I tried this place for the first time and I'm glad I found it on Yelp!! This a cute little spot serving up some pretty good eats. Me and my sister decided to grab a bite after a drs appt and we enjoyed what we ordered. The Bruce's eggs ( very nice combo of items) chives, bacons and cream cheese incorporated into eggs it had great flavor and the potatoes served with it were yummy . Also the French toast was cooked to perfection . I wished i had added bananas but maybe next time . Also the iced coffee was very refreshing and had a slight mocha flavor. Popped into Teresa's on a whim on a Saturday morning for breakfast. What an adorable little joint. I got blueberry and granola pancakes that, honestly, changed my life. Huge pancakes that were subtly sweet and not too dense, which was surprising considering how big and tall these suckers were. Coffee was ace, as well. Totally hit the spot. But the service was really where it was at. I genuinely felt like I was stepping into someone's home and they were making me breakfast. We were even given a free scone for it being our first time. I found this little gem on yelp when looking for a spot to get lunch in the area. I can't believe I've never been here before - it's such a great find! It's easy to find and it has a private lot which is a plus for the area. Inside is just a charming little seating area and a self serve hot beverage station where you pick one of their mis-matched mugs to use which just adds more charm in my opinion. They're open for breakfast and lunch. I took some lunch to go. The Theresa wrap which was in house roasted turkey breast, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato and a rosemary mayo which just took it to the next level. It was the perfect wrap that came with a side of potato salad (or macaroni salad or coleslaw). I couldn't resist the baked scone of the day which was a chocolate covered strawberry one. Huge and delish. Everything a scone should be. I will definitely be back over and over again to try other things on the menu. They make everything fresh daily. I have been to Theresa's Cafe a handful of times with family and friends. The food is above average; the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps they should not stay open until three if they plan on switching their grill and manners off shortly after 1:30. Please also refrain from asking about types of dressing or describe what kind of dressing you prefer, Ain't nobody there have time for that. They will answer you rudely and push you out the door. I was in the mood for breakfast, and my friend wanted lunch, so we decided on Theresa's Cafe. It's a small little place, but there were plenty of tables. While we were eating, it became jam-packed with people and the food coming out looked delicious. When you walk in, you go to the counter, grab some menus and then order right there. They will then bring you your meal. Coffee is in self-serve containers. The mugs all have different designs. Mine said, "I love you". Cute idea because it's like being at a friend's home. I had eggs over easy which comes with toast and potatoes. If you want meat, it's considered a side dish. The potatoes were made from peeled Red Bliss potatoes and wow were they great! Golden crispy and piping hot!!! Meat doesn't come with the meal, so I ordered a side of bacon which was a generous portion. Everything was cooked perfectly. My friend had a BLT with potato salad. You can tell the potato salad was homemade and not the typical deli style salad. To pay, you just go back to the counter and tell them what you had. Theresa's was a unique place to dine at, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. My only complaint was the coffee was not very hot so I'm deducting one star. read more

This café is completely adorable and has that same feel of being at a close relatives house for an amazing meal. Tucked away right next to a Kung Fu Studio in Flemington, Therasa's was all self serve bottomless coffee, and for all you gluten free/celiac disease as sufferers-this is probably the ONLY café I've ever been to that has not only AMAZING gluten free bread...But an amazingly attentive staff to the needs of those who have celiac disease or other issues with gluten. I must say this, the patty melt and potato salad was friggin amazing and my friend who had the chili with cornbread absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!!! read more

This is an amazing Cafe. I occasionally go here with my family for a bite to eat, and it sure is satisfying. The atmosphere here is cozy and warm, and really comfortable. The person at the register is exceptionally nice, and the people in the back are doing a great job. They even offered complimentary scones fresh out of the oven. The food is amazing! It left me wanting more, even though I was stuffed... I suggest trying the buttermilk pancakes with chocolate chips, they were delicious. So is practically everything here. It may be a small cafe but it all around amazing. This was our first time to Theresa's Café. We had a gift card we figured we would try it for lunch. It's an order at the counter kind of place without table service. It's small, a bit cramped and it was cold in there today. The menu is a good size with mostly what you would expect from a small café. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the people are pleasant. I got the Swiss patty melt with fried onions. I've never seen a patty melt served not all put together. There was one piece of bread with a hamburger in the middle and the other covered fried onions and Swiss cheese. There was a lot of extra bread for the burger and too much onion for my tastes. The bread was good but it wasn't exactly what I was expecting and it tasted just ok. The fries and coleslaw were also just ok. I've had worse meals, but I'm not in a hurry to go back either. read more

I love Theresa's! FYI, the new owner Chris is so, so nice and always willing to help you and accommodate any dietary needs. Although the coconut citrus scone I had was delicious, my disappointment in this cafe comes from the response I got when I asked Teresa if she had soy milk for my coffee. She said that 'it doesn't pay her to get soy milk for customers because not enough people ask for it'. Seriously? This might be something you think, but don't actually say to a customer because the message one gets is, (a) the owner is too cheap to afford $2.49 every couple weeks, (b) customers with non-dairy needs don't matter to her business.
