Knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate veterinary team. Dr. Walters has provided our girls with excellent care during their healthy years, with aging changes/complications, and end of life. Highly recommended.

I landed here after my local vet of many years closed without notice. Blessing in disguise because my senior baby of 16 years has found great care in Dr. Amelia and her team. She is so caring and responsive. I'll send an email and she gives me a call to check-in and follow up. She has understood the stage of life my dog is and manages his care and treatment accordingly. I'm very happy.

We have been taking our dogs here for several years and have been so happy. The staff is very kind and accommodating to our dog that is afraid of going to the vet. Our dogs have received excellent care. The vets are always willing to take plenty of time to explain the dogs' issues and all of their options. They are busy and routine visits need to be scheduled quite a bit in advance but they always make time when an urgent issue arises. We feel lucky to have our dogs in their care. We could not possibly be happier or recommend them highly enough.

Theatre View is AMAZING! My little Winnie was sick and we needed to get her seen ASAP and they were able to accommodate which we really appreciate. The staff is super friendly, communication is clear and informative. I know Winnie is in great hands and Dr.Tim calls us while he's seeing her so there's no confusion and we're able to ask questions. I could tell everyone here really loves and cares for our pets! 10/10

They took great care of our sweet Bailey for the last few years of his life, but the shining star was how they showed up during his decline. Dr. Jones was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind as she walked us through her professional opinion and exhausted all options for our beloved cat. She validated my every fear and concern about deciding when it was time to let him go. When it came time for his last appointment, he was seen by Dr. Caraballo. We had not met her before, but the compassion and warmth she showed us made a world of a difference in a very sad day. The entire Grand Lake team went above and beyond to provide support to not only Bailey, but to his heartbroken moms during the last few days of his life. They even sent us a handwritten card signed by all the doctors who had met him, which was especially thoughtful and touched our hearts. Highly recommend Grand Lake for their high quality care and compassionate veterinary team.

The doctors explain everything clearly and never make us feel rushed--they really listen, and it shows. The whole place feels warm, calm, and incredibly professional. It's rare to find a vet where you trust everyone instantly, but that's exactly how it feels here. Our pets are always in good hands, and we're grateful to have such a wonderful team in our neighborhood.

I've also been referred for way more expensive procedures that I didn't think were necessary. Finally, we were referred to Dr. Richter. He listened to my dog's history, understood my thinking, told me it made sense, and told me he understood the pathway I wanted to take. For once, I wasn't automatically crazy or a "helicopter" pup parent. He really gets it. Dr. Richter had a very reasonable grasp on my dog's history and the reasons for his issues. I am so looking forward to continuing treatment with him in the coming months, focusing on the gut and on my dog's past mold exposure. I can't say enough about what it means to be truly heard and understood by a vet, and have them speak to you on a well-informed level. Dr. Richter is not only brilliant, he also has excellent people skills. Most vets try to talk down to me or put me in my place when I come with as much info as I do, and that gets me nowhere, just burning my bank account and morale. Thank you so much, Dr. Richter + clinic staff. You all make a huge difference in our lives and we could not be more grateful.

Their prices are extremely high, to the point where I'm not sure I would return unless it was an emergency. I recently brought my pet in, and while their recommendations seemed reasonable, the cost was extremely expensive. Because of that, I decided to get a second opinion. The second clinic had a very different approach and offered several other treatment options that were much more reasonable. When I explained what the first clinic had recommended, I was told that unfortunately, some clinics can become more focused on how much revenue is being brought into the business rather than exploring all of the available options for the pet. I really liked the staff here and appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable they were. I just wish the pricing and treatment recommendations felt more focused on providing pet owners with different options instead of immediately going toward the most expensive approach.

My experience here has been very positive. Dr. Sood is very thorough in explaining issues, exploring solutions, and my two precious dogs are well cared for here. We've been to the vet a lot this year for various reasons unfortunately, so I've got a bit of experience with coming here. When we had an issue that was too specialized, the referred us out to another pet hospital and overall that was a good experience too. The staff here is also amazing. Initially all was good however on 3 separate occasions when I received a receipt with my pets name on the first page and a list of vaccinations she received during the visit. I noted that on the second page in black and white were written instructions for another dog who had sustained an insect bite. When I contacted the office the first and second times this occurred I was assured that they would take care of removing this false documentation from my pets medical record. On the third time I noted the same language, I insisted on speaking to the manager and owner to voice my concerns which I had to place in writing two times to actually get it done because they stated it was just the receipt and that my pets medical record was accurate . As a health care professional with 46+ years of experience I am concerned about their lack of knowledge and understanding that any and all medical record documentation needs to be accurate. After finally getting the paperwork amended and talking to the owner who profusely apologized, I thought everything was resolved. Unfortunately, when I called to make a follow up appointment for my pets routine vaccination on 6/26/26 I was first told they didn't have any available appointments which was untrue because my friend who I recently referred to them made an appointment on the same day. After thinking about it I called back and was then told that I needed to talk to the coordinator before I could book an appointment and she wasn't in the office and would call me back sometime the following week. Of note it is now Tuesday 6/30/26 and the office manager has not called me nor sent an email. It is now obvious to me that I was banned from the office for making a complaint about a mistake thier office made and no one had the dignity or respect to call me or send a letter so that I can find a new vet for my pet. I would not recommend going here as I feel their lack of integrity and tack which is a big ticket item for me when dealing with anyone who provides care to animals and people, especially when the cost of care is not cheap nor free.

I would give this place 5 stars. However, when I came in for my cat's yearly checkup in 2024, Dr. Sirkis had started the appointment accusing me of not caring for my cat's pain and was not willing to hear anything edgewise related to my cat's medical history once she had formed that opinion. When she found the mass in my cat's throat, her tone changed from rude to just plain awkward. "Oo... *wince* He has cancer." As I started to ask about his prognosis while crying and hyperventilating, she gives me a "Yea... Sorry" and "Well, when do you want to schedule the euthanasia?" I was shell shocked that someone who was supposedly regularly interacting with patients would so callously bring up putting down my child. I responded that I would make an appointment with an oncologist (who was infinitely more patient and sympathetic, shout out Dr. Kidd!), and she responded with "Well, if you want to go see someone who's going to say exactly the same thing I did, sure." After the appointment, I double checked with the nurse who came out with my cat to make sure there was truly nothing to be done. In contrast, she was super gentle and sympathetic, and she let me have a good cry. She was a real one for helping me keep it together. Later, when Dr. Sirkis called me with my biopsy results, she continuously brought up euthanasia over and over again. Nothing about keeping my cat comfortable or how long I might get to keep him around. Just "euthanasia" "when do you want to euthanize" "euthanizing would be..." It was cruel and heart wrenching. I asked her to stop talking about euthanasia and to never contact me again. She still sent me a generically printed get well card, rub a little more salt in the wound I guess. The issue is not that she wants me to consider euthanasia. It's that she was heartless and cruel in her demeanor. She was the person I was supposed to depend on during this process, and instead, she made the grieving process even more isolating and emotionally taxing. I felt uncomfortable even having to contact the hospital for more pain meds just in case I would have to talk to her again (in which, even though she knew my cat was in pain, would insist on only giving me a few days dose worth, so I would have to continuously make trips for more medicine, even though the oncologist was perfectly fine giving me a week or two's worth). I literally waited until only now to post this review because I finally moved and don't have to fear the possibility of this horrid shell of a person potentially taking out her displeasure on my other cat during an appointment. She's a terrible person, and since she was so willing to kick me down when I was low, I will say that her last name is perfectly fitting for a clown like her.
