To say these guys went out of their way to see to it that I left their facility a satisfied customer is about the biggest understatement. Did they do it for the accolades?....no. Do they do it just because they HAVE to be there?? I sincerely doubt it. The impression I got from the very beginning of my interraction with the folks here at this business, was one that reminded me of that old, played-out saying that one rarely hears today...that being, "the customer is ALWAYS right!" I couldn't be more humbled to say that where I lacked the knowledge and carelessly brutalized the terminology regarding the names of various car parts, and even the true function of many of the systems that make up an automobile, the guys at this B&B establishment knew exactly what it was I was so crudely attempting to convey. It's kind of one of those things that one just needs to experience to fully grasp. Well, the fact that even after all this time, the superior service & quality, efficiency and sheer honesty of Mike and his crew still stands out in my mind. Yucca Valley Towing to the rescue! After a brief call, Kasey was on his way and arrived fast! He was great to talk to and made quick work of hauling us out. We're on our way back to 29 Palm and I look at the gas tank almost empty and still a horrible gas smell...right in front of the court house my truck caught fire.....yeah they forgot to reattach the feul line. We had to jump the hell out. So here they tow me home. Then David says let me take your truck to the garage to check it out....stupid me thinking they were going to correct there wrong and that was my only transportation at the time....a big fat....NOPE!
