So yes, had I gone with that company, it would have cost me $2300. Armed with this information, I posted pictures and exactly what the "diagnosis" said and asked for emailed quotes...to be clear I said EMAIL only. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. Seems like every time I need a technician to come out, there is always a lack of communication. I…read morerequested a morning appointment and thankfully I called to confirm my appointment and sure enough they had me scheduled for an afternoon appointment. I made sure they changed it to morning. Also, I made sure to remind them that I do not have access to a hose or pressurized water source and they said that they had it in the notes. The tech showed up today and said no one told him there was no pressurized water source at my home and he would do his best to clean it by hand. It is unfair that I am asked to pay full price for service that won't be done the right way. I called and let them know the tech was unaware and the woman that answered the phone said it was in the notes and they were not sure why the tech was not informed. I asked for a discount and was just told a manager would get back to me. Very disappointed once again. Do better, guys.

The fire department was called and we (me, my wife, and our 3 kids) were without heat on a 20 degree night. The following morning I made a few inquiries just hoping to get something scheduled and I was surprised to find they had someone available almost immediately. The estimate fee (only $75) was waived once Andy informed us what we needed, 1 hour later our house went from 65 degrees to a comfortable 74. Thank you so much. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

By also figuring out that the gas meter was the issue that needed to be taken care by our gas service provider, Andy saved us so much money on unnecessary repairs because the initial issue was outside the furnace.
