BRAND NEW CVS/Pharmacy in Framingham. After a trip to…read moreMarket Basket down the street, I just happened to pass this brand new CVS store on Route 126 in Framingham, and decided to stop. The store was VERY new, clean, and organized. They had a well stock of everything and the store seemed much brighter than some of the others. The staff were somewhat friendly and helpful at checkout, and the parking lot has no issues at all. On Route 126 between Framingham Center and the Ashland town line. UPDATE 2016 : I visited this CVS store for the third time this weekend. It's not as great as it was when it opened (doesn't that happen with everything). Yes, the basics are still good. The store is clean, large, somewhat modern, and has everything you'd normally find in a CVS-like store, plus more. The best thing about this location that I always am happy with are the prices, which fall just a bit below any other CVS store around (don't know why). If you are buying a lot of stuff, you can actually notice the difference (especially using coupons). While I will not penalize it's rating, what it lacks is music. Specifically, 2 staff members working in the Valentine's candy section were SO LOUD and talking about their other jobs and other junk. I don't care, and would prefer to NOT know. There's nothing you can do about customers being a bit loud, but really, employees! They were the only voices in the entire building. Somewhat annoying and did not create a peaceful, quiet shopping experience, which annoyed me a bit. Store is still good, and definitely the best place in the area to stop, but they still have things to work on!

Very unprofessional I feel even if someone using for other reasons you would promote safe use smh

By far, I feel that Hopkinton drugs compounded medication works much better than the medication I got from the other compounding pharmacies. I had used Belmar to fill a compound prescription for a year. I recently switched over to Hopkinton for that same compound medication. The difference is, I actually feel like my medication is working now. I took the same thing for over a year and didn't have any results. The price at Hopkinton is way better than any other compound pharmacy I have found. I have never had a problem with expensive shipping costs either. If I remember correctly, the shipping for my medication was either free or less than five dollars. I have always had professional and pleasant phone interactions with employees from Hopkinton. I have never had any problem filling a prescription or paying for it. If the pharmacy does not accept your insurance anymore, that doesn't mean they're a bad pharmacy. It is the consumers responsibility to be sure they go to a provider that accepts their specific insurance. I have had no problems working with Hopkinton and I will continue to use them as my main compounding pharmacy. I appreciate everything they do for me.

Oh, this CVS will live in infamy…read more I generally like to go to CVS for little snacks when I am out and about and just need a few crackers, a yogurt, or some individual portions of cheese. I go into this CVS looking for snacks, particularly cheese (because, as you know, I love it). Not finding any cheese, I pick up some pretzels. The cashier asks me "Did you find everything you were looking for?" I say no, actually, I was looking for some cheese. SUPER sketchy dude replies, "Oh, we don't sell cheese here, but I have five varieties of cheddar back at my house". UGH.

So I went to the pharmacy hoping to get the medication so I can survive the trip to ER. The man looked unhappy and made comments on my last name. He asked me to give him the name and address of CVS in my home state. I told him that I have been very healthy and did not take medication in the past, so I do not have a CVS connected; I came to pick up the prescription sent by this CVS provider. He told me there was no such order. Bearing severe pain, I had to go to ER that afternoon. I don't understand why this CVS keeps employees who receive bad reviews consistently, maybe the management does not care. I visited other CVS nearby and they are way better. As the biggest pharmacy company in the US, the reputation of CVS is important. There's no business can live forever if they don't take good care of their customers. I will not use this pharmacy any longer. CVS is not the only pharmacy. If it is not because of the nicer cashier, I would give zero star, unfortunately it is not the choice.
