After the level of service I've received from Edgar and his team, though, I felt like they deserved the recognition. I've now had two experiences with this company, and both have been outstanding. The first time, my AC wasn't performing the way it should after another HVAC technician had replaced my blower motor. The system was running, but it just wasn't moving enough air throughout my two-story home. Something still didn't seem right. That's when I called Edgar. He came out, took a look, and within minutes identified the issue. He told me, "It's your motor. It's not blowing strong enough." He explained that he could tell right away because the airflow wasn't what it should be, especially for a two-story house. He said I should really be able to hear and feel the air moving much stronger than it was. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. After diagnosing the problem, I asked him what I owed him for coming out. To my surprise, he told me not to worry about it and didn't charge me anything. I ended up contacting the previous HVAC technician, explaining what Edgar had found, and requested a refund for the motor. I then purchased the same motor that originally came with my system and installed it myself. Sure enough, the moment I installed it, the airflow improved immediately and the system started performing the way it should. Edgar was absolutely right. The second time I reached out, I was having an issue with my AC condensate pump and drain line. I wasn't able to get an immediate appointment because they were booked up, but the technician I spoke with was still incredibly helpful over the phone. He took the time to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. Following his advice, I disconnected the hoses and used my shop vac to clear out the drain line. It turned out the problem wasn't even the condensate pump at all. Once I cleared the line, everything started working properly again, saving me from replacing a part that didn't need to be replaced. Both experiences showed me that this company genuinely cares about helping people, not just selling repairs. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile. As someone who works in the trades myself, I really appreciate companies that operate with integrity. Edgar and his team have absolutely earned my business going forward, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy HVAC service.

I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

Long Version: Our HVAC went out just as summer was hitting. Upstairs completely dead, downstairs on it's last leg Ouch. I actually own a general contracting company, but not in Riverside County. So I had to interview and vet HVAC companies from scratch. Advanced HVAC was the 2nd contractor we met with in our home. Danny was simply outstanding. HONEST, thorough, expert. He was patient and provided different options based on our budget. NOTE TO OWNER OF ADVANCED AIR OWNERSHIP: whatever you are paying this man is not enough - give him a raise. When Danny left after about 90 minutes, our decision was made. We were going with Advanced Air. Pricing was clear, upfront and VERY competitive. Unfortunately, I can't say that about the other contractors we met with. Notes about pricing: as a Contractor myself, I have the ability to understand approximately how much these HVAC contractors are marking up their labor and materials. An unscrupulous contractor may attempt to charge 50% or 100% more than another one for the EXACT SAME system. Do not fall for this. At the same time though, a quality contractor like Advanced Air has the right to cover all of their costs AND earn a fair profit for their TIME AND EXPERTISE. As a homeowner, the quality of installation should matter to you just as much as the materials. I recommend looking for a FAIR price but not necessarily the LOWEST price. Advanced Air delivers in both respects. Once the scope of work was final, we scheduled the install. It was actually (2) units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The team was obviously experienced. Austin, Johnny and Mike immediately split up and went to work. By the end of the day we had COLD AIR flowing out of all the air ducts - sooo nice. The team went through a brief checklist with me confirming what tasks were done. Loved that professional touch. The work areas were left CLEAN and tidy. About a week after the install, I had a small concern. (Keep in mind that I am picky). Advanced Air IMMEDIATELY scheduled a service call. The tech was experienced and efficient. I got a second opinion from Veteran's heating and cooling and it turned out to be the compressor contactor that welded itself in the ON position which I had mentioned to the Integrity technician already. After replacing the contactor etc. the system is working fine again despite its age. I cannot recommend Integrity due to this experience.

Exceptional customer service. The technician that came out diagnosed in 5 minutes and took. The time to explain what was broken and a basic overview of how the system worked. I used to be an electrician so I know he wasn't trying to oversell me on services I didn't need. Basically my capacitor went out and that was the main issue. The relay had contacts that needed replacing which I agreed with him on replacing plus he installed another complement to enhance the longevity of the system. Not to mention he did a coil cleaning. All that for $850 and less than 20 minutes I hate my AC working. We all know how essential getting the AC to work in September in Temecula. Not sure if the price is expensive or not because I didn't get several quotes but from contact to working AC in less than 2.5 hours was worth it. P.s.
