I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

Definitely a true statement here…read more Within a minute of putting in my request I was called and had a technician at my home within 2 hours. It would've been sooner but I wasn't home. Exceptional customer service. The technician that came out diagnosed in 5 minutes and took. The time to explain what was broken and a basic overview of how the system worked. I used to be an electrician so I know he wasn't trying to oversell me on services I didn't need. Basically my capacitor went out and that was the main issue. The relay had contacts that needed replacing which I agreed with him on replacing plus he installed another complement to enhance the longevity of the system. Not to mention he did a coil cleaning. All that for $850 and less than 20 minutes I hate my AC working. We all know how essential getting the AC to work in September in Temecula. Not sure if the price is expensive or not because I didn't get several quotes but from contact to working AC in less than 2.5 hours was worth it. P.s.
