Stayed here for the Boston Marathon in April. The bathroom shower had mold all over it. Told the supervisor and they just said they would send up cleaners. Nothing else done. Hotel refused to refund.

What a great stay we had at this Hampton. The location was perfect for our needs and the public bus service went right by it. We were able to see the waterway from our window which made for a great view. The breakfast was awesome and they had 2 areas that had food. That helped with lines. A lot of seating too.

Stayed a night with my husband; the room was big, bed comfy. I loved that the bathroom had a tub. I wish we had gotten a sea side view since there were big windows. We found parking through park wizz app at a lot nearby for $18 for 24hrs! The hotel was close to seaport area, though i wish was closer to nearby shops and restaurants. Still only a short 25 minute walk to the shops, if weather is nice, its not bad. It included breakfast, with different options. I recommend going early since it gets busy.

Great hotel and service. Accommodations were fantastic for our needs and staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast rotated each day so there was something different to choose from. There is a small shop with sodas, commonly forgotten items and candy/sweets. They also have a prepared foods section that is refilled daily. Lastly, they have a taps in the lobby as well as local brews. Transportation is easy with a bus stop right outside- catch the 7 or 4 bus for transportation into the city/ T station. Silver line 2 also runs close by with stops at Silver Line Way or Harbor Street.

Wow! A nice, very comfortable place to stay before or after your cruise out of Boston! Easy to get to, great amenities, newish, and walking distance to/from seaport. Staff was constantly going the extra way to make us feel welcome! The breakfasts are really good! We spent a few days before a cruise and this place was superb! There are a few places close by to eat lunch and dinner, and looks like some day, there will be a restaurant inside the building! The morning of cruise departure, it was raining hard, but the walk in the rain wasn't too far! It is a bit of a walk up town to the rest of Old Boston, but that makes it a very healthy place to stay! (of course you can Uber your heart out, if you want.) Price wise, well, it is downtown Boston. Nothing is cheap. But seriously,

Pretty nice and new hotel! I used my Hilton Honors points for free nights! Also has free breakfast and free Wi-Fi. I try to choose Hilton properties with free breakfast. It makes mornings so much easier! Breakfast has been crowded but be patient and a table can be had. There is a direct bus #7 that stops near the hotel side entrance! Really convenient when using public transportation. The room is very clean, two queen beds. A walk in shower, the bathroom and closet share the same barn door. Nice clean, comfortable room! Very close to airport, Lyft was $18.99

This is a brand new hotel in the Seaport District that is good option of you're attending a conference at the Convention Center (about a 10 minute walk). I came here in November 2022 for a public health conference and was blown away by the new constructions and thoughtful touches! On the plus side, you're close to the sea channel which makes a lovely morning job. Also, the interior layout is nice. A huge plus is the dual sections for breakfast (if one area is crowded, just walk to the other side to get your coffee). Finally, it's an easy 10-minute walk to the convention center and really close to Logan Airport (10 minutes Lyft or Uber ride). On the minus side, if you're driving with a personal car, expect to pay $30 to $55 per night for valet parking (but that's standard for Boston, I think). But the big minus is that you are isolated from the tourist sights in the city. If you're with family for sightseeing, I would definitely not stay here. But for a conference at the Convention Center - what's not to like?

What a view!! Might just be one only the best Hampton Inns I have ever stayed at. The view from my room was outstanding. Hampton properties are almost always good but I have to say this particular location was very nice. It seemed like it was brand new even though it wasn't. The check in desk was very nice, courteous, and efficient. The lobby area clean well maintained and fresh. While my room was everything I would expect... with an add bonus of a fantastic view. I am rarely disappointed when I stay at a Hampton this was no exception.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was modern-ish, decent sized and comfortable. Before we booked, we were a little concerned about the location at the seaport being far away from restaurants and activities - the seaport is known for docked cruise ships but turns out that the seaport is becoming a popular area to visit. Hotel is a mile away from Back Bay and walkable, it is an easy affordable $10 Uber/Lyft ride from most locations which offsets the higher cost of Back Bay hotels. Our room came with a mini frig but no microwave. Ice machines near elevators provided ample ice. Water pressure in shower was good. The complimentary hot breakfast was a mixed bag due to overcrowding and very very loud groups of business folks. Out of the 4 mornings we stayed, they seemed to be running out of food. The first morning it was mini premade omelets with hash brown patties but they ran out of bacon then served cut sausage slices and it was 10 minutes to get to the waffle maker. The waffle stations did have good and plentiful toppings (including mini M&M's). Morning 2 it was again mini omelets and sausage slices with mini potato cubes. Morning 3 there was super thin sliced Canadian ham slices. Morning 4 scrambled eggs, hash brown patties and bacon. The pool was medium sized but very overcrowded at first then it emptied out and we were able to enjoy it. This Hilton hotel has combined Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in 1 building - we stayed in the Hampton Inn. For the right competitive price we would definitely stay again.

The property has a fun 1960s vibe, with music front and center, turntables in every room, and a big selection of albums to choose from. Once you get past the all-black hallways, the rooms themselves are a good size, very clean, with effective HVAC, relatively quiet nights, and one of the better-designed hotel bathrooms, including actual shelf space for toiletries. Staff were solid, and the included breakfast is more substantial than the typical "free breakfast" offered by many hotels. Highly recommended; we stayed in a standard room rather than one of the converted travel-trailer suites.

We reported the issue to the front desk, and the staff member claim it would be repaired upon our return from our outing. Unfortunately, it was not resolved. The included breakfast hosted next door was very good. In addition, the breakfast staff employees were excellent.

On the surface, this hotel presents as polished and upscale, but over time it became clear that it is a full-on Monet--looks good at a glance, but the closer you get, the more issues appear. During my stay, I was required to move rooms three times--once voluntarily after an upgrade, and twice due to serious maintenance issues, including a sprinkler-system flood. In subsequent rooms, I experienced repeated heating failures, inconsistent hot water, and even a shower head detaching during use. The heating issues were ongoing and never fully resolved. On multiple occasions, my room dropped to 66-67 degrees despite the thermostat being set to 80. Even after maintenance visits, the room never consistently warmed beyond 75 degrees. On the morning before my departure, I woke to cold air blowing again, confirming the problem persisted through the end of my stay. Management follow-through was disappointing. Promises to check back or assist were not kept, and communication was inconsistent at best. While beverage credit was offered, it did not come close to addressing the cumulative disruption, lack of rest, and stress caused by ongoing room issues over nearly seven weeks. The saving grace of this hotel was the weekday bartender, Rebecca. Monday through Friday, she greeted my colleagues and me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and grace after very long workdays. She was consistently excellent. Unfortunately, that level of service was not present on weekends, and our group ultimately chose to avoid the hotel bar until Rebecca returned. That said, I do want to acknowledge Shirley, Wendy, James, and Nate, who were consistently kind, professional, and helpful, as well as the valet staff, who were always efficient and courteous. This hotel may work for a very short stay if expectations are modest. For long-term or extended stays, however, the operational issues, lack of follow-through, and inconsistent hospitality do not align with the image or price point the property presents.

That time due to everything going on in the world with minimal travel we enjoyed a cheap rate for an entire weekend with probably the best view offered for the hotel of TD Garden as well as the Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge. Which I know it's just a bridge but it was a nice sight for an in-city view. This most recent stay was due to a concert at TD Garden my wife and I were in town for. Which I will say if you are looking for a place to stay for an event at TD Garden, good luck finding a better option than here! Check in staff and valet workers were friendly and greeted us with a smile. Rates were very reasonable for end of summer and with a concert so close. Room was smaller this stay around and our view was more of just a building with a small glance of TD Garden if you looked to the side. Overall a very clean room and still a good amount of space. Can not think of any complaints for our stay and would stay here again. They offer valet parking and anytime we needed the car it was quick to get it back. Inside the lobby/first floor they have plenty of seating and what they dub "The Bistro" that offers breakfast, dinner, and full bar and I believe Starbucks drinks too. Location wise it is quite ideal, obviously if your activities/work is in this area of Boston. Besides TD Garden it is also close to North station along with plenty of food and drink options. Personally for a morning coffee or matcha I say check out Blank Street Coffee, then food wise I would say take a quick walk to the North End or closer try Tavern In The Square. Definitely a hotel worth looking into while visiting Boston!

The Four Seasons also does this interesting thing where they give you a liquor that fits with your tea order, to be added if you wish or drank by itself. I had a sip of mine and from someone else's, a bit strong for me but a bailey's one was alright. I'm fine with just tea myself! As for the food, this year's high tea was one of the best I've had.
