Came up from Connecticut for an overnight with friends as we had an event at the Harbor Walk Charlestown area. It was the Diner En Blanc Boston 2026 across from the USS Constitution. It was just a 20 minute uber trip to get there and back. We used the garage and parked overnight that was $55. It was alittle pricey but we are in Boston. Great stay at the Boston Seaport Westin. Friendly and attentive staff, exceptionally clean rooms, overlooked details. Comfortable bed, strong A/C, city views. We didn't get to try the Irish restaurant during our stay. Would have been nice with the 2 $10 vouchers. Maybe next time.

We stayed at the Westin Boston Seaport while visiting Boston to go to a concert at the Gillette Stadium. The seaport area is like their financial district with newer buildings and businesses, also right next to the convention center. So if you're here for a convention, this hotel is bustling. It was very busy and the lobby is packed during the day. They have a parking garage, it's only about a 10 minute drive from the airport. They don't have a shuttle service, it was pretty packed when we checked in on a Wednesday so we didn't really get early check in but our room was ready a bit earlier and it was by when you checked in. The lobby is huge, they have a restaurant, gift store, and a Starbucks on property. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool, the room was comfy, sheets and bedding were nice. They have running activities in the morning for guests too. We didn't have a nice view as we were on the 4th floor, our view was the building, but overall a comfortable stay for the price. About a 15 min walk to the closest train station.

I recently stayed here for a work conference and it was very pleasant. I drove up from Connecticut and had to make use of the parking garage, and I love the fact you have in and out access with the room key and with wanting to get around Boston by car. My room was very nice, very clean, and one of the best hotel stays I've had in some time. If I'm ever needing to stay in the city again I'll definitely consider here, it was just a quick, short 15 mins walk to get to the downtown area from here.

It's huge and beautiful and modern and clean (no odors on the carpet) and connected to the Thomas Menino conference center. It's only 2.3 miles from the Boston Logan airport and without traffic it's a 5 min drive. You can take the WTC subway that's a 6 min walk from Westin and on e you are on the train it's just 15 min. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable ofc as we all know from their reputation. The carpet in the room was a bit dusty so my lungs were irritated by it. Huge lobby w a screen that's huge showing a picture of downtown Boston. Walkability to many things like the F1 Arcade and my favorite seafood place (Yankee Lobster) and Harpoon beer hall and close to many places like the restaurants and residences on the water like Legal Seafood and The Residences at Pier 4 where the building looks like it's curved and popping out. If you want to train or walk to get some exercise you can walk to the Boston marathon memorial (4 miles), Boston Logan airport (2.3 miles), Chinatown and Boston Commons and Granary cemetary and Massachusetts State Building (1.3 miles), and the Massachusetts (1.4 miles). Plus an indoor pool w lockers and a nice gym w Peloton bikes. Now i have to be very clear that in rating the Westin for their effort and staff to keep it clean but it's not their fault to some degree when guests smoke in the room. It's difficult to know who smoked in there and how many did and left the carpet and the walls with thick smoke. I would've noticed the smell right away, but because my nose was a little stuffy, I couldn't smell it until the second day I was there. And it was a deep cough, and then I had a severe reaction where I had to go to the urgent care because my throat almost completely closed up. I am very chemically sensitive and this room was horrible because the smoke was thick embedded in the carpet. I kept waking up with my throat really sore and a deep cough. I didn't realize it until I could smell better. 3 days later I am still coughing deeply and sick. Please Westin management have staff check smoke in rooms before and after guests. If staff are not able to detect smoke please find a tool that can do so. Tools that can detect embedded cigarette smoke in a hotel room are specialized sensors like FreshAir, Rest, and Minut, which use molecular monitoring to detect nicotine and other compounds. These systems continuously monitor air quality and send immediate alerts to staff when unauthorized smoking occurs, which helps enforce no-smoking policies. They are different from standard smoke detectors, which are not sensitive enough for this purpose. Examples of tools FreshAir Sensor: Continuously monitors for tobacco and marijuana smoke at the molecular level and can interface with hotel systems. Rest Sensor: Includes a sensor, a cloud-based platform, and a dashboard to monitor air quality and manage smoking violations. Minut: A small sensor that detects cigarette, marijuana, and vaping smoke and can send alerts for various issues like noise and smoke. WYND Sentry: Monitors for smoke, noise, and air quality, sending push notifications and reports on incidents. HALO Smart Sensor: A sensor that can detect vape and smoke. Alertify: A privacy-safe room monitor that detects noise, air quality, temperature, smoking, and party activity. The cost of fixing the smoke issue through immediate alerts will help prevent hotels from having this issue. Due to this I will not be staying in any Westin that has carpet. Please take action and fine people bc the hotel can get fines collected to help eradicate the issue.

Big conference hotel with comfortable rooms that you'd expect from a Westin. Rooms are very clean and the housekeeping is in the hallways most of the day and evening. It's a quiet neighborhood, so you can enjoy a great night of sleep in the heavenly bed. The gym is well appointed. Even with a handful of people there's plenty of equipment to use. I was thrilled that they also have six pelotons. Sadly didn't have time for the indoor pool. My biggest gripe was that the Starbucks in the lobby often has 10-15 people in line during the morning peak hours. The hotel gives a $30 voucher as part of the resort fee, that can be used for coffee and prepared food only, so it causes quite a delay.

Great stay at the Boston Seaport Westin. Friendly and attentive staff, exceptionally clean rooms with no stray hairs, dust, or overlooked details. Comfortable bed, strong A/C, city views, and a full bathtub made the stay even better.

Stayed at this Hotel on a business trip. The Hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and respectful. The rooms have beautiful views and were super clean, would definitely recommend. Also walking distance to most things 5-10 mins tops

Emmet. This is the person who set our stay on the right path. As we were walking towards the desk to check in, he was in the middle of some funny banter with some guests who were walking away from him. So the most consistent thing in this business, I guess is staying consistently above and beyond with everyone who you are faced with. That's exactly what he did. He was welcoming, he was smiling, he explained the amenities, and I felt like we were welcomed into his house. It really made me feel at home and made me understand that if there is anything I need that Emmett or one of his colleagues would take care of us. And this puts Westin in my mind on the map of places where I want to stay because of people like Emmett. I strongly recommend their breakfast buffet. It was very fresh and delicious. My room was comfortable and warm. Everything was clean. We were here on business.

This is an OK hotel, but my stay started off rough. I stayed at the Westin for a conference at the Boston Convention Center. I checked in at 8am on a Friday after I received a notification from the Marriott app that my room was ready at 7am. I also received complimentary breakfast which I wasn't able to use due to work commitments. Unfortunately for me, there was a group of hundreds of high schoolers also at the Westin for a Massachusetts DECA event. From my understanding, this was a group of adolescents and young adults who plan to be leaders and entrepreneurs in the future. The way they conducted themselves proved anything but. Since the very second I got into my room they were screaming and running up and down the hall. Even while I was trying to work I let it go because they were kids. However, when the behavior continued into the evening, security had to be called so the rest of the guests could sleep (I heard that someone at the Omni also called security on this group as they were staying there as well). It was quiet for the most part thereafter, but there were screams and loud conversations still being held in the hallway here and there. Luckily, the group checked out the next morning, but it was a huge inconvenience. All of the elevators were full and overwhelmed, and after waiting 10 minutes for an elevator I took the stairs. When I was able to get on an elevator, one of the kids hit the buttons for every floor, so we had to stop on each floor. After they left on buses, my stay was pretty standard and quiet. As I mentioned, the hotel is OK. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. There's a table next to the reception desk for deliveries, a pub in the lobby to the left of the hotel entrance, and a Starbucks and a FedEx office behind the escalators. The Westin is also connected to the convention center via sky bridge, which can be accessed on the mezzanine floor. The room seemed clean with plenty of storage space to store hanged or folded clothes. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I slept in at a hotel. It was firm and didn't give if tossed and turned in or getting in and out of bed. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of towels were provided, however I did notice that the corner of the countertop had a lot of dirt and dust and was not regularly cleaned. I also realized no complimentary water was provided. The last thing worth noting is not to use the Marriott app if you need to request a service. I utilized the app to request laundry pick up. After 50 minutes of waiting the request was marked "Done", but no one came to collect my laundry. I then called Guest Services on the phone and they confirmed never to use the app, always call. Obviously my stay would've been better if I didn't need to work from my hotel room while kids were misbehaving, but the hotel and even the chaperones/guardians could've done more to make sure other guests weren't inconvenienced.

We stayed at the Westin since we had a conference at the convention center and it was convenient that they connected directly to the convention center. I had a lot of issues during my stay however. We requested an early check in due to the time our flights arrived and completely understood that it's based on limited availability. The first guy who helped us out was extremely rude. Our room is for two queens. He said the only rooms available was a Murphy day bed...... or an accessible room. We took the accessible room and I just want to state I don't know how this room is compliant since it's the room furthest away from the elevator at the end of a long hallway. It also smelled very musty. We went back down to change our room with another worker and shocker the room we booked was magically available...!! The first guy just wanted to be difficult and not give us the room we booked right away. During our stay housekeeping was on strike which was also lovely for the guests... a coworker of mine couldn't get her room until 9:30-10pm at night. I also found a bug on my sheets, which was gross. Their Starbucks is double the price from normal Starbucks which is ridiculous. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's about a 12-15 min walk to the seaport area restaurants and a 15 min drive to the north end area. If you're here for a conference I highly recommend looking at the Omni across the street.

I was in a premium double queen and OMG, spacious room, barn door bathroom, hardwood flooring, a seating area, view of the greenway, fridge in the room, and an overall very nice and comfortable room. It was enough space for us; we weren't stepping over each other and we used the extra seating area as a changing area when we needed to change for the evening dinners. My only complaint is with housekeeping, the room was rarely cleaned prior to 4pm and we would leave around 9am every day. We only received 2 face towels despite asking for 4. After going to the front desk and asking a note be entered we finally received enough face towels. We couldn't figure out when they would take our bath towels, we put them on the floor they would take them, put them on the rack they would take them. I have always put them on the floor and if on the rack it means I'm using them again. Either way, I did appreciate fresh towels on the days the room would be cleaned prior to our return. Overall the stay was comfortable, the bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept better there than at home. I'm starting to notice a pattern with sleeping away from home....maybe I should stay away from home more often! One thing to note, each floor has an ice and filtered water machine. That was a nice touch and it kept me from having to purchase bottled water and spending extra money for delivery of water.

What was most frustrating was the complete lack of accountability. No one seemed willing to take ownership of the issue or make a genuine effort to resolve it. The front desk staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to them rather than an opportunity to assist a paying guest. The customer service I received was far below what I would expect from a hotel in this category - As someone who travels 3 to 4 times a month for work and leisure, this was the first hotel in my life where I chose not to leave a tip. Tipping is something I normally do gladly when I receive even a basic level of service, but the attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff made it impossible to justify. The breakfast was also disappointing. Having stayed at other AKA properties, I found the quality significantly lower than the standard I have experienced elsewhere within the brand. The location was another concern. The area around the hotel, particularly the park directly across the street, often felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. As a solo traveler, I would not have felt comfortable walking around the area alone at night. Between the unresolved billing issue, poor customer service, underwhelming breakfast, and concerns about the surrounding area, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property to others.

It's become…read morean annual tradition right around Christmas, at various locations like the Taj and one in the seaport area. This visit was exceptional in pretty much every way. The environment was beautifully decorated for Christmas, like last year, and I had to take some pictures to have as desktop wallpaper on my computer. We had a very nice time and the selections on the menu were impressive. I went with the carrot cake chai black tea, mainly because it had pumpkin pie kinds of spices and vanilla rooibos. It tasted wonderful, like an autumnal tea, and all our teas came in beautifully decorated tea pots, apparently from Australia. The Four Seasons also does this interesting thing where they give you a liquor that fits with your tea order, to be added if you wish or drank by itself. I had a sip of mine and from someone else's, a bit strong for me but a bailey's one was alright. I'm fine with just tea myself! As for the food, this year's high tea was one of the best I've had. The menu was different from last year's, which was great too but in my opinion this seemed like an upgrade. Some of the food items included pieces of salmon in a little pastry, mini lobster roll, peking duck crepe, curried chicken croissant, a beautiful deviled egg, vanilla bean and brown butter scones, an eggnog tart, and a Santa hat shaped raspberry pastry. We even got some alternate options for a lactose sensitive person, so that's a great plus as well. The atmosphere was elegant and calming, and the service was great. The Four Seasons high tea was a very special holiday event, and comes highly recommended!
