So this was my second visit to therapy and let me just say this is a night and day experience. I had a waiter and apparently the manager named "Kyle" serve us. The salmon was very dry and when I asked for a new order I was offered more pesto sauce. His response was "people come here wanting to try stuff " and if they made anything else I would have to pay for it. At this point I am irritated because as you can see below in the food was not appetizing nor did it taste good. It was flavorless, dry and fingerlings were burnt. After my frustration even after the second piece of salmon I did not eat or even taste because Kyle wanted to charge for the pesto sauce comes with the fish. To make a long story short the general manager Maria helped me out from completely never coming back to therapy. Oh my gosh what a great experience. Walked up to wait to be seated and was greeted with a big smile and I hello! My husband and I opted to sit at the bar . They have spacing in between each party to keep to social distancing. I love the vibe and the decor. Very relaxing and hip. Our bartender was amazing. Gave us the down-low on all the specials and answered every question we had about food we had. Loved his knowledge not just about his drinks not the food part of the business as well. There's a great spirit here snd everyone was so friendly. First off, customer service deserve an A for effort, but a B for performance and execution. Our server seemed to keep mixing up the drinks (diet vs regular soda) and we had quite a wait for one alcoholic beverage. But he was nice, very friendly. And he was trying, so I can't get too mad. The ambiance here is really nice. Love a restaurant that can also provide decent nightlife (though I only came here for dinner). We ate here on a Monday (Labor Day), and though not everything was perfect, I still really like the place. I ordered the lobster and crab grilled cheese with a caesar salad (instead of fries). The salad was delicious, not too much dressing, simple and fresh tasting. The sandwich was three layers high... I didn't realize this when I ordered. I thought the third piece of bread was unnecessary and just added carbs to my dish, so I combined the crab and lobster mix together, and removed that middle slice of bread. The lobster and crab mix was really good, authentic flavors, good seasoning, not too creamy. The cheese being on top of the sandwich on the outer side of the bread I felt was unnecessary... great for presentation, but not really practical for eating like a sandwich. I ended up using a fork and knife. I'd prefer a more classic crab/lobster grilled cheese, with the cheese melted inside with the filling and the outside of the bread grilled with butter. But this was still good. I also tried the mac n cheese bites, and it tasted pretty standard (not super cheesy but a decent fried appetizer), just larger in size than what other restaurants typically offer. My friend got the red velvet waffle sliders and peach sangria. She noted how her dish somewhat lacked in flavor but was not bad. And the drink was pretty good. Even though the food wasn't perfect, I like the unique menu offerings at this restaurant, and combined with the inviting atmosphere, I think they deserve 4 stars. read more

I visited this restaurant for my birthday month and it is a cute place outside near Fremont street I believe. My cousin and I were not going to eat there because the hostess in front with a bun told us it would be an hour and 1/2 wait to sit inside. My wife and I visited for brunch on September 20, 2020. We met General Manager Maria Horta when she noticed me taking a photo of a mural inside the restaurant (see attached photo). It was created by a local Las Vegas tattoo artist. This venue was a former Dollar Store about five years ago and you would never know it after walking inside. The décor is tasteful and a bit hipster. Maria was telling us what a struggle it has been to keep her bartenders and servers working. They do double duty and the restaurants has taken out several loans to stay afloat. She told us they are re-inventing their menu on a daily basis to attract customers. They have added an QR code to each table top to download there menu to your cellphone. This eliminates printed menus which could potentially spread the virus. I ordered the Chick Biscuit, which has fresh buttermilk biscuits, fried chicken, and bacon and sausage gravy. They bring two biscuits, which are so thick it's like two biscuits in one. Resting on top of the thick biscuits are two cutlets of fried chicken. There was a lot of food and it tasted wonderful covered in that gravy. Definitely check out the brunch here. If you are in Vegas stop by this local restaurant near Freemont Street. My review is to just go. We had such a great time. We brunched for 5 hours at therapy. I cannot remember the name of the DJ but when I tell you he was spectacular BAYBEE we did not sit down. There were shots flowing and twerk competitions. The food was okay, a lot of over cooked potatoes. Not many choices for mimosas, just orange and peach. We were seated quickly and our waiter Jovany got was amazing; super friendly and checked in with us frequently throughout our meal despite having multiple tables. I'll give you the best advice I can after a long trip in Vegas: go to Therapy. We came in here for after-dinner drinks and a quick snack. I loved our server, he made great recommendations and was very attentive! I got two things: truffle fries and a Shock Therapy. I first have to tell you that the kitchen was out of fries and made the truffle fries on sweet potatoes, and I think I may have preferred them that way? It was incredible. The sweetness of the potato complemented the earthy truffle flavor, and it was topped with the perfect amount of garlic and parmesan. I had just come from dinner and couldn't order any more, but I wish I ate here instead. That grilled cheese looked incredible. The Shock Therapy was so much fun. The drink was so fruity and was rimmed with Pop Rocks, it was literally electric in your mouth. It was one of the most unique and delicious cocktails I've had, and I know that all the drinks here are delicious! Also, the music is so loud you can't hear the person next to you. I understand a loud party vibe in the evening but you would expect a little different for an 11am brunch. I've come countless times and never needed a reservation and always been impressed. I wonder if management or ownership has changed.
