I've made it out to this place about four times so far in a week span so I thought I'd write a review. Out of those four times only once I had to wait a very long time I swear it felt like 30 minutes for 2 bowls. I love the bomb.com bowl and the trail bowl. I tasted their kale and Thai quinoa salad and was very disappointed with the Thai quinoa salad. I'm not sure if it was the batch of the peanut sauce but it had a terrible terrible taste, both my daughter and I agreed that it was horrible so we threw that one away. The kale salad was very good and the dressing went well with it. One thing I'd wish they do consistently is remind you about your punchcard. It would just top off the customer service. Other than that I freaking love this place and I plan on going back until I try everything on their menu. read more

Hands down, the best smoothie, juice, and acai bar ever!! Monica, the owner, has a way of making you feel like family or that you've known each other forever-- I like that! All of her employees have that same effect, as well, which is so refreshing and welcoming. I love seeing the same faces, it provides me with a real sense of community. From one local mom to another, I'm thrilled that she's doing so well! They sure know how to make an Idaho transplant feel like a longtime Hayden local. It only gets better, because their menu is absolutely scrumptious! I've never, ever had a bad experience at any of their locations! You might say I'm obsessed with their menu! I also love that you can customize your order. They make it so easy! I've never heard any grief when I make a request. Their drive-thru is the best idea ever! For a mom, this truly makes all the difference! A quick, healthy treat for the kids is always a bonus, too. I hope they continue to thrive and open new locations! Tried out the vanilla mint cold depression drink. Nothing too special... menu was really interesting and healthy. Higher fair than most, but imagine worth it with the quality. Several retail items which I have had before, quality but prices with some overhead. Really neat place, great to get work done, hangout and get a healthy drink, snack or meal. So Great! I was sick and couldn't eat anything so I thought I would have some juice. The staff was extremely helpful and picked out a couple drinks to have during my sickness. And. Explained why each drink and ingredient are good and how it will benefit me. I love that they took time to educate. I am so excited that the Wellness bar has expanded to Hayden. It proximity to the gym makes it the perfect place before and after working out. As soon as you enter you can't help but be inpressed with the fresh appearance. Very nice place to relax and enjoy. read more

I love their acai bowls so much. Currently the bomb.com is my favorite!! The place is clean, the staff is always so sweet!

Ordered two açaí bowls and a smoothie. Smoothie came out bland and pretty flavorless. Went up and told them that the flavor was bland. The cashier told me "yeah, that smoothie sometimes doesn't taste good. It depends on our fruit!" What?? So I asked if I could switch it to a different one. She told me she had to charge me for a new one. I then asked for a manager. The manager told me I couldn't order a new one. She said she only make me the same smoothie again. Tried the new one, same bland flavor. She said she could add some strawberries to try to "help it". Still not goo, but felt like I was over it and left with the next bland smoothie. My order was $26 for two bowls and a smoothie and they were too cheap to make a different smoothie knowing the one they made did t taste great. Not sure I will return again. Not a cheap place to eat for "fresh good ingredients" that aren't always so "good" and they admitted that but wouldn't allow a drink change to correct it... read more

the açaí bowls are good, but the service is not. my mom and I went through the drive thru and the girl was super unfriendly. we just downloaded the app to get 15% off and she was super bothered that we had that. a different girl gave us the bowls, and she said nothing but gave it to us. i'll never understand why people are so mean? customers and employee wise. this service made me uncomfortable and i'll probably start going somewhere else now. read more

Do the employees know the menu? The last two times I ordered from the Hayden Wellness Bar I went on my 30 minute lunch break at work only to get back to the office to find that my order was completely wrong. The first time I ordered a bomb.com bowl and it had no almond butter or honey and no bananas but had kiwi on it. I tried calling several times but no one answered the phone so I just decided to forget about it however today I went again on my lunch break and ordered a pitaya bliss smoothie which I can't even drink because it tastes like straight ginger. They used to be on top of it and i had never had an issue in the past but today will be the last time I go to the Wellness Bar due to the recent inconsistency. I can't quite express the frustration of racing somewhere during your short lunch break spending $8-12 on a smoothie or smoothie bowl and getting back to work and having it inedible. read more

The good: the smoothies are excellent-- you can tell that they use quality ingredients and provide several options that have a decent amount of protein. Though the prices are higher than you'd typically pay for a smoothie, these are not typical smoothies. Get the smoothies. Less than good: the coffee and the service. Go elsewhere if you want a decent cup of coffee. I had an interesting time when I requested a (traditional) macchiato. When I tried to (humbly) describe what I wanted, I was repeatedly told that the employee had 10 years of experience making coffee, and that what I really wanted was a cappuccino, not a macchiato (I didn't). A simple solution would have been for the employee to pull a shot of espresso, throw on a little foam, and call it whatever they wanted to, but they so belabored the point that I requested to change my order to an Americano, which was so weak and watery that I threw it out (and I'm really not as picky as this review makes me sound). In short, unless you want a syrup-heavy beverage which hides the espresso, check out one of the other nearby options where the employees understand coffee and customer service (and if all else fails, are capable of doing a simple Google search). read more
