They redid the moisture barrier and left it in a unworkmanlike manner. They refused to come back and fix it. Why? They cancelled a job for which I paid a down payment without letting me know. Why? I was told we don't work on things we didn't install. Poppycock. Why give the estimate in the first place? And they HAVE worked on the bulkhead before, which they did NOT install! I called to ask why my work was cancelled and why they never came back to finish the job. I asked proactively if they were cancelling my sub pump maintenance appointment for next year, which they did, and never told me. They said they will no longer do business with me and nothing more. After I paid them %1,000s, being a customer since 2019. They installed 2 dehumidifiers, sub pump, back up battery, bulkhead moisture barrier and basement wall moisture barrier. John from the Hooksett office gave me a quote for work, see my earlier review, which they later took back. Huh? What the heck is going on with this company? They just keep repeating we don't do business with you anymore. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I wouldn't use them. Would you?

I don't like surprises so I asked Mike to get everything in order, including the new sump pump. He did what was needed. There was never any pressure to buy anything. He took the time to do the job well and I am appreciative of that.

But, when I see the work and look at the amount of hours he puts in and the quality of the work, it seems extremely fair and I'm guess extremely competitive. If you think a price is too high, discuss it with him. He and you can work something out...or not. I've worked with him three times and will do so again. That leaves quality as next factor. No one is better. He built a patio from huge pavers that have not moved, shifted, cracked, or drained poorly. We get numerous positive comments. Ben is a polite, clean, professional man that gets to it. I do not believe you will find anyone around who is as fast, affordable, and adept. His sons are great too.
