They have an inviting lobby with huge windows for natural light with a beautiful view, their shampoo room is SO relaxing with dim lighting and warmed blankets to warm up after coming in from the cold, and their stations have a little drink stand to hold a complimentary beverage to keep you hydrated while you're getting your hair cut. Everyone is so nice and down to earth and relatable it just puts you at ease. Had such a positive experience that I convinced my husband to come get his hair cut here too and we both plan on coming back and will totally recommend this location :)

As soon as I walked in I received an uninvited look. After reading the reviews I realize it's probably because of how I'm dressed. I am a massage therapist and wear gym attire. Anyhow I asked for a brochure he said he does not have any I asked him for a card and he told me he's the only one there, as he handed me a card he told me he's the owner. I asked him how much for a trim on my ends and he quoted me $55 I asked for a highlight and he told me $100. Now I haven't received any services so I can not rate him correct. I will tell you his salon is beautiful and very inviting however his prices are on the pricy side which explains why there isn't ever anybody there, and I'm sorry but to try to enforce a dress code on your clients is a little absurd.. I for one do not want to wear my expensive clothing to get my hair, dyed and cut, but that's my opinion.

I politely asked whether my hair had lifted enough, as I'm usually placed under a dryer for 10-15 minutes to process. She replied, "I'm really slow at foils, so you should be ready." After rinsing, I could tell something was off right away--my hair looked significantly darker than before. When it came time for styling, I asked for a big, bouncy blowout, but instead my hair was dried mostly by hand with her raking her fingers through my hair, with only a few sections near my face touched up with a round brush. The result was brown, frizzy, and flat. When I expressed concern--especially since my hair appeared about four shades darker and still had a clear line where my roots were--she said, "This is what I had time for today. Sorry your hair didn't lift enough." It honestly feels like instead of lightening my roots, she darkened the rest of my hair to try to blend them. The front desk booked with a color correction specialist, which tells me it was clear that something went wrong. I am attaching photos--they really show how far off the result is from what I expected. I also noticed a $30 charge for "an extra bowl of color" which seems to be a theme throughout every review I am reading. I would not care about this if my hair had not ended up brown. And to answer the question- yes I paid full price and gave a 18% tip. After being booked with a color correction specialist I received 3 messages - 2 texts and 1 email - stating they had my credit card on file and that if I did not cancel within the 48 hour period I would be charged full price for services. I am not even sure what they charge for color correction- when they booked me they did not quote a price for how much they planned to charge me to fix my hair.
