My husband thoughtfully arranged a birthday dinner for me here with friends last year and my experience was less than stellar. Drinks took 30 minutes to arrive and mine was left at the bar. It was a Smokey cocktail and the smoke had mostly disappeared by the time it arrived since it was sitting at the counter for so long. It was not crowded at the time and staff was standing around and chatting with one another. Food was a hit for some but a miss for me. Friends enjoyed the chicken and waffle sliders, burgers, truffle fries, and sweet potato fries which they raved about. I got the street tacos and they were flavorless and cold. Right in the middle of our meal the music starts pumping so loud we could not have a conversation. I have heard that Therapy has good brunch so I would return to give it another chance but I cannot recommend this place for groups. I also suggest that you order drinks as soon as you are seated. Pro Tip- be mindful of the added gratuity. It was dark and loud and my husband paid the entire thing and then added an additional 20+% for terrible service and so-so food. read more

Atmosphere & Service: Went on Superbowl weekend. No reservations required prior. We walked in and was seated immediately. Our waitress was extremely nice and attentive to our needs. Our glasses were never empty. Food: Our order: - Eggs benny (8/10) - Average. Poached eggs were perfectly runny. - Red Velvet Chicken Waffle Sliders (10/10) - Waffles were flavourful and soft. Fried chicken was crunchy on the outside. - Eggs, Steak and Home Potatoes (10/10) - Home potatoes seasoning had a twist. Tasted more like a stir fry. Steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare. - Chicken Biscuit - biscuit had a strange after taste. Sauce was a bit overwhelming at times but overall good. - Bottomless mimosas and bellinis Price & Recommendation: We spent about $35 USD each. Typical for brunch prices. I really wanted to like Therapy but unfortunately the food was mediocre. The restaurant looks like a super cool place to hangout with late night entertainment. Definitely need to return for that. Our server was very nice but we had to ask him a couple of times for something's. Food: Signature Sample Tray French Fries Chimichurri Steak I can't remember the names of the samples I had but i liked 2 of them the rest was meh. Unfortunately, the chimichurri was a NO for me. There was a taste that I didn't like. The meat was also very chewy and understand it's not the best steaks. Probably try different dishes on my next visit. read more

My husband and I went on a food tour and this was the second stop of 3. Would not go back or recommend. The red velvet waffle and chicken slider was basic. So overdone. The chicken was a very small piece as it was a sampler but it was cooked nicely. Let me say this: lettuce does not belong on this type of sandwich. At all. Ever. The fried Mac and cheese, again so overdone and tired. The only was I can describe it is "meh, whatever." Forgettable. The salad was ok. I'm not into goat cheese so for me it was easy to stop eating. It did have a cool vibe and the service was friendly. Maybe their regular menu offers way better things but what's on the food tour needs to go. read more

Slow service but cheap can't help but dance to the music but it's no where to go out your way and go .... The owners n chefs need to meet in middle cuz the food menu sounds good but really is trash ... just come for a drink n leave honestly they need a better vibe read more

We stopped in for tapas, at the recommendation of our lovely cousin, after visiting the Freemont Street Experience. I made a reservation on yelp, but it ended up we didn't need it. The restaurant has a cool vibe, it had a moderate crowd, sports on the tv, a bit of a hustle and bustle feel. The bartender talked me into a margarita, convincing me it wasn't a mix and wouldn't be too sweet, and I wasn't disappointed. We ordered the tacos on the happy hour menu along with the Brussels sprouts. The tacos were good, not a huge portion. The Brussels sprouts were tasty! These come highly recommended. read more

I thought the food was ok but I gave this place a 4 star because the brunch is fun and lively. You can dance because there is a d.j. Our waitress came and checked on us and kept the mimosas flowing. My food was warm not hot and I had the red velvet pancakes and chicken. I like my food hot so the butter can melt. Fun place but next time I will order something different to eat. read more

Stopped by for dinner the one night after checking the reviews on Yelp. Place was pretty good looking, had a cool modern vibe to it. Place was pretty empty but it was kinda early for dinner so we were able to be seated immediately. The servers and the hostess were very friendly, however it did take some time for our server to come take our checks. On this rare occasion we all ended up getting the therapy burger after reading some of the hype on it. None of us were impressed, the burger for me was just bland no flavor at all. It felt like a burger I would get at a Dennys or some other diner, the sauces didn't do anything for me and I got like 10 fries which if you've read my reviews in the past I'm a fry guy, give me fries ! At the end of the day with all the places to eat in Vegas I will more then likely never return here, nothing makes me want to return and it's off the beaten path a so if you want to come here to eat you have to make an effort. You do get a free shot if you check in though so walk by and check in. read more

STRONG drinks! Dark and dim lighting inside but it goes with the. Ice (loud music and great conversation). The food was amazing. We tried the chicken and waffles made with tater tots or something, the red velvet checks and waffles, panini, and the steak with Edda and potatoes, Brussel sprouts and chicken wings. read more

The food was just ok , appetizers were expensive for the proportion. We were there for a birthday and the birthday person was the only one that didn't get her food , they said they "forgot " it ?? They gave us a free shot for the inconvenience.: ( I would not recommend going to this establishment. Just didn't meet expectations. They are more of a bar place then restaurant I think . I may be too old or too un-hip ... but we just did not have a good experience here. Hear me out. I thoroughly researched the best spots in Vegas for us on a recovery day after attending a day long festival the previous day - and Therapy appeared to check all of the boxes - fun vibe, good music, excellent food, and crafty cocktails/drinks. Awesome! I debated saving a table online - but there was a $20 deposit, so we opted to just take our time exploring the area and roll in on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30. The doorman immediately told us there were no tables available (despite several times being open online - I had just checked) and 'could not say when one would open up'. We looked around and saw many open seats at the bar - and asked if we needed a reservation for those. He did say we could sit at the bar and have food and drinks, so we went that route. We bellied up and scanned the QR code to begin perusing the online menu. There appeared to be some drink specials and brunch specials that were slated to end within an hour or so after we sat down. We had a difficult time getting someone to acknowledge us and take our order. When someone finally greeted us, they asked for a credit card before they would even take a drink order. We both opted for $12 cocktails and said we would also like to order food. They slid our card and disappeared for about 10 minutes. When they finally came back with our drinks we inquired about the brunch options as time was running out - and they just motioned with a cut motion to their throat - I guess meaning those were no longer options available to us. Ok, cool. So we continued to sip our cocktails and peruse the menu... and no one ever checked back. We finished our drinks, sat for another 15 minutes, and had to wave someone down to close our tab and opted to seek food elsewhere - we were starving. The hubs tipped, signed, and we left. It was not until we got home and were going through receipts that we noticed they had already added a $3.50 gratuity to our check for 2 drinks and THEN had a huge section for you to choose a tip. Wow. Sad trombone. Again, maybe we were not the 'typical' customer that frequents Therapy - but our money was good and ready to be spent. We were NOT bothered by the rowdy crowd or the thumping music (it was really good) - but we felt very out of place and like we were bothering folks just to get service. Of note, the gentleman at the door was the nicest part of our visit - so kudos to him. Also, if you choose 'outdoor seating' on the table reservations, there are only like 3-4 tables on the sidewalk in a fenced in area - good for people watching maybe? Man, I feel old. Sigh. read more

Visiting Vegas and we met up with some friends that moved from SoCal to Vegas. They design restaurants for a living and love to explore places for good food and to see different restaurant layouts. They came across good reviews for Therapy and we met there for brunch on a Sunday. Thought it was interesting to have brunch at 11am when they open. Most usually start earlier. Got there early to look around, as it is one block from the the Freemont Experience. Won't put a damper on this good review with comments about that, so check out my Freemont Experience by Day review. Anyhoo, got there at 11 and we were the first there. The wife started with the $18 Bottomless Mimosa and others had screwdrivers. $18 for bottomless is a great deal! Not a huge menu but interesting choices. I have a love/hate relationship with Biscuits and Gravy. I love the thought of ordering them and then hate myself for ordering and finishing them, even if sub-par. Usually way too heavy meal to start the day. But for some reason it was calling my name. It was the Chick Biscuit. Biscuit sliced in half (instead of two biscuits like many) with a nice chunk of fried chicken on each slice and a generous amount of sausage gravy. I portioned one half to eat and would determine the fate of the other half later. It was frikin' amazing. Not sure how they made the gravy so flavorful and not crazy heavy at the same time. So much sausage and the sage flavor added to my delight. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the biscuit was nice. Before I knew it both sides were gone and I felt great. I would have that again and again. Might try to go back before we go home! The wife had their Red Velvet waffles with fried chicken and she really enjoyed it. It looked very cool with the red waffles acting like bread in a sandwich. She recommends this highly. My buddy had the pork belly tacos and was very happy with that choice. It was only two tacos, but he shared that with his wife that had red velvet waffles and chicken. They were both very happy. BTW, the waiter "warned" him that it was just the two tacos, so in case he was hungry it might not be the right choice. That was cool. Wish I got the waiter's name so I could mention him as he was great. Thank you for the fantastic service! Looks a bit of a dive from the outside, but give it a try. Would be interesting to see at night as I bet it gets filled up. Go. Have fun. Eat well! read more

Brandy was our server and she was amazing. Went there this past Sunday for my 30th birthday. The whole place was a vibe. The dj played good music. Everyone that worked their including customers were all having an amazing time. The food is super affordable and DELICIOUS. I ordered the French toast and it was so good! first i I just wanted to say thank you for your hospitality therapy !!! ( I could not remember our waiter name but she was super amazing.) we went for my friends birthday!!! The waiter was so sweet she gave us a complementary shot at the end before we left they were super good. I didn't get the name of it but it taste like a strawberry starburst. Before you entering the establishment, you can hear the music down the street!!! I alway love to do a little shimmy while I am eating. . The menu definitely had tons of choices to choose from kind of like a souther and American style all mix together i had the Vegan Mushroom Chipotle Rubarh BBQ and Mexican Street Corn which was delicious. The portion were a great size matching the price ( I didn't feel cheated ) there's other vegan option to choose from that i just went with the first one (I'll definitely be back but i also was late arriving to the party smh didn't want to hold everyone up ) my food came out fast and still hot The alcohol drinks were amazing !!! We decided to head to Fremont on our last day and grab some food. We stumbled upon Therapy and it was a good one. Pretty decent sized menu and of course, all the Boo's your little liver could want. We sat outside because it is LOUD inside. They play music and it's a vibe but LOUD. The music is still outside but not nearly as loud. Plus, outside makes for amazing people watching. I had the chicken meatball pesto pasta and it was incredible. The meatballs might be some of the best I have had. Our server, I can't recall his name and That blows because he was AMAZING. His vibe is wonderful and he was funny. We had cheesecake for dessert. He offered to put the coffee syrup on it because our first choice was tiramisu which they were out of. We said sure but when he came back out, he told us that the owner/manager threw a damn fit over it. Why you ask? Because we were changing the item with the suggestion of our waiter mind you. She chewed him out....how dumb. The food is great, but the manager should come down a few notches. read more

Walked Fremont st and wanted to try out a little bar. Found this place as it was no cover and line wasn't super long. Came in and it was pretty packed and the music was pretty good. Got some drinks and didn't wait too long to order. The drinks are tiny and expensive. Overall a fun little spot if you're around Fremont St area. read more

Therapy is my favorite bar in downtown Las Vegas. I had some friends visiting from out-of-town and deemed it essential to bring them here. Therapy is unique to all other bars downtown, largely because of its menu. The food is a step up from regular bar food and the drinks are often unusual and unique. I was the DD, so I didn't get to sample a lot this time. But I did have a blueberry upside down cake Therapy Shot. The Therapy Shots are switched out every so often. I believe this one was some sort of vodka-based concoction. Overall, therapy is a must-visit for tourists and locals alike! read more

My buddy recommended this place and he is usually spot on. Came with very high expectations and unfortunately the service kinda ruined the whole experience. Servers were running around frantically, wasn't incredibly busy and didn't understand what the issue was? When you see a place with 1500+ reviews at a 4.5 star average you have to wonder? I am sure it must have been an off night and I will for sure come back as the food was just too delicious to let go. read more

A group of six of us were looking for a place for dinner on a very busy night when we were downtown and stumbled across this as having a reservation, so we checked it out. So we came here for brunch and let me tell you..... everything was perfect . From the hostess to our lovely server Brandy and Giovanni ( who happened to just start ) the service was one of the best I've experienced and THE FOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDD !!! So freaking good and the bottomless mimosas is totally worth it! Shout out to my boys Jordan and Jonathan! They were very welcoming and it was fun talking with them. Place is great for all types of groups. My friend and I were at the bar to enjoy some drinks and to watch Zion Williamson play his first NBA game. There's a casual restaurant-style first floor. There's an entire second floor if a large group wants to make a reservation. Happy hour options were pretty good overall. I had the chicken sliders and nachos. The carne asada on the nachos were delicious. Friend ordered burger sliders and empanadas. The empanadas were ridiculously small, but flavorful. The prices were definitely worth the food and drinks that we ordered. Beer options are pretty standard like the kind you can find at a regular liquor store. Place has a great vibe. I had walked past this establishment quite a few times during some drunken adventures walking about Downtown. They had a fairly decent Happy Hour menu and a nice variety of specialty drinks. The service was a bit slow for for drinks even though I was seated at the bar but the drinks were made fairly balanced and made up for the wait. The charcuterie board was delicious, a very nice brown mustard and fruit jam accompanied the cracker like Flatbread. The nachos were flavorful as well. Definitely an establishment with more of a nightclub feel as they also have an event called Techno Taco Tuesday. read more

Totally not what we expected. But in a good way. Reservations were set. Arrived and seated promptly. Looks like a bar. Not a restaurant. Food looks like white table cloth quality plates. Service was bubbly and attentive. Disappointed that there is no happy hour when seated at a table. Only at the bar. This is a bar for the most part. Our table was literally 10 feet away from the bar. Hmmmmm. With that only disappointment, our Tomahawk Steak was 100% juicier. 100% tastier. And 100% cooked better than what we had in steaks at the Golden Steer. Short Version: There are so many other places on Freemont and life is short. Ridiculously priced drinks. A tiny mezcal cocktail was $16.50! Right by Fremont Street. This is such a good spot to bring friends and share plates. I always go during the day, and it's pretty quiet, not crazy. Everything on the menu is pretty good but my go to is the chicken red velvet waffles. I'll order the Mac and cheese bites too. Service is super nice. Tyler was my last waiter and had amazing convo. Was eager to have dinner here but from the moment we walked in the service was sub-par "I recently dined at Therapy Restaurant and unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The atmosphere was nice and the service was decent, but the food was subpar. I ordered the chicken dish, which was overcooked and lacked flavor. The vegetables were also overcooked and unseasoned. The wine selection was average and the prices were high for the quality of food. We are looking for a place on Fremont Street where we could get a good bite and some good cocktails, but not be in the thick of things. I am so thankful this place came up in my search because it was exactly what we were looking for. I love that this restaurant is called Therapy during the day and Relapse nightclub at night. Everything is set up really well, and it's decorated really cool. The service was excellent, and we never wanted for anything. We had excellent food and craft cocktails. We got special wristbands that presumably marked us as middle-aged, and they entitled us to unlimited well drinks between 11:30 and 12:30. The club was pretty happening when we walked in, but we were able to get up to the bar quite easily. It wasn't quite 11:30, and the bartender advised us to wait to get our free drinks. She didn't seem to mind us hanging out like vultures, and served us the minute the party hour began. We annoyingly had three different well drinks--tequila tonic, tequila soda, and gin and tonic, I believe--and she remembered them when we came back for a second, and then a third round. She was, in other words, a beautiful bartending angel. She was great at her job and kept things moving. I was surprised how easy it was to get our drinks in this busy club. The DJ knew his audience, and I recognized every song he played, the whole set plucked from my middle school, high school, or young adult years, when I would occasionally go clubbing in Vegas. I was with two of my best friends, who I met when I was 12, and wore knock-off Herve Leger to go dancing with when I was 21. We're 40 with kids now, but Tao took us back to those carefree days. We got low in our flat shoes and loose-fitting white clothes. I've frequented the restaurant Therapy many times for lunch during my work break. Whenever I have, I stop by the restroom before leaving. The path to the restroom leads past the open kitchen. I usually stop to look into the kitchen because I love chefs and cooking. Normally I see no issues. There has usually been a chef on duty with a goatee who looks like he's keeping things under control. I absolutely love the food at Therapy. The cooks do such a great job. However... Tonight I went in for dinner and was disgusted by what I saw before I left. I wish I had seen this before we ate. My family and I had a wonderful dinner and the service from our waiter, Robert, was spot on. I loved the roasted chicken dish and my table couldn't believe how good the chimichurri steak was. As I was making my usual use of the bathroom before leaving, I looked into the kitchen. The kitchen staff looked frazzled and very busy. The restaurant was packed and it did take some time for our food to come out. I can understand that kitchens can get very busy from time to time, but for them to sacrifice everyone's safety just to get food out is unacceptable. There was a rather large man in a black chef coat, black hat, and had flying pigs on his pants. He seemed to be the chef on duty. There was another shorter cook with a beard who was not wearing a hat while cooking. The taller chef in the black jacket was grabbing food with his bare hands and instead of washing his hands would just use a dirty towel to wipe his hands off. He would go back and forth between grabbing different food items and putting them onto a plate without wiping anything down or washing his hands. All of the other cooks seemed panicked as well and had the same sanitation practices. There was a larger stocky balding gentleman on the dining room side of kitchen directing the kitchen crew. He made no mention to anyone to stay clean or to clean up. The cook with the beard just had food piled up everywhere, chicken, pork chops, and steak all next to each other. He kept grabbing food with his bare hands. I understand that sometimes cooks can grab food with their bare hands when they wash them, but no one was wearing gloves or washing their hands. I was appalled and asked my server, Robert, who was the gentleman in all black and where was the chef with the goatee. He explained to me that the goatee'd chef had been let go and the chef in black was the new chef. I don't believe I will be frequenting Therapy any longer if this is his standards of cleanliness. My New Favorite Restaurant in Las Vegas! First off, I loved the ambiance and style of the place. Secondly the staff was awesome. All of them. From the manager Beta Silva, to their Servers, Bartenders, and Chef of course. My table of guests included my Business Partner her Husband and New Clients who quickly became friends at Therapy. Their Empanadas are delicious and I highly recommend their Artichoke Dip. For Dinner I had their Shrimp Scampi and though I really loved it, my Business Partners Husband ordered their Chicken and red Velvet waffles, they were super delicious, I know because I had to taste it I will definitely order that next time. Their Drinks are the last compliment I must write in this review because it is awesome to note that they have a great selection of wine and beer and a great mixologist that knows how to make the perfect Old Fashion. I am extremely picky about my Old Fashions and this restaurant did not disappoint. Excellent! The evening there ended with the staff and their management thanking us for coming and giving us the overwhelming welcoming experience. We visited this restaurant with high hopes after viewing the fantastic menu. Upon arriving we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. As the restaurant was busy and we didn't make a reservation, we sat at the bar for a drink. Again, the bartender was helpful and welcoming. We were seated quite promptly after ordering a drink at the bar. The service up to this point of our visit was excellent, however after being seated at our table, it was down hill from there. After placing our orders, our main courses took over 30 minutes to be served. Other customers who had ordered after us had already finished their mains. Our mains arrived and as an apology for the delay, our server gave us complementary shots which was appreciated. However, we were looking forward to ordering desserts but our server delivered the bill without us requesting it. We were not asked how our meals were or if we would like to order dessert. We felt rushed and unwelcome in this restaurant as a result. The server obviously wanted a quicker turnaround on the table after the food took so long to be prepared. The food was delicious, however the poor table service ruined what would have otherwise been an enjoyable experience. We wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant. read more

Overall, the best dining experience I've ever had. We came for my friends 25th birthday. I had a reservation for 12 people. I got a little early to see if I could decorate the table and drop off a cake I had for later. I had hats and balloons, both of which need to be assembled and blown up. Maria greeted us so kindly at the host stand. She was happy to put the cake in the fridge for me, and then when I explained I needed to put together hats, and blow up balloons, she graciously allowed my friend and I to use her personal office to finish up the decorations and even brought us a cocktail!!!!! I was already blown away by the customer service and overall kindness Maria had given, but then we sat down to eat..... The food was spectacular and our server, Gloria was just as amazing as Maria. She was so patient with our fun and rowdy group, she had fantastic recommendations and just really did an outstanding job at taking care of us. I can't recommend this place more. So we were so excited to try this new hot spot. There has been much rave about it, and after going tonight, for very good reason! The atmosphere was so much fun, very alive! The staff were energized and happy to be doing what they were. I loved the feel of this place! Now for the food. I ordered the salmon and it was one of the best salmon I have had! Amazing! I also had the asparagus with poached egg, genius together! My dish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My daughters had the burger and they ate every bite, before I could even taste it! They loved it and said it tasted so different from any burger they have had, and they look forward to going back just for the burger! My husband and our friend with us had the shrimp scampi and roasted cauliflower. I tasted the cauliflower and it was great, the sauce on the cauliflower was so good! Before going to a club, we stopped by here. I am thoroughly happy we did. You walk in to high ceilings and beautiful sections of the restaurant. It's very big yet intimate. Everything is pretty much shareable, minus the soup. So we ordered lots of things for the table. I wish the soup dumplings were bigger and had some more liquid to them. But the hot and sour ones were great... lots of heat to it. The baby octopus was okay, very crispy but I thought it lacked some acidity. The Szechuan chicken was great... but DONT eat the peppers. Just the crispy chicken around it. The sautéed shrimp was phenomal, perfectly cooked. It came on an iron skillet so we could snag the crispy leftover bits. The flat noodles with beef... wow. Get them. Our waiter encouraged us to get a noodle dish and this was a great suggestion he made. The menu can be overwhelming, especially if you're not familiar with non-American Chinese food. We came yesterday during the DJ hours. Music very loud but I guess that's brunch! We came here last June and to be honest it was better then. We had the Lobster Grilled Cheese both times and this time it wasn't as good, cheese was soupy rather than a blanket and the lobster pieces are smaller and it's $39. My husband got a Wagon (can't remember the name) shot..it was good! Coated the belly nice he said. We also had the Red Velvet Waffle Fried Chicken, was decent. The only bigger issue was it was busy so refills took a while and they offer a 4% discount if you pay cash but charge you 4% more for using a card and they also charge a service fee. And our waitress couldn't explain it, just shrugged and said she can't touch those fees and she was telling us that the 4% extra we were charged wasn't being charged extra but simple math we were. 5 stars doesn't even begin to explain how utterly impressed I was with this restaurant. I stopped by this bar on Fremont and fell completely in love with the vibe I got as soon as I walked in. The entire staff was very welcoming and the food was delicious. I would have to say the best part of the restaurant, however, was the bar and the bartender that made my drink. I ordered a pisco passion from the bartender, Christina, and not only did it taste amazing, but she was more than enthusiastic about recommending and making drinks for me. Coming from the east coast myself, she really made me feel at home with her Jersey persona. She was one of the many reasons I enjoyed this bar so much. When I visit Vegas again, I'll definitely return to Therapy for the great food and even better drinks. read more

I am so happy that my party dropped into this gem. Therapy is where you come when you want to experience " Perfection" . Everything that we ordered was so f'n delicious. Our cocktails were also perfect. Everything taste like love......Angelica is the best server I have ever had. My initial plan was to go next door to eat. But!!!!!!! I am so happy we came here instead. I can't wait to come back for brunch, lunch, just drinks and whenever I want to have a memorable meal where the entire staff is friendly and caring. I went for a lunch meeting and was completely disappointed. After being seated it took 15 minutes for someone to ask if I wanted anything to drink, once the water was brought over we waited for over 20 minutes and not a single person came to our table to take our food order. I saw a young lady helping other tables, but since we were not assigned to her she just looked at us and ignored us. The bar tender was assisting and was too busy on the phone to come over and take our order. We decided to get up and leave and even then not a single person asked us if there was a problem. After hearing so many good things about this restaurant I will have to say I'm never going back. We walked over to La Comida across the street. read more
