I'm not sure if it's the type of wax used, but it was taking 4-6 rips with each application to remove the wax, whereas everywhere else I've been it's only ever taken 1-2 tries to remove all of the soft wax applied to one area. First, she persistently tries to up-charge me, for three times the price of service i was getting. Once we agreed the correct price is $10(as listed), she gave me serious attitude from that point on. She then went on to give me one of the most painful threading experiences I've ever had. Not only did it leave my skin bright red(my skin's not sensitive), but there were even a few spots of blood coming through!! I mentioned this to her, and there was no remorse, no apology, just a continued bad attitude. Horrible customer service, horrible threader!
