Our room was complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave dishwasher and coffee maker in the "kitchen" off the living area. Although there is a Trader Joe's down the road, and lots of meal choices in the lobby "grocery", we didn't take advantage of this feature. The room was clean and very comfortable, although we were on the street rather than harbor side, which could be noisy. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful, including Ocsi in the dining areas, and who I believe was the desk manager the day we checked out...sorry I didn't get her name, but she helpfully printed our tickets for us...thank y ou! The breakfast was the same every day, and not quite up to what we've experienced in other Hamptons, but it was free and who can complain about that! Oddly though, Tuesday and Wednesday it closed almost an hour early on day, and half-hour early the other. The hotel is located not quite a half mile from the Conference Center, so you get your exercise and don't feel so guilty splurging on dinner. read more

We stayed at Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston during our trip and overall had a good experience. The hotel looks freshly renovated, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was included and was perfectly fine. The gym was clean, and while the pool isn't huge, it's definitely big enough to enjoy. The only issue we had was with the valet parking. It didn't really feel like full valet service -- you're told where to leave the car and then they move it. In the morning, when we got our car back, we noticed a dent and scratch on the side that 100% happened while it was parked there. There are too many cars and not enough space. What was most disappointing is that the parking staff never mentioned anything about the scratch when returning the car. Aside from that situation, our stay was pleasant, but the parking experience was frustrating. read more

This Hampton was probably one of the best Hampton we had ever stayed in. Our room was clean and everything worked. Bed and pillows were comfortable. WiFi and water pressure were strong. Free breakfast was above average and there were two large eating areas. The gym was big. During our four nights stay, there was only one negative, housekeeping on our last night didn't restock the toilet paper and tissue box. A call to front desk fixed the problem within 5 minutes. There is no onsite self parking. Valet parking is $62 per night. I paid about $1900 for four nights stay. The location for our vacation was great. Other than using Uber to get to museums, we walked everywhere for foods and sight seeing. This water front neighborhood was completely safe and clean. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. No hesitation in staying here again. read more

I was attending a conference at BCEC and wanted to stay within a short walk, so looked to this Hampton Inn. The hotel itself seemed new or recently updated, and was clean and well-maintained. Of course, breakfast was included and delicious (as always). The hotel conveniently posted the busiest breakfast hours so you know what to expect or when to visit if you prefer a quieter experience. The room itself was VERY small compared to other Hampton Inns. I am a relatively small person and found it to be a bit of a squeeze between the bed and desk chair. There was really nowhere to set your suitcase besides the bed. Overall, the small room (even though I was in an upgraded room) is my rationale for 3 stars rather than 4. read more

Stayed a night with my husband; the room was big, bed comfy. I loved that the bathroom had a tub. I wish we had gotten a sea side view since there were big windows. We found parking through park wizz app at a lot nearby for $18 for 24hrs! The hotel was close to seaport area, though i wish was closer to nearby shops and restaurants. Still only a short 25 minute walk to the shops, if weather is nice, its not bad. It included breakfast, with different options. I recommend going early since it gets busy. read more

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Boston Seaport District for my graduation weekend with my cousin and I'm not even exaggerating LaLa and Carl ate this experience UP. LaLa made check-in super smooth and had us set the entire stay, even making sure we had little things like slippers and a perfectly cleaned room every day (like... spotless). And Carl? Every morning he was on point with the vibes, hyping us up and putting us onto things to do around the city so we were never bored. It honestly felt personal, not just "hotel service." It is a nice hotel however it's kinda in the middle of nowhere in Boston. It is nice inside here are some of the pros pros: the hotel is clean, the room is updated, there is a pool even if it's small but in Boston that is not very common. Cons: the people are rude. My son got soap in his eye while taking a shower and he was yelling for help. They called at 915pm and saying there was a noise complaint. However he was screaming for maybe a minute and instead of them being understanding about it the lady was like you need to tell him to calm down and just be quiet. My mom tried to explain the situation and again he wasn't screaming at that time so it would be nice if they actually knew how to handle situations correctly. read more

There is a small shop with sodas, commonly forgotten items and candy/sweets. They also have a prepared foods section that is refilled daily. Lastly, they have a taps in the lobby as well as local brews. Transportation is easy with a bus stop right outside- catch the 7 or 4 bus for transportation into the city/ T station. Great location near Cruiseport- 5 min walk! Hotel is very nicely kept and looks recently remodeled. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have nice bath products and even a nightlight in bathroom which is a great touch! Most weekday evenings , they have a "social" serving light snacks, dessert, beer and wine. They also have the usual Hampton hot breakfast. The building is shared by Homewood suites but there is ample room in eating area. The staff is amazing! Everyone was smiling and pleasant! Only complaint is pool- room was nicely remodeled but pool had a bad scum ring along tile line-easy fix. Would definitely stay here again if cruising out of Boston! read more

This is a brand new hotel in the Seaport District that is good option of you're attending a conference at the Convention Center (about a 10 minute walk). I came here in November 2022 for a public health conference and was blown away by the new constructions and thoughtful touches! On the plus side, you're close to the sea channel which makes a lovely morning job. Also, the interior layout is nice. A huge plus is the dual sections for breakfast (if one area is crowded, just walk to the other side to get your coffee). Finally, it's an easy 10-minute walk to the convention center and really close to Logan Airport (10 minutes Lyft or Uber ride). On the minus side, if you're driving with a personal car, expect to pay $30 to $55 per night for valet parking (but that's standard for Boston, I think). But the big minus is that you are isolated from the tourist sights in the city. If you're with family for sightseeing, I would definitely not stay here. But for a conference at the Convention Center - what's not to like? read more

Hampton properties are almost always good but I have to say this particular location was very nice. It seemed like it was brand new even though it wasn't. The check in desk was very nice, courteous, and efficient. The lobby area clean well maintained and fresh. While my room was everything I would expect... with an add bonus of a fantastic view. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was modern-ish, decent sized and comfortable. Before we booked, we were a little concerned about the location at the seaport being far away from restaurants and activities - the seaport is known for docked cruise ships but turns out that the seaport is becoming a popular area to visit. Hotel is a mile away from Back Bay and walkable, it is an easy affordable $10 Uber/Lyft ride from most locations which offsets the higher cost of Back Bay hotels. Our room came with a mini frig but no microwave. Ice machines near elevators provided ample ice. Water pressure in shower was good. The complimentary hot breakfast was a mixed bag due to overcrowding and very very loud groups of business folks. Out of the 4 mornings we stayed, they seemed to be running out of food. The first morning it was mini premade omelets with hash brown patties but they ran out of bacon then served cut sausage slices and it was 10 minutes to get to the waffle maker. The waffle stations did have good and plentiful toppings (including mini M&M's). Morning 2 it was again mini omelets and sausage slices with mini potato cubes. Morning 3 there was super thin sliced Canadian ham slices. Morning 4 scrambled eggs, hash brown patties and bacon. The pool was medium sized but very overcrowded at first then it emptied out and we were able to enjoy it. This Hilton hotel has combined Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in 1 building - we stayed in the Hampton Inn. For the right competitive price we would definitely stay again. read more

I was injured by a very poorly designed sliding door in my room, and had my fingers smashed in an obvious pinch point. Three fingers on my right hand were crushed, and after eight weeks they're still sore and I have a scar on one finger and a nasty blue-black bruise on another. I complained to the management and they refused to compensate me in any way. I was sure they'd do something for me, but no, not a cash settlement, not a free room, not a cookie. They referred my to their insurance company, which basically told me to get lost. The room is alright, the bed's comfortable, just watch out for that sliding door. If you get injured, they're not going to do a thing for you. The door's very heavy, it's got handles with sharp edges that are too low, so you tend to push directly on the door. It's easy to get fingers caught between the door and the jamb. I really thought Hilton was better than this. I'll let you know how my lawsuit turns out. read more

This is a brand new hotel located right across from the seaport. Don't bother paying the extra fee for a seaport view room, because it's honestly not worth it. Thankfully I got a complimentary upgrade or else I probably would've asked to be moved to the other side. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I did contactless check in and used a mobile key for my stay, so I didn't have much interaction with them. This is two hotels in one, so its pretty big. They offer a free hot breakfast every morning which is always a plus. There are two huge breakfast areas- one to the left and one to the right of the main lobby. There is plenty of seating, a nice place to work and tvs for your enjoyment. You will also find a microwave in the downstairs area since there's not one in the room. You'll find a washer, dryer and ice machine on each floor. The rooms have everything in them except a microwave as mentioned above. We didn't get in the pool or use the gym but we did go to the 3rd floor to take a look. Parking is $55 per night which I think it's outrageous. Unfortunately you will have no choice but to pay to park since there's no other option. We opted to Uber during our stay and I'm glad we did. (BTW I 100% suggest NOT driving if you're in Boston as a tourist) You will find lots of food options and shopping not too far away. It's about a 20-25 minute walk or a 5-10 minute Uber ride to it all. This is a safe area so no worries about that! You could even take the 30-60 min walk to the main sites if the weather was good Stayed here in March 2023 as we were touring colleges with my daughter. This was the perfect spot for us to hit these schools and to site see the main city. Lots of restaurants near by, and the place itself was super clean and service was great. There's something radically wrong with the hotels' management of fundamental responsibilities towards customers. It has now risen to the level of criminal complaint. I stayed there with my family in August 2023, while on town on business. When we left, the valet left our car running, but did not leave the key in the car. We discovered this when we got home, several hours away. That day, on Thursday, we notified the hotel immediately, who told us they were sending it via FedEx. Nothing arrived Friday. On Saturday we called and were told they would call us back and give us a tracking number. No one called. On Sunday, we called and were told they would call us back and give us a tracking number. No one called. On Monday, same thing. On Tuesday, same thing. Today, about a week later, I am still getting the same answer: "someone will call with the tracking number for the package, so you can start your car." Here's the gag. The keys have a tracker; I can see they are still at the hotel. No one ever sent a package. Every single person I have spoken to, including the managers, is straight up lying about a basic and fundamental thing: returning car keys to a customer. I have no alternatives left except to file a stolen property report with Boston Police Department. The last conversation I had with a manager there was to "go ahead." So, if these are the people you trust with your credit card, your car, and your stay in Boston, good luck. read more

4.5 stars ! New hotel in seaport neighborhood of Boston. Clean lobby and hall. Front desk was welcoming and approachable. Complimentary full hot breakfast was included in our stay which was nice. About the room - clean bed, sheets and comforter. Room has a 55" TV, work station and a refrigerator. I was quite happy on entering the room. The bathroom was clean with lots of towels and essential toiletries. There was an office building that we could see from our room and it was a little uncomfortable as it meant we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy... but it didn't bother us too much as we stayed for one night and checked out early the next day. There are laundry rooms and ice vending machines on every room which is quite convenient. Also a 24 hour suite shop near front desk where you can buy all kinds of snacks for your late night hunger pangs (even frozen meals which can be heated up in microwave ovens located near the seating area). There's a gym and swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Gym is open 24 hours. The swimming pool is very small but nonetheless there is an indoor swimming pool on the 3rd floor to relax. Didn't use these amenities but we walked on the floor to get a look. They also have an event center on the same floor. The only issue is parking... $35 overnight (which is renewed between 4:00 - 5:00 am) or valet parking for $55 which is steep ! Couldn't find anything within 0.5 miles but got street parking instead on D street for $5 overnight (from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and no charge after that) We extended for another couple hours at 8:00 am the next day. No refund for my room when I couldn't get there due to flight being cancelled due to severe weather. Close to $1,000. I called, Expedia called twice, but they refused. I called Hilton corporate and they said if it is due to weather beyond your control, they will always refund, but ultimately it is the individual hotels decision. So be warned, this hotel is part of the Hilton group, but doesn't hold to all of the ideas and values. I have been a Hilton Honors member for several years. I think all that this means is I signed up to get their emails and clearly not much more. it clearly doesn't have much to do with honor at this place. read more

The staff were so kind and overall the place was very clean and close enough to walk to some things. There were beers for sale in the lobby that you pour yourself, which is a neat feature. Not sure if it was just timing but we constantly got foamy and kicked keg beers. We told staff and they were nice about it but we spent tons on new cards and foamy beers. Also miss the seltzers. Second thing was we had someone's food left in our fridge... that's ok but does make you wonder what else was not looked at / cleaned. I stayed here for a conference I was attending at the nearby convention center. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I didn't eat the free breakfast but my spouse who was traveling with me reported that it was good. We appreciated that they had a late checkout policy so my spouse was able to stay and work while I attended my meeting. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, and it worked out well. There was a fee, as well as an expensive fee for parking, but that's unavoidable in Boston. I loved the area where the hotel was located. Everyone was polite and professional, and everything about the stay went smoothly. I would definitely recommend. read more

bed bugs! booked the room for only 1 night for business. within 1 hour of sitting on the bed, I started finding bites all over my body and was worse in the morning. confirmed by a doctor to be bed bug bites. manager totally unhelpful, claimed they inspected and found no bugs, and totally unwilling to compensate me for treating my luggage and cleaning my clothes. terrible experience. read more

Beautiful hotel! The staff are very friendly as soon as you step in the doors. It's a very diverse hotel in Seaport and I appreciate the Spanish speakers! The rooms were spotless, clean, and the cleaning ladies were super nice! There was a construction site at the bottom of the hotel near the surrounding buildings, however, there was not a sound of construction at all over the weekend. Valet parking was great but I would recommend calling 45min in advance on busier days. My car came out with no damage or anything so I appreciate their care for the vehicles as well. Felt very luxurious for a decent price and I had an amazing view of the city. Uber cost $14 max on a Saturday night so Uber is an option as well. Will definitely be back and I can't wait to see what the hotel and surrounding buildings have to offer once they hit completion. read more
