Frozen espresso martini $16
Sita P.

Popped in on my walk down Mulberry street during the San Gennaro fest. The bar area was closed off for a private event, we just wanted drinks, the hostess sat us at a table which was only available for 30 mins. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, our drinks came out quickly. The frozen espresso martini was very good, the margarita not so good. Super cute ambiance, I will be returning to try the food.

I came here to meet a friend while in NY for a day, and neither of us had been before so I wasn't sure they were even open because Google listed their hours as being open from 12pm onwards. I realized that they had a coffee bar window, and that was open before 12pm (12pm is the opening time for the restaurant). I treated my friend to an iced coffee, while I got a hot lavender matcha. The ambiance is conducive to sitting and relaxing outside, taking in the New York seats, while the inside has that vintage vibe and also looks cozy. My friend and I were able to enjoy our drinks and take in the fresh September New York morning. My friend is a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur, and ordered one of their special chocolate chip cookies for both of us to share. She proclaimed it to be "the best chocolate chip cookie in NYC!". With that firm proclamation, I had to believe her. It was easy to believe, as I found the cookie soft, warm, super chewy and buttery, and had enough salt to give it that interesting flavor. I highly recommend pairing their coffee with a cookie! The manager was a nice guy and chatted with us for a bit, and the barista working that day was super helpful as well.

Overall decent brunch spot; the prices of drinks (alc and non alc) were a bit on the steep end but the food prices were reasonable. The mango chutney chicken sandwich was good but felt not very hot by the time it arrived to the table. The restaurant wasn't packed, which was nice.

My experience at The Wooly was delightful! Creative cocktails, delicious cuisine, and kind service. The aesthetic was stylish with a retro feel. The Wooly is decorated with CD stacks, vintage cassette players, and even taxidermy, making it a genuinely unique place. I came here for brunch, and tried the "Private Cheeseburger." The cheeseburger was delicious and fresh. I also thought the remoulade was creamy. Overall, 5 stars.

Pretty lovely place with a cool cd / speaker behind the bar. The drinks themselves were interesting, had one with peppercorn.

Came here expecting good food based on review. We sat outside since we had the dogs with us. The food took a while to come out even though it was not busy. But then that's fine if it was good food. But everything. Was either bland or no flavor. Very disappointing. The staff was friendly but didn't come check on us often so it took a while for us to get our check to leave since it was hot. First time and last time.

Such a cute bar/ restaurant! It felt very cool and moody yet casual and easy going! Most of their food is elevated bar food and it was all so good! We had the burger and fries and those fries were some of the best that I have had! I could have eaten only the fries for dinner and been content! They have an elevated pigs in the blanket that had duck in them and they were mouth watering good as well! The drinks were lovely and so was the staff. 10/10 recommend going!

So happy I was able to snag a Friday night reservation here. The staff was incredibly friendly upon arrival and throughout the service. Music was great and while the dining room was completely full, the volume was not overwhelming. The espresso and dirty martinis are perfectly balanced. The Drakes in Capes appetizer was my favorite especially paired with the whipped honey mustard cream. I ordered my burger medium rare and it came out a little more rare than anticipated but was still great. I was overall very impressed with my entire experience. I was dining with some friends and one is visiting nyc for the very first time. He said the Spiced Slice Chicken was maybe the best chicken he ever had.

Overall rating: 4.8 My friend stumbled on this place after getting denied at Rubirosa and omg it is so good!! The staff was so friendly & the atmosphere felt influencer fancy. There were a few items I definitely would pass on, but then there were some amazing dishes I need to go back for: - Sweet Pea Plantasia 1/5 --the description of this made it seem like a salad of some sort. It was a weird chip and dip style that's not worth it. Do not recommend. - Drakes in capes 4/5 --a fancy pigs in blanket. Wish they served with honey mustard to complete the meal! - Pesto harvest salad 6/5 --absolutely delicious and highly recommend! I tried to remake at home and it was not good haha. Def need to go back in the daylight and take clearer pictures. - Miso brined salmon 5/5 --Really tasty! Highly reco. - Peg's Cadillac cocktail 5/5 --reasonably sweet. I liked it! - Mother night cocktail 4/5 --a bit tooo strong for me. Not the best old fashioned. My friend and I got 2 cocktails each and split the meals. The total with tip was $100, which I mean we are in SoHo soo ‍ I do think the price range should be a higher price point. It is NOT $30-$50. Still recommend.

The Wooly is a new Nolita gem! This place is dishing out superb cocktails and food! The "Whip it Good" and the "Peg's Cadillac" were the highlight cocktails for us! The staff were phenomenal and the food was fantastic! The spicy tuna and the burger were also incredible! With a romantic ambience and a prime location I will certainly be back soon!

The Wooly was a nice place to enjoy good cocktails and delicious food. Everything we had was excellent. I got the Halibut, which was a special on the menu. We enjoyed the watermelon feta salad and garlic shrimp to start. The service was lovely. The seating was comfortable, and everything was a 10!

Our friends raved about this place and we of course were excited (and a bit skeptical at first) to try it. The concept: no menu + no lights + a few questions = the ultimate cocktail experience. The speakeasy vibe and the dark ambiance really makes this place feel even more exclusive. With just a few tables and the bar setting, you're in for an experience you won't forget (unless you answer the wrong questions and really end up with a drink you don't like HA). This wasn't my case. Of course I described my two favorite things: Negroni + mezcal. The obvious answer would be a mezcal Negroni, but that's not why one comes to a place like Attaboy. Our amazing curator came by to ask us all a few questions, write down a few words in the napkins, and mix up the perfect drink that our master bartender crafts, curates and creates. My drink came as I couldn't possibly imagine. It looked like a Negroni smelled like Oaxaca, with all the smoke simmering up and preparing my sensory experience, leading to the best first sip. Ladies and gentleman, I introduce you to The Devil's Backbone. A perfectly balanced drink I'll never forget, one that is sipped slowly and enjoyed thoroughly. It's sexy, it's smoky it's sipped. Attaboy gave the best mixology experience and we can't wait to be back. Pro tip: be sure to be as vocal as possible, even with ice, so you don't end up with a tiki drink if that's not your vibe.

It adds a layer of character to the place, but what really keeps people coming back is the atmosphere and the drinks. The space is split into two levels: a two lively, sawdust-floored Taprooms downstairs and a more refined Parlor upstairs if you're in the mood for a quieter, cocktail-focused experience.
