    They came out and gave me real options and didn't try to sell me on crazy new stuff. The two units I got are great and they have been working great. The units are much quieter and energy efficient from my old ones. Will use again and recommend. The value for the units and coils was lower another bigger box/ named places.

    5 out of 5 stars! After going through 3 other companies to give me a quote on just a simple repair, other companies wanted to charge me up to 15k to 8k in changing out my whole HVAC. Bryan came in and gave me straight to the point on what was wrong and fixed the problem for only $950. He even came in with no charge to change my dampers so other rooms could get adequate airflow. It's hard to find reliable companies that don't want to scam others out of money and product selling, AC Guy is the way to go! Ill definitely be using him for all of the repairs I need in my HVAC! True, reliable, and responsive! Before and after photos below.

    Bryan and Rob were amazing! Did the installation in less then 6 hrs and went above and beyond for the price they quoted. I anticipated additional fees for a few extra things they had to do for me because we have dogs, that like to chewy things.. well not only was it the quoted price, Bryan actually came over to make sure it was running and all was good! He also made a few courtesy calls just to make sure we were happy.. and that we are! Their service was outstanding, and Id recommend them to anyone anytime.

After the level of service I've received from Edgar and his team, though, I felt like they deserved the recognition. I've now had two experiences with this company, and both have been outstanding. The first time, my AC wasn't performing the way it should after another HVAC technician had replaced my blower motor. The system was running, but it just wasn't moving enough air throughout my two-story home. Something still didn't seem right. That's when I called Edgar. He came out, took a look, and within minutes identified the issue. He told me, "It's your motor. It's not blowing strong enough." He explained that he could tell right away because the airflow wasn't what it should be, especially for a two-story house. He said I should really be able to hear and feel the air moving much stronger than it was. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. After diagnosing the problem, I asked him what I owed him for coming out. To my surprise, he told me not to worry about it and didn't charge me anything. I ended up contacting the previous HVAC technician, explaining what Edgar had found, and requested a refund for the motor. I then purchased the same motor that originally came with my system and installed it myself. Sure enough, the moment I installed it, the airflow improved immediately and the system started performing the way it should. Edgar was absolutely right. The second time I reached out, I was having an issue with my AC condensate pump and drain line. I wasn't able to get an immediate appointment because they were booked up, but the technician I spoke with was still incredibly helpful over the phone. He took the time to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. Following his advice, I disconnected the hoses and used my shop vac to clear out the drain line. It turned out the problem wasn't even the condensate pump at all. Once I cleared the line, everything started working properly again, saving me from replacing a part that didn't need to be replaced. Both experiences showed me that this company genuinely cares about helping people, not just selling repairs. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile. As someone who works in the trades myself, I really appreciate companies that operate with integrity. Edgar and his team have absolutely earned my business going forward, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy HVAC service.

Definitely a true statement here…read more Within a minute of putting in my request I was called and had a technician at my home within 2 hours. It would've been sooner but I wasn't home. Exceptional customer service. The technician that came out diagnosed in 5 minutes and took. The time to explain what was broken and a basic overview of how the system worked. I used to be an electrician so I know he wasn't trying to oversell me on services I didn't need. Basically my capacitor went out and that was the main issue. The relay had contacts that needed replacing which I agreed with him on replacing plus he installed another complement to enhance the longevity of the system. Not to mention he did a coil cleaning. All that for $850 and less than 20 minutes I hate my AC working. We all know how essential getting the AC to work in September in Temecula. Not sure if the price is expensive or not because I didn't get several quotes but from contact to working AC in less than 2.5 hours was worth it. P.s. This was Friday morning and there were other companies who reached out but couldn't get my system evaluated until Monday...

I fixed and replaced the part myself in less than 45 min. They were pissing on me and telling me it was raining smh are there any honest people left in this world I understand it's a business but they were definitely not honest about what they were telling me and looked me in the face and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Hindsight I felt disrespected in my own home. Can't be over charging people for simple little issues and lying about cost of parts the internet is your friend just do the research and avoid being scammed. Please be aware of dishonest people like them this is not how you do business I hope this helps more innocent people out there.

    I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with Encore, as…read moreI've had several projects completed by Encore Plumbing in the past--including installing a tankless water heater and unclogging drains. I've always appreciated the quality of work, which is why I chose Encore again for my latest project involving the installation of two faucets and unclogging two slow sinks. I submitted pictures and requested a quote through Yelp, and received a firm price, which was reassuring. I also made it clear I was in no rush and could wait until after Memorial Day, as I understand the holiday can be more expensive. Although I had other quotes to consider, I opted to continue with Encore based on our past positive work. I did add a request to remove and install a toilet to the project list as well. The plumber who came out did excellent work--handled everything required, cleaned up thoroughly, and I'm very happy with the end result on that front. However, I was disappointed by the change in pricing. Upon arrival and after work began, a valve started leaking, and additional charges were introduced for replacing the valves--something that, based on the pictures provided, other companies had already flagged as necessary. The quote for the extra work and the toilet installation ended up adding nearly $1,000 to the bill. While I were able to negotiate the price down, it still felt like I was being charged over $300 an hour for labor, and an extra $650 for something that could have been anticipated ahead of time. The sudden price change was frustrating, especially since at that point, I felt locked in--the plumber was already there, and now I had a leak in the line, making it difficult to bring in another company to resolve the new issue. Additionally, I was encouraged multiple times to sign up for a yearly service plan to receive a 15% discount. While I understand the value of ongoing service agreements, this approach didn't sit well with me, particularly since other plumbers and service providers in other Calif areas I've worked with have offered the first year of their service plan for free, allowing me to evaluate the benefits before committing.
