The owner, Raymond, quoted me a price and a date, and we agreed... and then 30 minutes before the appointment, he told me he wasn't coming and asked to reschedule. The rescheduled date came up, and I checked in that morning to confirm... And he asked to change the time, even though we'd agreed to it days before. So, OK, we changed the time... and then he just didn't show up. A full no-call, no-show. I wasted hours on this guy, and there was not so much as a peep when he blew off the appointment that he repeatedly delayed. Raymond and his team were excellent. My only mistake was not being very specific on what I wanted trimmed on a specific tree. My inexperience led me to ask for a light trimming on a specific tree and it resulted in a much deeper trimming. It was not Raymond fault and his team but take the time And elaborate. I was rushing the process and I made a mistake. Nevertheless, his team did an excellent job. We had a massive pine tree that had not been touched in 20+ years and super overgrown bushes over our pool area. The pine tree looks absolutely phenomenal. He not only trimmed it but made it look very even and pleasing to the eye. Super happy with the pine. Our bushes needed to be trimmed up too and pushed back at least 4 feet. They did a great job, though it looks ugly, it's only temporary because the flowers and leaves on just on the face. He did a great job and we will definitely use Raymond and his team in the future!!
