Seemed like a nice thing, what are we going to do, make them work extra and put it all back? Up comes our bill and we got charged for all of the shots we didn't even order. We asked our waiter and he says "but did you have fun?" Totally unapologetic and rude, even complaining when he didn't like his tip. Our server (wish I got her name) was incredibly sweet and attentive without being overbearing, the food was super cheap and the portion sizes were great, and we went during Power Hour (4-5pm) so 8oz beers were 2 bucks!! for 25 dollars my friend and I dined and drank like kings. I am giving a 3 star only because the wait staff is so amazing here! They are super friendly, accommodating, happy & their enthusiasm is contagious. I had high hopes that this would soon become one of my favorite places to chill and grab a bite. But 20 minutes into waiting for our burgers, I began to lose hope. During at least a 30 minute wait for food, the staff was more than aware of the time passing and very accommodating. Upon the arrival of the food, it wasn't what we expected at all and certainly not worth the wait. The chicken sandwich was over cooked making it difficult to chew. The onion rings were cold. The burger was dry and honestly nothing special about it. Everything on the menu is $5.95. And what we were served was a $5.95 dish. There are many things that can contribute to slow & not up to par food coming from the kitchen. It could have been an off day or short staffed. Most of the reviews are daytime reviews, but Thomas St is also a great night life vibe ! Good hip hop music & mix of others on Friday & Saturday nights I've went. I've been multiple times, it's a great place to socialize & meet other people, definitely a diverse crowd which is Seattle in a nutshell. There's not very many good bars with good music, vibes, food & ppl but this is one of them! The line may seem long but they move quick. Security checks bags & pats down at the door, & it's first come first serve type tables & they are difficult to get if you're not early. Only con I can think of ; The bar at night does take a really long time, 20+ mins waiting for 2 shots, with only 2 people working. Instead of seeing who came first to the bar, they go in a line order around the bar so essentially someone could stand next to you after you've been waiting to be served for 10 min, & still get served before you. Phenomenal place to watch the football games this year. Came in last night for the first Thursday Night Football game with my buddies and we all loved it. Great sports bar atmosphere with good music playing. Would've preferred to hear the game over the music, but beggars can't be choosers. Everything on the menu is $5.95 all day. I had the fish tacos and loved them. I had bites of my friends' wings, perogies, and chicken Caesar wrap - all were delicious. We were all very pleasantly surprised with how good the food was for their prices. Best part was when they told us about their drink specials that they'll be doing this year. I can't remember them all specifically, but they will have them Thursday through Monday and believe the specials last all day. I came in a few minutes before happy hour was over so rushed to get my drink order in for "power hour" but then was made aware that the "power hour" will last all night for Thursday Night Football. Service got to pretty slow once it picked up after 5 pm, but again, they were busy, so completely understandable. I had high hopes for this place. I was really excited when I looked at the menu and saw all food was $5.95! The drinks were decently priced. I really really really wanted to like this place. But this placed missed the mark in soo many areas. I ordered a strong island ice tea which didn't even seem like it had any alcohol in it. The waiter said it was a triple but a premixed drink. I also tried the bbq chicken pizza. It had a lot of ranch on it and was on a flat bread pizza. This place wasn't worth it. I was very disappointed. read more

The worst service I have ever had, I ordered my drink 4 times for it to never come out, I had to ask the bartender for a drink which in turn took forever to get. Came here with my coworkers to check out this new place and see the décor and yeah, its cool but everything else is pretty lacking. Their entire food menu is less than $6 which is a steal but you do make up the difference in your drinks (the beer I got was $7) and service is very poor. I'd also complain like others about the loud music. I don't mind it being loud but if I can't hear the person across from me then we have a problem. Also, our table was seated right next to the speakers (which could of also added to the problem) but maybe don't put the speakers next to seating if it is going to be so loud. read more

Unfortunately, our service after we were seated was less than mediocre and continued throughout the night (FYI - the place was empty). Gone here a few times and have not been too impressed. The service takes awhile and they have limited selection of products (mainly drinks since they're new). Overall, the value of the food isn't crazy good. However, it's cheap bar food so you enjoy it for what it's worth. There's not a lot of seating there, which doesn't seem like the smartest decision as they're in an amazon building so they'd have teams coming in (look at Sam's tavern for example). This is a bar I've swung by a few times now. The $5.95 food menu is actually PRETTY good and they serve food till about 1am but the service is awful. I was a server for a bit so I know when it gets busy, or I see how many people are working the floor and can gauge it, but my friend and I ordered two shots of tequila which took the bartender about 10 minutes. He told me he was sorry and he couldn't find the bottle, so that's okay sure! Anyway we finish our drinks and it takes another 15-20 minutes with our empty glasses to get another round. I tried waving the bartenders down but no one noticed me. Another different person finally came to us and got us our round....and then they never came back to our table after that round. I brought it up to the bartender and he said he's sorry, and that different people make runs on the floor? This also isn't the first instance.. I've been here before and it's just such a pain to get a refill or additional round. I'm writing this review after this particular night and I wouldn't return again.. unless you want to wait 20 minutes for a drink then be forgotten about. There's MANY other options in the area. Went to the Warehouse for the first time tonight with my fiancé, we live in Belltown. There is a sign outside that lets you know what you are walking into and it was great. Little loud but not like you can't hold a conversation or hear well. We ordered the mushroom burger, Chang Mai Bowl and goat cheese beet salad. It was fresh, came out fairly quick, and we were full after; great portions for 5.95$ and the quality was great! Great waitress, cool vibe, and probably the best value in SLU that I can tell after 3 years of residency. We will be back 100% and I recommend giving them a try. read more
