At $16.40 for the OG Bowl, it's a tiny bit more expensive than say sweetgreen, and the portions are a bit smaller overall (they give you less of the base) but the toppings and meat are more generous, I think. For the OG bowl, you can choose between salmon sashimi, salmon, and chicken. I chose the cooked salmon - everything was extremely fresh and meshed well together. This one is quite Asian inspired with the seaweed salad and sesame dressing. The bowls are compostable, but not the silverware or the water cups. Open concept kitchen so you can see the cleanliness with which your bowl is made. Communal style seating on a couple large tables, this is more of a to-go or quick eat and go type situation. The avocado was a nice addition, as were the nuts. Salmon was nicely cooked and flavorful and the brown rice went well with the ingredients on top. Really nice packaging and spoon/chopsticks. But if you're celiac you can't have the nuts since they are from a facility that processes gluten. Otherwise literally can eat anything which is so exciting. It's a slightly different take on a traditional poke bowl. The toasted sesame dressing really held the whole thing together so well to coat your mouth and let the other flavors shine. All components were great from the rice to the beats to the kale to the seaweed salad. The seaweed salad is insane. I waited about 15 mins in line. 100% would get it when in the area but wouldn't wait in a super long line for it.
