I've been to the hometown barbershop you grow up with that is always welcoming no matter if it's been a day or 10 years since you've been. But man, this place is different. Let me go over the nitty gritty before I go into my own perspective: If you're looking for a new barber - go here. Stop looking at other recommended spots from Yelp. They welcome walk-ins, the usuals, and people who were driving, realized the fade they got from Supercuts makes them look like Arnold from Hey Arnold, and need to get that fixed. It depends when you go in terms of wait time - Saturdays will be busy, so don't get salty about that. Expecting a Saturday cut as a walk-in to be quick is like expecting Trump will stop using Twitter - pipe dream breh. Each barber knows their craft extremely well. This is a biggie, I've been to a lot of barbershops and typically the skills aren't equally distributed. But I promise, on the word of my 2016 mid-ranged priced car, that you are in good hands. Also - great service right when you walk in. Legit are welcomed, asked if you would like a water, just overall a good experience. Now for my own tips!! My man Tim is the bomb!! I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he said "I got you. " Ya boi got compliments for dayzzz. Also, honestly, you may just want to chill there for a while. Everyone is a character and brings something to the table that creates a wholesome, yet hilarious environment. And of course with TVs and music, the ambience is right on point. To sum it up. Called ahead to see if they take walk-ins and how long the wait is. I have 2 toddlers and waiting is not easy for us. I needed my kids hair cut. The girl on the phone was super nice and said they had a bunch of barbers that were free and there would not be a wait. When I got there all barbers were busy. There was one lady free, but she looked like she didn't want to be bothered by us. I ended up waiting 30 min for a barber. Then just got an OK haircut but paid more than any other place we've gone to. Needless to say, we will not be coming back. I seriously drive all the way from LA here because I refuse to let anyone else cut my hair but Quinton. I will not take any chances with some random barber who doesn't take the time to understand how I need my haircut. I have a ultimate goal in mind and that's why I keep it growing. Since that fiasco that happened last year my hair has grown back to its healthy natural state. It took just under a year for my hair to grow back the way it was before and Quinton helped me out all through the process. I'm blessed that my hair grows fast so we're officially back as far as length goes and Quinton just keeps it neat and shaped and gives me my usual low taper fade. Quinton is for sure a barber's barber and worth the wait and the drive to see him. I truly appreciate his talents. Hes an artist when it comes to his cuts. I'm glad he works here but no matter where he goes I'll always keep up with him. Ask for Quinton when you go here, his chair is in the back corner of the shop. Don't get me wrong dude put in work, but that's just because I came in with a lot of hair, therefore a lot of work. If you actually look at my cut first hand it's just a basic comb over with a fade. My 17 year old son went and got cut by Drake. He was a walk in. He had read the bad reviews on this shop but I had a friend who worked there previously....so I knew some barbers were good. The cut is bullshit. I definitely can cut better with no experience than Drake does as an experienced barber. The entire back of his head is knicked from the lineup in the back of his head. The cut around the ears is uneven and trash. The lineup in the front is crooked af. The taper on the side is uneven as well. It looks like a 12 year old cut his hair and it cost $25. This isn't even $10 work. I messaged them on IG the same day and have yet to receive a reply....meanwhile the nape of his neck is scabbed and he has to walk around with a shitty cut because I refuse to pay for another one. I don't know if drake is a novice, but he definitely needs to be taken off the chair and practice some more. read more

First time trying out a barber shop in Inland Empire and damn did I regret it. Walked in and got seated right away. Asked for a fade and the barber asked if I was leaving the the top. Weird question. Mid cut and barber tells me how he forgets to spin the chair. He says "can you believe that 30 years of cutting hair and I forgot to spin the chair". The barber next to us says something under his breathe and my barber tells me how he complimented the cut. Why wouldn't he feel the need to say it out loud? Probably faking. Then he's done and I asked him to trim a bit more cu it was needed. Then he hand me the dirtiest mirror. Hard to see through. He must of not have the need to show his customer how bad the haircut is. My teenagers and husband enjoy this place! We found it on yelp and made contact. The contact response was reasonable and appointments were easy. The shop was clean and organized, all of the barbers were friendly. The only complaint my husband had was when he asked for a clean up of his beard and full line up, the barber only lines up the front of his forehead and not the back. My advice is... They offer wine, beer or even water (come on you've got to be thirsty man). I requested an appointment through Yelp and it was scheduled in less than 5 minutes. Will never come to this shop again, came here for a simple taper fade and line up. I'm not even lying I was in the chair two hours and I kept wondering why, come to find out the guy cutting my hair doesn't even have his license yet! He's in school, now I'm all for you helping others but maybe worn a client before having someone who doesn't even have his license cut his hair. Should really let clients know before a cut starts, and this is just the start. My line up is crooked so I have to wear a hat for the next three weeks! My sides aren't even blended right! If you have someone learning you should have a teacher there to walk him through his mistakes! It was a beautiful shop, great environment but too bad it was ruined by a nightmare of a haircut.
