. She brought out multiple different diamonds, really sat down with is, explaining the 4 Cs what it means and what to look for! She showed us the diamonds in different lighting and distance.
