Our kid loves this place!! He is hooked on their grilled cheese. He typically doesn't order grilled cheese, but theirs is out of the ordinary! I don't know how they make it so tasty!! Even I order a grilled cheese when we eat here! The adult grilled cheese sandwich comes with homemade tomato bisque and it too is VERY tasty!! We were told this menu item is only available in the winter. We had it our first time here, but it was not available last time we visited. My hubby had a burger and he smiled when I asked him if it was good and he just kept on chewing!! Their fries and onion rings are very good too!! In response to those who complain it takes too long to get their food, there is a sign inside the restaurant that states something similar to: "This is not a fast food restaurant. Everything is made fresh when ordered." We have never waited too long, but I can imagine if it is super busy (because the food is so good!!) you will have to wait your turn as the kitchen cooks your meal, and the meals for those who ordered before you, with LOVE!! Amazing food, amazing service. We went twice in a 2 day period because we loved the staff and the food (once for dining in and once for take out). I recommend the pancakes, they're SO tasty. But beyond that we would come back again because we love supporting small business, especially when the service is so excellent. For instance, we wear masks because our son is recently in remission from cancer and our daughter has asthma. When they saw it would make us more comfortable, all the staff masked up and didn't make us feel awkward about it. When we ordered take out the next day, they called us when the food hit the grill because there was a wait and they wanted us to get our food when it was hot and not have to wait to long in the cold. What a cute little place. From what I understand it is brand new. Some friends and I went to brunch here on Sunday and it was okay. There were about 10 of us in our party and unfortunately they couldn't seat us together (the dining area is small). The waitress was kind, but we didn't see her often. This place was a great find in a small town. Nice staff and owner and very on point with checking in with my wife and I. It shouldn't go un-noticed that around 930 10 am or so a family came in asking if they could serve lunch. Being in their breakfast prime it was kindly explained how they couldn't because of the grill size but referred the next local business and talked about how great they were too. The Three Bears was such an amazing, cute little cafe. We ordered the burger and country fried steak sandwich. I highly recommend the Fried Steak sandwich! Accidental pancakes are a thing. I joined 6 other motorcycle enthusiasts for what started out as a planned ride to Payson for breakfast. Turned out, about 1,000 other biker-peeps had the same idea so we rerouted to Heber and stumbled upon Three Bear's Cafe. Cute little place. Waitress came by and told us all about their pancake batter and then said these 4 little words: "They taste like cake". Sold. Y'all they do taste like cake. Best. Pancakes. On. The. Planet. Came up to Heber for a UTV ride and grabbed some breakfast before hitting the trails. Michelle the owner is so awesome and the food is amazing!! She makes pancakes of the month and lucky for us we got July and August pancakes. Lemon curd and peach cobbler pancakes and her biscuits and gravy are to die for!!! They're pancakes taste like a delicious vanilla cake and that batter is mixed to order! They support local businesses by using one companies pepper sauce, wish I could remember the name, was yummy! We were warned their food had a flare by the sweet waitress. It did!! The potatoes had Rosemary in them. The sausage gravy has 3 types of sausage in it. And really nice decaf coffee. BEST place in town for quality service and a decent meal. After a terrible experience at a popular establishment in town, we decided to try Three Bears for our weekly breakfast date. I tend to be picky as far as customer service goes. I figure if I am spending my money to be waited on, I should be made to feel as if I am important rather than a burden. We were greeted immediately by our server. She seated us quickly and gave us a brief run down of the morning special. She was quick on our drink order and our coffee was never empty. This was quite the opposite experience we had at another restaurant in town. Our meals also came quite quickly considering the amount of customers in the restaurant. My husband order the pancakes and they are HUGE. I had the avocado toast with bacon. It was seriously the best bacon I have ever tasted. The owners obviously spend more on quality product. The avocado toast was also very tasty and I would definitely order it again. The prices are a little high for the area but no more pricy than the other restaurant referred to previously. read more

Our server ALISSA was excellent. We came early in the morning, her welcoming smile and genuine demeanor made us feel comfortable immediately. It was our first time here so I really appreciated when Alissa took the time to explain the menu, she also made sure to tell us about their special and how the pancakes are sweet cream pancakes! My husband had the steak and eggs and I had eggs Benedict. Both meals were cooked perfectly. I really liked how the potatoes are seasoned with rosemary and herbs instead of salt. This new restaurant is really good. I went for the first time in early summer, 2016. The restaurant was previously under a different name and I wanted to try the new business. That day I was craving pancakes and what a wonderful choice it was! They make the best pancakes I've ever had...anywhere. Dropped in because the usual cafe we go to in Heber- Junes- was closed for vacation. Was seated quickly, and my coffee cup kept warm every few minutes. I ordered the special green chili omelette with a pancake on the side. When it came, the waitress suggested I try the pancake without syrup first. I did, and it was out of this world. It had a taste reminiscent of a Belgian waffle- light and fluffy- the 10 inch pancake was easy to eat along with the omelette- not filling as you would expect. The best restaurant experience we have had in years! Called to pre-order our heavily sought after chicken pot pies. Peyton told us that they were not making them on Sunday but if we came in and pre-paid for them she would have them ready to go for us on Sunday. Peyton was so accommodating and friendly when ordering. I left there feeling like she was my new best friend. The next morning upon arriving to the restaurant it was very busy. Not only did Peyton acknowledge us with a hug, she had our name already on the waitlist. No sooner did she have us seated, and the best pot pie we have ever had came out. Michelle followed behind Peyton from the kitchen to forewarn us of how hot they would be as they just came out of a 350° oven. I stopped into the Three Bears Cafe on a Saturday at about 12:30. The greeter seemed put out that I was a party of one and he had to seat me at a 4 person table. I would have waited for a smaller table if I had been asked. I sat at the table, and watched as others left, their tables were cleaned and others were greeted warmly, seated and given menus. I'm assuming they were locals. I sat for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged, given a menu or anything else. At this point I stood up, told the person who had seated me that they could have the table back as I had not been waited on yet. I was rudely asked if I had "seated" myself. When I answered, no you seated me he started getting a place setting and was mumbling under his breath about how busy he was and how many things he was doing. No attempt to apologize for the non-existent service. Actually I took it as he was too busy to make sure someone waited on me. I wish I could leave less than one star and I will never try that place again. read more
