The room was cold, the draping was inadequate (just a thin strip of a sheet that didn't cover my whole body), and there were loud cleaning noises outside the room for much of the massage. It was so loud that it was impossible to relax. Checkout was chaotic -- they insisted I had a membership I don't have and seemed confused about how to charge me. Overall, completely unprofessional and not relaxing at all. My massage did not resemble a standard licensed massage experience in the U.S. Would not recommend.

I know how to exercise in a way that works for more sensitive bodies BUT, with structural issues in my body, I still need some extra support. I was feeling 3/10 this morning and afterwards Felt 9.5/10! Good enough to run which has been feeling harder for me lately. Gloria talks with you about your body, what you do/dont do, really aims to get to the root. She explains that deep tissue isn't supposed to be as hard as possible but what needs to happen to truly relax the muscle tissue. It's a combination of deep pressure but also whatever other magic she works to get the job done. Highly recommend and I'll be coming back regularly to keep my active body feeling good and able to stay active! It gets so bad I can't even move. My husband researched and looked at many reviews and for Xmas (2 days ago) gifted me a massage with Gloria. He and I were both nervous trying a new massage therapist, as my pain is pretty bad and most massage therapist can't even begin to get to the root of the problem. But Gloria did just that! After an amazing 1 1/2 hour massage, I walked out without pain!! I was shocked. She pinpointed the root cause, explained the issues and gave me advice on how to help myself on my own. I know with as much pain and damage that I have, that I will have to see Gloria again, and that's perfectly fine with me cause she's amazing.
