I noticed that he currently has a mangled ear, and figured I would buy a couple of new ones; unfortunately, I didn't see "Lyle" anywhere on HH's website (I thoroughly checked it twice). I sent an email to customer service with a photo to see if he was still available, and received a reply first-thing the following morning from Beth; sadly, he has been discontinued, but she located a vendor for me and a few new crocodiles will be arriving soon (which will be known as Lyle, Lyle and Lyle). HH's toys are terrific, they have a lot of them as college mascots, and when they get really gross you can toss them in the wash. 5 Stars for Beth as well for the quick reply, she obviously understands that this was a toy emergency.

I shared my shock with $225.00, for what, that doesn't seem fair ??!! You shaved him- no pampering here. The girl kindly reassured me that I probably had some juice in the battery and gave me instructions on how to hopefully locate it. To my surprise it was in my husbands backpack. Ugh! This past weekend, the main unit was beeping. Long story short, a surveillance company (House being sold 3 doors down) cut the wire. HFC came right out and fixed the wire for us. Mike 2, was very thorough in his communication with me of how he'd locate the broken wire and what he'd do to fix it. He did a great job covering up the hole after he dug it up. If you have any hesitations about an invisible fence, don't!

I was hesitant about taking…read moreher to a traditional groomer because she is shy and I didn't want to leave her in a place she didn't know. My dog growing up had a mobile groomer so he could go quickly from the house to the van and back again within an hour. So, I decided this would be the best for my little girl. Wunderful Tails did a fantastic job on my little terrier mix. I almost didn't recognize her when she came back into the house (tail wagging all the way). Her fur was cut perfectly for her personality (I wanted her clean cut but wanted to keep that "terrier" look) and her nails were nicely cut and free from fray. During her last cut, her brother (a staffordshire terrier) was invited into the van to keep her company and was given a bandana of his own! Wunderful Tails is very caring, thoughtful and considerate of the owner's and dog's wishes and needs. I wanted a real "dog person" to take care of my baby not just a groomer and that's what I found with Wunderful Tails. Thanks guys!

Let me start off by saying that I never thought I'd be posting this review. We've praised this…read moreplace for YEARS, recommending it to every single one of our friends. We've been customers since 2019, bringing our golden retriever and our Samoyed to get groomed every two months. We would even drive 40 minutes each way to drop them off every time because we loved this place. Not even the $350 price tag at every appt kept us from coming back. I'm pregnant and had a very important scan at the hospital today. Given that we have two large dogs, it's usually very hard to get an appointment. Last week I scheduled an appointment for today and explained that we would be dropping off the dogs on the way to my appointment which was at 12:30. They confirmed that was fine and not an issue at all. We arrived at 11:45 and were told that we were too late to our appointment and they could not accommodate us with an insanely rude attitude. I explained the situation and what I had originally been told on the phone, to which they responded with "it wasn't me you spoke to." I explained that we've been loyal customers for 7 years, and that we always get a call if we're more than 5 minutes late. We didn't get one today. They told me "they never call" lol. I kept explaining about our unique circumstances and if there was anything they could do to help, to which they replied "no." We ended up having to drive 45 minutes back home to drop off our dogs, and beg the hospital to squeeze me in 45 minutes late to my appointment. The amount of anxiety they caused me was just unnecessary. But that's not even what bothered me the most. It was the utter lack of empathy, and understanding we were shown despite being loyal customers for over 7 years. No apology for their miscommunication, just the absolute worst attitude I've received as a customer in a while. TLDR; if you have big dogs, go somewhere else. Theres a reason their instagram only shows small dogs, they really don't have the capacity to handle big dogs with any margin of error, even if the error is their own. Time to find a new place.
