The service here is exceptional. I have never had a bad experience or a bad meal here. The time before last, I came with my cousin and we sat at the bar which is extremely large and comfortable. Our bartender was excellent and after hearing I was vegetarian, she recommended the eggplant sandwich. The eggplant is thin and perfectly crisp. I low key wish this was an eggplant parm or dressed with some type of sauce, but it's delicious on its own. Last night we went Klee's and the food was good but the service was exceptional. Our waitress was extremely attentive. I got the eggplant sandwich with fries which I almost forgot about (I don't know how). Their fries are crisp and incredible. My mom got the meatloaf and instead of mashed potatoes got fries. Instead of broccoli, she got green beans. The portions were huge and she was very happy with the substitutions. We also got dessert which we regret not sharing because their portions were huge. She got the chocolate peanut butter pie and I got the apple crisp. The apple crisp was stacked. Both were good! Next time we will definitely split dessert because we were stuffed. I highly recommend checking this spot out. Great People and Value Managed to find Klee's on our first visit to Seaside. Had a really nice lunch. Good drinks and good food. Our bartender Kevin was a gem! He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some tips for our planned walking tour (aka pub crawl) after lunch. We were so happy with the service, food, drinks we went back at night for dinner. Hands down this is the best bar/restaurant in Seaside. Always good here. Beer is cold, we sat at the bar and our bartender (Kyle, I'm horrible with names) was the best, not just down here but anywhere in a while. Full bar and he was working the service bar too, but was attentive, engaging, even explained some soccer rules to us. Klees is always good, live music was ok, not overpowering. If you come down to seaside, this is a good spot for dinner, they do get busy so be patient. Went in with a friend around 1 pm for takeout. We were told that if they weren't busy, we couldn't get takeout. It made no sense. We frequent Klees at least once a week,sometimes more. I would recommend them in a second but.....(always a but right?) This last weekend we ordered two of their famous $10.00 Bloody Marys and boy,were we disappointed... The shrimp was warm and tasted fishy,the pepperoni was dry and one of the bacons was limp the spice salt on the rim was hardly there and the drink itself was watery.....we have had much better in the past but, I will not order them again. read more

My review was based of a group decision on this one. Meal 1. The grilled chicken salad lacked over lacked flavor and the ribs over cooked. Meal 2 crab cake sandwich was bland and lacked flavor. Meal 3. Buffalo chicken wrap wasn't bad would prefer with ranch over caesar dressing. Meal 4 was tradition wild wings got the hottest flavor which is very tolerable. Amazing food. I found this place on the last day of my stay, but will definitely come back next time. I had the Reuben, which was delicious. We've been here a number of times over the years. Food is always consistent. We ordered seafood apps and entrees. No complaints with the food. We were seated almost immediately, party of two, on a busy Thursday night. It took the waitress nearly 20 minutes to acknowledge us. She took our drink order and then didn't return for another 15 minutes for our food order. It was another server who brought us our food 15 minutes later. Or server barely passed us to check another 15 minutes past. Sadly to say, as we're normally generous tippers, tonight we left only 10 percent. I love this place. Can't wait to come back. Great neighborhood bar and grill. We came 2 times first just me and my husband mostly because I wanted to make sure it was suitable for kids, it 100% is. They even have a kids menu. 2nd time we came with kids and it got 2 thumbs up from them. We have had chicken parm, sliced steak sandwich, pizza, and a special that included Marsala sauce. A coworker brought pizzas from Klee's to my home yesterday. One sausage, one mushroom, one garlic and one plain. Unfortunately it was super cold out and we ate outside to maintain social distancing. Despite the pizza temp it was good. Tasty with a nice thin crust. Later in the evening I heated the leftovers in the oven and the two slices I had were really good. They don't use sliced Italian sausage, they crumble it. It was tasty with a nice thin crust as was the slice of mushroom I had. After reviewing Klee's Yelp page, I'm looking fwd to dining in at Klee's. They seem to be known for some favorites of mine, pizza, fish tacos and crab cakes... Visiting for the first time yesterday during the recently-started off-season for the shore, we were surprised (when many other businesses seem to have just shuttered after the summer) that Klee's was not only open -- It was packed with a late lunch Tuesday crowd. They must be doing SOMETHING right! And, as it turns out, this very cozy establishment proved to do everything correctly. Piña Coladas we're not a standard drink on their menu, but that's what my wife wanted... Other shore restaurants' attempts at doing this during the summer for her were sub-par to say the least. The bartender said he could do it, and he did it very deliciously. Having already grabbed some pizza on the boardwalk earlier, we were just looking for some drinks and light fare before returning home. My wife got the French Onion soup and I got a couple dozen of their Blue Point oysters (on special). Everything was delicious, fresh, and timely. Would NOT hesitate to return (or recommend to others; as I am doing here now)!!! LOL read more
