    Dirty Burger with onion rings

Went here for Sunday night dinner. Happy that TH is one of few places in Windsor open late night Sunday for dinner. Our waitress Katelyn was awesome haven't seen a waitress take orders without writing them down in a long time. My friends enjoyed the fish tacos and the fish and chips. The TH burger had a bit too much going on and didn't exactly all fit. However, DIRTY BURGER was amazing. Cheese was spectacular combined with the crunch of the onion rings and the heat of the jalapeño chutney. Definitely recommend. The fries were solid and prob better than onion rings here. Feel free to add a fried egg on your burger for 90 cents.

First time trying out this restaurant. It's really nice inside, and atmosphere is good. There was live music playing, wish I got his name. We order a Caesar drink and peach palmer. Both drinks were fantastic, especially the Palmer. Food wise, I will have to give it one less star. We ordered the cottage pie and it was cold in the middle. Overall, taste was still good. Service was amazing. I will definitely come back for more drinks and try out the rest of the menu.

Came here for a birthday party. We got great service and everything we got, everyone likes their meal. They don't have a large menu, but the things they do have are really good! Definitely will come back here again!

Beautiful restaurant/pub, brand new and spotlessly clean. Super friendly and fun server and bartender, attentive service and everybody seemed to enjoy being there- when employees hate being there it shows and impacts the experience of the customer. Our server recommended the feature burger called the Cheesus. Absolutely ridiculous burger: house made cheese sauce, real cheese curds, onion rings and house made burger sauce on a hand packed 8 oz patty. It was awesome. My wife had the panko chicken sandwich, also excellent. The food we ordered was clearly house made- no processed chicken or frozen manufactured patties. Price? Not cheap, but I don't mind paying a small premium for properly prepared quality food, friendly service and a nice atmosphere. I suppose I could have saved maybe $5 on the bill if I went to Applebee's and ordered something that they could microwave or boil in bag. My only criticism is something another reviewer mentioned- when you enter there is no hostess stand or line of sight to the bar, so we had to wander around a bit to get somebody's attention. Once that happened, though, we were greeted warmly and everything was awesome from there. We'll be back, and we'll bring friends!

Everyone at the table ordered wings - different flavors. Amazing. I also recommend the onion rings!! Our waiter was so great - didn't catch his name but was so knowledgeable, on it, and just a breath of fresh air. Also try the Windsor brew! I can't wait to visit again and try something different! Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Expectations were running high as the 4 RAVED about the wings at this place. decor is kinda biker club meets pool hall...don't go expecting to get designer tips for your home....but what it lacks for in decor it more than makes up for in food quality. staff are uber friendly and stopped by on numerous occassions to chat. Wings were fantastic ! By far the best I've had in Windsor. Fries (fresh cut) were amazing as well. i had dry rubbed with a mix of cayenne and garlic, my partner had spicy bbq...both were incredible. i usually prefer dry rub but their sauce flavours were amazing. We were discussing Chinese food and a dreadful experience we had in Kingsville...the owner overheard us and recommended a place down the street...even brought over one of their menus he had. all in all a great wing place

They didn't, but they had another similar Belgian ale that was great, so no complaints there! Our table started with the hand-battered chicken tenders and fried pickles. I really liked the light batter on both, and you could actually taste the beer in the batter, which was awesome. Three of the four of us ordered the Reuben, and the other ordered the Big Ed Burger. First off, all four of us commented on how good the sides were. The fries came out piping hot and crispy, and the house-made chips were honestly some of the best I've ever had. The burger itself had good flavor, but the bun was pretty dry and unappealing. With a better bun, I think it could go from good to great. As for the Reuben--the house specialty--I enjoyed it overall, but there were a couple things holding it back for me. The corned beef itself was 10/10. Super tender, flavorful, and absolutely the star of the sandwich. The bread, however, was very dry and crisp, but it had almost no color or toasted flavor to it. My other issue was the sauerkraut. This is definitely personal preference, but I like kraut with more tang and a little chew--almost "al dente," if we were talking pasta. This was extremely soft and mushy, to the point that there really wasn't any texture left to it. With that corned beef, a tangier kraut with a little bite and better bread would make this a fantastic Reuben. That said, I don't want those critiques to overshadow the experience. We enjoyed our food, and the service was great. Nichole (according to our receipt) was super friendly and took great care of us. I also really love the history and character of Jacoby's. In fact, I just recommended it to a family member today. I'd absolutely come back, and I already have my eye on trying the schnitzel next time!

We stopped in on a Thursday night in January and the kitchen was open late, which was a huge relief. Service was quick and friendly, though a little snarky. I love any place that serves German beer and especially if the beer is clean and the bartenders are knowledgeable. Highly recommend Jacoby's for a late night stop. I'd like to visit during the warmer months now!
