I love this store!!! It reminds me of Modcloth or Fredflare only I can touch and try on the stuff I want to buy! Prices range from reasonably priced to expensive depending on the brand/quality of the items. They carry Tulle, BB Dakota, Big Buddah, Fossil, and many other brands! This small store on Main Street has home decor items, clothes, and accessories that have more of a boutique feel and less mall like which is what I love. The candles smell delicious! Last month I purchased a sweater which I found to my disappointment had a ripped seem on the sleeve of the sweater. I found this out only when I wore it to work for the first time. I went back to the store within a week of purchase and they let me exchange it without my receipt with no hassle. The service the associates deliver here are always consistent. They are courteous, polite, and helpful. Keep doing what your doing! read more

The layout of this store needs a lot of work, it reminds me of a Redlight or a Buffalo Exchange, but they're selling new. It's seen-it nicknacks in the front, clothes in the rear - spread it out! Make me want to walk around the whole place! The clothes racks, even though they're organized by color, which I normally love, looked liked a few big 'go backs' racks. Curiosity overpowered my inner retail diva and I checked them out, but not impressed. Labels vary, which is great - love Goorin Bros hats and Jonathan Adler - but they also carry Obey and Steve Madden just like Nordstrom. My Madden boots were there, but I got them at the Nordie's Anniversary Sale for $80 less way back in August, which made the whole place feel even more tired to me. read more

This place is awesome. They have hilarious (sometimes vulgar) items, trendy clothing and gifts for nearly everyone, even men. Lots of neat small items. I bought many of my stocking stuffers here. I agree with the other reviews about how this is a mini urban outfitters. I can't find many cool shops like this in the tri-valley and I'm so glad it's close to home. The staff has great customer service; it feels genuine, relatable, and they check up on you without being overbearing. Wish I got the names but the brunette with the bob and glasses was nice and helpful. This may be my new go-to gift shop. read more

It looks and feels like the other Therapy locations throughout the Bay Area. The service was great for all the girls who needed different sizes available in the store, or at other locations. Unlike the other locations, there was no sale or "last chance" racks. The shoe selection was also very small. Still, it's a cool place to browse through. read more

Therapy reminds me of what Urban Outfitters wants to be. It's cute&has really interesting pieces and miscellaneous objects. I tried on a lot of clothes, but didn't end up getting any of them, though. Hum. But I did happen to find a really cute scarf for a friend's birthday for about $18, which is very reasonable. The clothes seem to be made pretty well. I think I'll be back when I'm in the area, but maybe on a cooler day so I'll have more energy to shop! :P read more

Cool place to shop for funky, unique items. I love Therapy in Mountain View & was pleased to know there is an East Bay location as well. Originally, I only went to the Berkeley location because of superior customer service and friendliness, however, my opinion of the Pleasanton store has recently been turned around. I bought a dress at the Berkeley store and upon returning home found a tear in it. I exchanged it for the same dress in Pleasanton. The gentleman helping was absolutely amazing and I was excited to wear my dress to a special occasion. I went to my event and it was no more than ten minutes of wearing my dress when someone pointed out to me that my zipper had broken and left a gaping hole. I brought my dress back-tags in tact, as I had just put it on in my hotel-and had another great experience in the Pleasanton store. Barbara (?) kindly helped me and offered store credit. Great little spot. Just started working in Downtown Pleasanton, went for a stroll, and wound up in here for over half in hour and walked out with a 3 cute reasonable priced tops. This store has a lot of cute clothes and the customer service is great. My review is about the quality of some of the clothing. I purchased a blouse from here that was about $40 to $50 dollars. I had bought a medium size but because it was a little "flowy" and thought a smaller size would look better. I took it back and exchanged it for a size small. I wore it only once. I washed it according to the directions on the label, which said okay to dry on low. I dried the shirt for about 15 minutes on low, and now it is a children's sized shirt. I would go back here because they have unique and adorable attire, however I would make sure I'm spending money on items that I know are not going to be ruined after a wash or with light wear. read more

This store is random and fun. Can definitely find something for everyone. Some clothing prices are a bit high but the fact that it's locally owned (well somewhat I think the owners live in Burlingame) and the staff rocks, and the findings are unique and super cool. Just what downtown Pleasanton needed. A store with great clothes, awesome home goods, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the clothes, to the art and jewelry crafted by local artisans, to the home goods, I love everything in this store. I always buy cards here, because any card at hallmark is cheesy and impersonal. Love this place. I've always seem to score something here. I think that half of my work clothes are all from here. It a great place to find something that is just a little dressier than weekend wear. I love shopping here too because I never have to worry about having the shirt on as one of co-workers. All the ladies that work here are super helpful in putting outfits together for me. This place is amazing!!!! It is one of the most unique stores I've ever been in and that is such a good thing. The front of the store is filled with all these adorable treasures. From mugs to jewelry, books to kitchen things they even have the cutest kids toys and books. The back of the store is there clothes! The first time I came in I was a little hesitant to look through there selection, I'm new to ca and felt a little out of my comfort zone with the styles. However this store keeps calling me back and one day I decided to tackle there amazing racks of clothes. I love that they only have one or two of each piece, makes it feel like you are getting something one of a kind, and something you won't see hundreds of other women wearing. Which isn't something that bothers me but is still a nice feeling. I'm not gonna lie, they are a bit pricey which is why although I have been in this store a thousand times I haven't bought much. :( Another reason why this place is so amazing is my amazing husband, knowing the many times I have drooled over the contents inside, decided to come here for mothers day to get me something. He had no clue on what to get me and I can't really see him sifting through there racks of clothes with our son in hand, remember it's not like a department store filled with racks of same thing you have to search for there treasures. I'm sure he looked a little puzzled when the sales women came to his rescue, i wish I knew her name. He gave her a little run down on why he was there and was honest that he didn't know what he wanted to get but wanted to spend x amount of dollars. She gave him a great idea and he was out the door. I did however return it with my husband urging me too go back and get clothes if I wanted, he got me this adorable wallet but how could I resist the chance to pick out some of there amazing clothes. I couldn't! This isn't the only time my husband has gone here for me. My birthday was recently and he went here again and did tackle the clothes this time with the amazing help from the sales women. Gotta love these ladies, so helpful. He told her what he was looking for and my favorite color and she helped him pick out a beautiful sweater that didn't get returned this time! Now I just have to wait for the weather to change so I can wear it. Overall if you are ever visiting Pleasanton or the east bay you need to come here and walk through this amazing place, they have so much to offer and the sales women are amazing! read more

This store is amazing! Really cute stuff with very affordable pricing. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service. While I was in the shop Brenda was extremely helpful without being overbearing. After returning to my hotel I realized the security "fob" was accidentally left on my garment. I called the shop and Brenda immediately offered to come to my hotel to remove it. As a travel weary patron, I call that exemplary customer service. Thank you, Brenda! Therapy is just that 'therapy.' I LOVE this neat organized place stocked with all kinds of interesting clothes and unique goods. You don't have to weed or sort through a bunch of nonsense. It's simply divine, and all the items in it are as well. This includes the amazing sales associates that work there. Brenda has been acting as my personal shopper every time I go in there for a couple years now. She is amazing, authentic, real, and honest. Hannah too takes the best care of me!! Everytime I have visited this cute boutique, I am always greeted with a smile and great customer service. All the associates are nice and they are a kid friendly store. They have a nice selection of dresses and tops as well accessories. It's well organized and I don't feel overwhelmed to mix and match pieces. Sometimes it is a hit or miss with sizing.
