The salon has a more compact layout. The space to heat your color treated hair is so tight and is in an awkward spot. I've to reduce one point mostly because of that. Although, its not a deal breaker but for these treatments, I expect a nice and relaxing ambiance. When I'm looking for ambience and getting pampered then I go somewhere else. I'd highly recommend they work on the layout to provide better customer experience. From my experience, some of their associates are very good however there are few rude associates too. Once their payment system was not working, and not the front desk lady but another associate asked me out loud at the top of her voice how much you want to pay for tip. This is just one of many incidents. Thankfully, she was not my stylist, otherwise I probably wouldn't have returned to a rude person. It has been a good experience for me with Saba. When I told her, she said those were my natural brows (!!?). I know it's hard to accept when you messed up and can't fix it, so I just okayed it and left after paying. I wanted to cry. I spent months after growing them out. Although I was disappointed, I decided that it was only the first mistake and she had never done bad before. I came back after this and second time was good. While scrolling through Yelp, I found this place. Their work looked beautiful, communication was easy, and I was able to get an appointment. I asked for a wispy wet set. I do feel like it's partly on me for not speaking up before I left, but I was running late for the wedding because the appointment took longer than I expected. I really wanted to love my lashes, but they weren't what I was hoping for. They felt very stiff, and it seemed like several extensions were stuck together. They poked my eyes when I blinked, looked clumped rather than wispy, and I couldn't brush through them to separate them. I even waited more than three days before getting them wet because I was worried about them, but many of the extensions still fell out without me rubbing or touching my eyes. At this point, I'm almost afraid to and I'm honestly embarrassed that I spent $130 just to feel like I look goofy on my birthday. I was really looking forward to feeling confident, and instead I feel self-conscious every time I look in the mirror and i feel like I have to hide them behind eyeliner. On a positive note, the salon itself is beautiful, and everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. I truly wish my lashes had matched the quality of the experience otherwise.

When she finished, she handed me a mirror and she had completely thinned out my eyebrows. They were lopsided and not even at all.
