We were both missing key items--half my juice from day 2 and 1 item from day 1 and my friend was missing the protein and several other items. We each called customer service separately and received no apology, no accountability, and no real solution. After asking for a refund, They offered to refund or send the missing juices days later... which is useless when you're already on day two of a two day cleanse. I've done Pressed Juicery cleanses before with no issues, but clearly something has changed. Shipped cleanses are unreliable, quality control is lacking, and customer service is disappointing. We visited another Pressed location during our visit to NY and were so sad that they didn't have this soft serve machine. I love açaí bowls and when I saw Pressed Juicery as I searched for a place to grab lunch, my eyes lit up. The cashier a young girl with turquoise hair greeted me. In these covid times I was glad to see someone so happy to be at work. Anyhow I proceeded to order a tropic bowl which consisted of mango pineapple açaí and granola, I ordered a small priced at $8.50 I figured it would be the size of an açaí bowl. But oh was I wrong not only was I handed a cup, but it was a cup of tinged pineapples frozen for too long and slimy mangoes that were over ripened, even the blended açaí was sour down to the granola being crumbly and old. I wanted to go back and ask for my money back, but the poor cashier did not make the price or own the shop. So I'm taking to yelp to express my disgust. Trying their Beginners Juice Cleanse kit that includes 6 juices. There is an abundance of sugar in these drinks! 2 of the juices contain nearly as much sugar as a can of Coke, separately. A can of Coke contains 36 grams of sugar. The 'roots 2' juice that's in the kit contains 29 grams of sugar. This is supposed to be healthy. :( read more
