Stumbled upon this place by accident while in the area for an appointment and wanted a quick bite to eat. It truly did not disappoint! I have made it a point to come back since my initial visit and everything is amazing! It's a local pizza spot run by authentic Italians so you can trust they are putting out fresh authentic food! The pizza is delicious, nice thin crispy crust topped with a great mozz and sauce combo. The dishes are also out of this world! The chicken francese is a healthy portion and the sauce is a perfect balance of lemon and wine. The few times I have went we have shared a dinner and a pizza and it's more than enough for 2 people. Keep in mind the main dishes come with a side of pasta and a house salad. I recommend the marinara or vodka sauce! Yum! Even the pasta is al dente! Will definitely be back for some more good eats!

Ordered Three Boys From Italy through Uber eats and was very pleased. I had the personal vodka pizza and a veal parm hero. I would def say the winner was the vodka pizza. The veal was a little tough, but it was also delivery so it's hard to judge. The pizza and vodka sauce had great flavor, and would definitely order it again. Next time, will try the vodka Sicilian, not sure I've seen this on a menu.

I love coming here for takeout... its been around for over 30 years. Esp during Covid there are not many options for takeout in Northvale area. I pop in for a quick slice and it hits the spot. Brick oven is key!

Me and my family drove all the way from the Bronx just to eat here and it was worth the drive. I originally go to there first one they have on Burke Ave which is also great . But this pie here was definitely different and delicious we fell in love with it from the very first bite . From the service to the ambiance makes you feel at home I give this place a 5!!!!

How many more times are they going to raise the price of the Margherita pie? Used to be $18 not long ago. Then $20. Now $22.

There was a large variety of slices offered. I only problem I had was choosing because I wanted to explore them all. Caprese Slice: This slice is smothered in pesto sauce and topped with feta and chunks of tomato. You will definitely need a fork and knife to finish this wedge. Drink Angry Nonna Slice: This slice is cooked in vodka sauce, topped with pepperoni cups, and drizzled in hot chili oil. While the other slices have an appearance identical to an isosceles triangle, the nonna looks like a scalene triangle. Regardless, it is the taste, not the shape, that matters. Both slices were a home run! They had excellent undercarriage and no flop, which is why they were very crispy. The ratio of sauce was proportioned perfectly and they were loaded with toppings. I was also pleased they each slice was served on a glass plate. The interior has a nice ambiance. A small casual style dining area is off to the left of the pizzeria. The main dining room is located on the right side, where customers can order three course dinners and bring their own bottle of alcohol. Owner Andrew made me feel right at home. He welcomed me into the restaurant and I am really looking forward to returning for a nice dinner in the main dining area. #cousinspizza #cousinspizzanorwood #drunkangrynonnaslice #drunkangrynonna #capreseslice

Reservation was ready, we picked our table, and despite brutal cold weather (and door drafts every time someone walked in), service and pacing were great. They even made the seafood salad from my last visit by special request -- octopus, calamari, shrimp, arugula, lightly seasoned, great portion. Entrées were both strong: * Linguini vongole -- clean white broth, great pasta, solid portion * Pork chop with sweet/hot peppers, broccoli rabe, potatoes -- excellent chop, grilled then finished with tomato sauce and peppers (I usually prefer oil-sautéed peppers, but this still worked well) Interesting crowd difference: last time was a Friday bar crowd, this Saturday was a packed dining room and quieter bar. Excellent return visit. We'll definitely be back.

So I booked it for my wife's birthday and was excited to take her and our two kids. This is not a family friendly place. My kids are very well mannered and yet it seemed not welcomed there. Clearly you're under a ticking clock (1.5 hr limit)and the wait staff is impatient, the menu is dense which is great because there's a lot of interesting and unique dishes. But they don't give you time to understand and decide. We had soft shell crab, was very good, fried zucchini blossoms were decent but needed salt, the meatballs were good but needed salt. Pizza was good. I had the porchetta which was good. The squid ink pasta was solid. Wine was great value at $60 a bottle for all Italian wine. We had the Chardonnay and it was the highlight of the meal. But it was hard to enjoy it with the vibe that we somehow were imposing. Honestly it was all male servers plus the owner and I think a woman's touch for hospitality would go a loooong way here to help this place be more convivial. The weirdest and off putting ambiance thing is that they were playing country music which did not vibe with the joint at all. We didn't stay for desert, and glad we didn't.
