In my opinion, the coffee here is a taaaddd bit overpriced but I would definitely return just because the interior is so cool. Definitely reminds me of a cafe you'd find in downtown LA. I love the industrial yet warm feel to this place and it's a good spot to catch up with a friend. They also have a freaking giant swing in the middle of the cafe so you can sip on your latte on the swing while someone takes your instagram pics (don't lie we've all done it LOL). Came here with my family so we sampled a couple stuff off the menu. The americano tasted a little acidic but it wasn't the worst I've ever had. However, the latte was delicious (no acidic taste) so I definitely recommend! The drinking chocolate is pretty thick, but if you like drinking literally just melted down chocolate this is for you! It was a little overwhelming for me personally but I enjoyed the first couple sips I had plus the cup it comes in is so cute! I ordered the Lassi and I really enjoyed it. I believe it has hints of rosewater in it and it was definitely a nice touch. I liked seeing a non coffee item on the menu especially since I'm not always in a coffee mood. If I could give this place ZERO stars that's what they would get and deserve. John Hong is the manager and he straight up lies and tells people he is the owner. I looked up the owner and her name is Radhika Kapur. The coffee is terrible and tastes BURNT. The staff is RUDE (especially John Hong). He is condescending and arrogant. In these covid times, when someone is willing to go inside your business and pay exorbitant prices for your sub-par coffee, don't you think you should try and keep your customers coming back? There are MANY other coffee shops very close that are much better tasting, have a much nicer staff, and are nice to customers. Other coffee shops are actually willing to provide customer service, unlike John Hong. I work with a huge group of IT professionals that are in the city of Bellevue and they will be sure to know not to ever step foot in this horrible coffee shop. (FYI - I was a customer in the coffee shop that witnessed firsthand how another customer was treated and I was FURIOUS. Positives: Great light with all the windows Super nice baristas Delicious espresso milkshake Negatives: Only 1 hour comp parking ($15 if you're 1 min over) The 'cute' glass the milkshake comes in is minuscule! Okay Bellevuites I have found one of the best Chais made this side of India (in my humble opinion) not overly sweet but the more I drink the better the flavor. At first it hits my taste buds as normal then it builds flavor with every sip. I am (sad to say) on my third pot and I hate to stop. I am not able to drink coffee and I have been looking for a place that does not have Chai made from syrup and at last I have found a great place and it is near my home. Location: Very convenient, right across from BelleSquare/Volunteer park. The atmosphere is really nice, if not a tad cold from the A/C. Free wi-fi, plenty of seating and all that. Good place for some chatting or to work on your laptop. Service: Some days the cashier is more or less friendly. Most times they are alright, which as long as they're not grumpy at me this is fine. I do enjoy seeing happy staff though so I like it when I see them talking and being friendly to regulars. Product: I love the variety of different cultures they represent in their drinks. I've come here more than 4 times and I've had something different to drink each time, no disappointments yet! It is pretty pricy, but the quality of the ingredients is good and the in-store presentation is really nice. Hopefully they are fair-trade, then I think the price is justified. When I work in the area I always recommend this place to my own guests. read more

Their barista John knows what he's doing and super nice Update: It was also a pleasure speaking to one of the owners and hearing more about their vision for the shop. Hello, I am a Third Culture customer and wanted to share my feedback that I experienced today. I stopped by the shop to grab a cup of milk for my screaming toddler who was fighting her sleep. I was shocked when the employee told me my total. Now, I understand you got to make your money to pay employees, rent, and other expenses. It's one thing when you are handcrafting a drink and using certain ingredients or time that will affect the price. But I thought paying $3.85 for a cup of MILK was a complete and total rip off. That to me shows that you are charging up the nose to make your dime and don't care about looking out for your customers. Unless you're paying $20 for your gallon of milk, then I am completely shocked and disappointed with your shop. I had to wait for my latte for long time. Several people in queue turned it in a long wait. Barista made coffee for here in a cup instead of to go in paper cup. When he realized his mistake he just poured what was in porcelain cup to paper cup saying "no change in taste" or something like that. I have never seen that before. No, I could have expected that if I had been in the middle of nowhere trying to get an espresso shot but this place pretends to be luxury and this situation looked weird. It is $5.50 per small latte while in any other place it is 3.50-4 per tall size. The interior is pretty common industrial style with concrete walls and ceiling with no paint (they call it modern, I suppose, but it looks very cheap). As for coffee taste, it is quite average, nothing special, there are places that serve better one. read more

Coffee is so good, the shop itself is so cute. I love the little swing and the play area for kids. But the coffee is way overpriced. I went there and ordered a blended coffee and it was $7 for like 6 oz worth of the blended drink. The staff also seems like they don't want to be there. I would definitely come more often if the staff was more kind and energetic. If I want to make this my work environment, I would like to feel welcome. Its a very nice place to hang around. We ordered Ginger latte tea, Indian filter coffee and Nutcracker(tea). Ginger latte is awesome if you are big fan of Indian version ginger tea then definitely you will like it. Nutcracker is awesome as well, it comes in a large quantity and their set up is so cute tea Kettle, small jug of honey and milk, the tray where they put all together thats cool. They also keep jaggery with sugar. Ambience is so elegant, the place is really casual and perfect for tea and coffee. I would go here again and again :) read more

I literally never leave reviews, let alone leaving a terrible one. But for this place of coffee and business, I feel that I'd be doing the public a disservice for not warning them about how bad my cup of coffee was. To start off, the parking for this place was atrocious. I followed the signs to the retail parking garage to be yelled at for parking in someone's reserved spot. I then proceed to head over to the cafe, where I ordered a 16oz cold brew with sugar. NEVER in my 18 years of living on this planet have I endured such torture on my palette. When spending 6 dollars plus a tip, I would expect the coffee to taste good. I thought wrong. I was so appalled by the sour and bitter taste, it literally giving me a nosebleed. Which then makes my drivers seat in my car look like a crime scene. I don't know how ordering something as simple as a cup of coffee leads to such a series of unfortunate events, but i guess when I shopped at third culture, the unfathomable happened. If Yelp had the option to leave a negative review I would gladly use it to the fullest extent. I highly recommend not ordering anything from this store, as it it borderline a hazard to do so. read more

I was meeting a friend over some coffee here. Parking was an issue - may be there is parking somewhere but all I could find was street parking. Their prices are just outrageous. I ordered Hibiscus herbal tea on a hot summer day and it was just too bland ! I paid over $6 (including tip) so basically what tasted similar to cucumber water. They have a good decor with all the traditional India tea display. To me, coffee place should be cozy and warm and bustling with aromas the moment you enter the front door. If you're looking for a coffee shop with a very laid back and cool ambiance, this place is it! My go to is the New Orleans iced coffee; it's simply amazing. I'm not a sweet drink type of person (I like my coffees black and americanos plain and simple), but this drink is like my kryptonite. I was excited for third culture coffee to open, and I'm glad it finally has. I've tried several drinks. Their latte was pretty good, but sort of small at $6 for a 12oz single shot drink. It had a nice coffee flavor with a proper amount of milk. Their New Orleans iced coffee was also good. It was heavy on the chicory but I enjoyed it. The espresso milkshake was yummy, but not worth the price. It was $8 for a tiny 8 or 12 oz shake with I think one shot. I've had an espresso milkshake from another place that was 16-20oz with more espresso flavor. Their interior and location are both good, and the service is spot on. I just wish I was getting more value for my dollar. I've had larger portioned coffee that tastes as good for the same price. read more
