The staff were very friendly upon walking in and helped my fiancé and I make our selections as this was our first visit! The menu had an incredible amount of variety in each sections (ice cream flavor, toppings, etc.) and let you truly customize your order to make your dream milkshake (or sundae if you're into that!) A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it in terms of flavor, quickness, and presentation. It was a huge let down. First clue we should have left was upon walking in. Kids running around everywhere screaming while the small business echoed all of it as a crowd of people waited in line for what felt like a long time. Secondly, once we got to the register, I had my phone open to the menu and pointed to exactly what I wanted to which the teenager behind the register began asking me if I wanted what I was showing her or something else. I'm not pointing to the menu item for no reason. Then my daughter does the same thing. And the girl says to her do you want a sundae or a milkshake. My daughter says I want whatever the picture is to which the girl seemed confused so I had to clarify that it's a milkshake. Regardless I left a 18% tip on top of the $35 I already spent for 2 milkshakes. Then the first sundae arrives. I have no straw or spoon to eat it with. The girl (different one) bringing it to me can clearly see we have no utensils but says nothing and begins to walk away. I had to say excuse me twice very loudly to which she finally turns around. I ask are there straws or spoons or something to eat this with? She points to 10 feet away that there is a station (instead of saying oh I'm sorry let me get them for you) or better yet the cashier could have told me upon paying where to get what I needed. It was such an unsatisfactory, unpleasant experience especially for the price. I cannot recommend anyone going through this. Save yourself the time, aggravation, and money, seriously. read more

OMG. I usually don't leave reviews but this is almost necessary. The sanitation procedures are horrendous! Employees weren't even wearing masks when I went in a few days ago. I was extremely concerned for my safety and the safety of those around me - I got my milkshake and left immediately. ALSO not to mention this place might as well be a corona hotspot - they posted on their Facebook that an employee tested positive! They did not shut down the store when this happened. I can't imagine how many innocent people were affected by that one employee just because of the almost nonexistent sanitation practices. Do not support. read more

Overpriced milk shakes with very rude service at this location. We took our daughter to this location for her birthday. When we were ordering we expressed that we would like purchase some of the premium shakes, and that we would like the shakes in a to go cup. The employee said "we can put the mason jar in a plastic bag."When the shakes were done the brought them out with the jar placed in a skinny plastic cup making them too heavy. When placed on the table one of the tipped of due to the weight of the jar. The employee had just placed it on the table when we asked for it to be replaced the said "we will remake it but charge you for it". WTF! For 5 milk shakes it came out to over 100.00 with the tip that had been given. The shakes were not very good five different shakes with five different opinions on the taste. We will never return to this place in either of its locations. We should've known better 15.00 a shake. A shake from sonic or any of the many places that serve shakes would've been a better experience. Customer beware. read more

*Allergies Beware*. Apparently the description of the various sundaes does not include all ingredients. Gave us a sundae with hidden peanuts and almost killed my baby. To correct the situation they agreed to remake it, omitted the peanuts but had the great idea to drizzle peanut butter syrup through out the ice cream. Didn't trust another repeat so just left. We stopped in out of curiosity and chatted for a moment with the owner. The place was spotless and very inviting. We chose ice cream flavors that looked amazing, and they were. The best experience we could have hoped for! Right when we entered, the nicest employee greeted us, offered us hand sanitizer and explained the menu since it was our first time here. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and we absolutely loved our milkshakes! And even after we sat down, an employee came and made sure our orders were correct and that we were happy with our experience. The food was great but the customer service went above and beyond!
