Even though I had already removed the bad battery myself, he still tried to charge me $122 just to install the replacement. So then I asked could they give me another tag because it was obviously out of date and they said that's illegal soon now I have an illegal car that I have to drive anyway and not because I didn't pay for insurance not because I didn't do everything right but because even when I went to the DMV in Indiana they had no record of this car title being transferred or even where it came from. So now I'm just sitting waiting hoping and wondering if they sent it yet or if I'm going to have to pay another $150. Worst customer service ever.

He eventually told me to pick up a loaner which I did and vehicle was 100% unsafe to drive brakes were to floor. I returned and have heard not a word. This place is definitely a rip off they will get you in something Quick already having the knowledge of the issues.
