I ordered a bowl at Mexican Food in Three Brother, and to start with, the lady serving seemed nice, and she gave me my food without sour cream, i asked for the sour cream and it had an extra cost to it, just for that, which should be included for an over priced bolw, and on top of that the serving portion for the sour cream was very small. This pizza joint has probably 4-5 spots along the boardwalk. There's a reason why it's so popular. They serve up huge jumbo slices for around 5 bucks a pop. We ordered a whole pie, which came out to around 34-35 bucks. It's basically two large pizzas at a normal restaurant. The pizza was cooked fresh and came out within minutes. I think it could've been cooked for an extra minute as it looked a tad underdone. There was grease leaking all over the plate. You'll definitely be able to feed 6-7 people with a large pie! read more

I have been rocking the Three Bros life since I was a kid. Eat here if you want a solid slice of pizza the size of your head for a couple bucks. The prices have risen (albeit slowly) over the years, but you still can rock a slice for under $5. There are still several locations on the boardwalk in Seaside. One has been rebuilt since the fire a few years ago, so it probably wins as the nicest location these days. You honestly can't go wrong getting a slice that takes up two plates. Many of the tables and seats are unclean. We intially ate pizza here and came back a little while for funnel cakes... and the same dirty tables were STILL dirty. As with my whole trip to the Shore/NYC, I checked Yelp before making a decision for lunch. This is becoming an addiction. Did we choose wisely? I ordered the Italian sausage sandwich and my hubby ordered pizza. His food arrived quickly to our table, mine was 10 minutes later without an apology - just a mumbled, the grill is acting up. I ordered it without onions and peppers and guess what? It arrived with them on. After picking them off the sandwich was ok, not the best I have ever had. The fries we ordered were slightly overcooked. There were several locations on the boardwalk for this restaurant...maybe we should have tried one of the other brothers.... At least they had a bathroom which became a changing room for going to the beach. No mirror in the bathroom though. Maybe the Shore girlies hog it preening for the beach and Guido's.? read more

So i walk in from the boardwalk starving and order a slice of pizza. At first I almost had a heart attack when they wanted me to pay $4.27 a slice and then I got the slice and understood why. The slice is huge. I took a picture of the slice sitting on a regular paper plate so you can really a we the size of the slice. It is definitely two slices in one. I also posted a picture of the pizza box that is bigger in width than a standard size picnic tabletop. So a fountain coke and slice was 8 dollars exactly but still in my eyes well worth it. I waited about ten minutes to be served in the middle of a August Saturday afternoon can't really complain about much. They may want to consider cleaning their bathrooms a little more often! read more

This place get no stars as My wife and I stopped off the boardwalk to get some pizza for my 2 kids and we had a soda from another stand and my wife bought 17.00 worth of food and water and they would not let us sit at a table because it was a insurance regulation. Came here only for the funnel cake. $6 for a funnel cake which isn't too bad for the boardwalk, but I definitely expedted better. Maybe it's because I grew up on the crispy kind of funnel cakes when I went to the beach or maybe it's the style of Seaside Heights, but they like to make their funnel cakes dense and very cake-like. The edges weren't even crispy! They did put a lot of powder sugar on there and they were huge portions. I just wish that it was crispy :( Pros: - Not too inexpensive - Big portions of funnel cake with lots of powdered sugar on top Cons: - Funnel cakes need to be crispy and not dense like this one! Why I gave it a 3..... Don't get funnel cakes here, even if they aren't that expensive, unless you like the dense cake-like version of it. The portion was big (we had to throw away a third of us and there were 3 adults eating it!) with lots of powdered sugar all over it. I'm from Chicago and we have way better pizza than this place, and no I'm not talking about deep dish. This was the first place we ate when we visited Jersey. I ordered the chicken ranch and the bf had pepperoni. They have the pizza already made and they pop in the oven to reheat it. Who knows how long its been sitting out there. The pizza was just ok. Seaside heights boardwalk staple from what I'm told. These guys are every twelve feet on the boardwalk, some within sight of each other. Riddle me that! LOL. Huge slices, not terribly expensive and very filling. If you choose to get fries, bring a friend, by the way. The cups runneth over, and $5 can feed 2 people. Flavors vary from site to site, so if you don't see what you're craving, just keep walking, there's another location to choose from. You've eaten the slice halfway and your brain is thinking "Hey, I should've finished this slice already" but NOOO you're still chomping down on a really good slice with just the right amount of cheese, sauce and a nice crisp but chewy crust. I dare say it may be as good as some New York pizzas and I'm a die hard New Yorker. My brother was going to buy two pies for seven people but boy am I glad we only ordered one! The pie is as big as two pies or more! A regular cheese slice costs $3.50 and we ordered a pie with sausage and mushrooms for only $30.50! Translucent Plate Syndrome - Pass Is the paper plate now translucent from grease? If yes, your heart is probably fibrillating. Frog Bog - Passed by the skin of your teeth You are fed, but you have no money to play Frog Bog (or I suppose another game of choice). Now where's the fun in that? Yes the slices are large and for what it is, the food is mostly good. Prices are a little on the high side. $28 for a whole pizza no matter how big is too expensive. For tourists experiencing the jersey shore it's fine but for us locals there's better choices.
