I stopped in last night on my way home from work. A bit indecisive of what I wanted to order. The young girl at the register was my first impression. I have to say it wasn't pleasant. She has zero personality. Not a good start. I looked around for some food/menu options. I didn't see anything as she watched, so I asked if they had a menu I could use. I just felt like most ppl would say would you like to see our menu?!? I ordered some food and waited at a table. She set it down again not saying a word with her earbuds in. Smh The pizza had plenty on it was cooked nicely, but the dough wasn't very fresh. I'm from the NYC area so it's a challenge to find good food here. I will try it again as I don't like to go by first impressions. But May the girl learn you may get better tips etc if you give good service! read more

Last two times I've ordered here, we were told delivery would be in 45 minutes. We waited for over an hour and a half both times. I've had to contact the store and both times was told there were an influx of orders. I totally understand that, but maybe adjust the estimated delivery time to better reflect the time. I paid an extra $4 for broccoli on the pizza we ordered, but they were charred. (See photo). When my order was finally delivered this last time, ketchup was spilled all over the mozzarella sticks, which was very off-putting. We have ordered from Three Brothers numerous times and have noticed the quality of food and timeliness has fallen off dramatically. In the past, we have raved about the quality of pizza, the timeliness of delivery, and how the prices are reasonable. I understand a busy, bad day once in a while, but it feels like this has been a trend lately. read more

Nice place with good food but some extras are kind of pricey. Ordered a small Philly Cheesesteak which was fine at $8.99 and asked for a side of coleslaw which was $5.99 for 2 small cups. Bad value in my book. read more

This place is very unassuming, since it is next door to a convenience store/gas station but don't let that fool you. The pizza is very good and the slices are large. I enjoyed it tremendously and will come back anytime I want a quick lunch. They even sell beer. read more

Great NY style thin crust pizza...crisp, yeasty with a good chew. During the week they have slices during peak hours, which makes it hard to drive by when you can grab a slice. Other items on the menu are solid, not stellar. The pizza is definitely where it's at. Note, the place is the other half of a gas station and has no atmosphere...some small tables to eat. I ordered delivery, so didn't have the dine-in experience. The food was great! I ordered a pepperoni pizza, boneless honey BBQ wings, and fried mushrooms. The pizza was perfect! The crust was flavorful and texture was chewy with a little crisp. They added just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. The boneless wings were good, but fairly standard. They were very generous with the ranch and blue cheese dressings on the side. The fried mushrooms were very good--excellent taste--however, they were very small. Overall, I was very happy with the food and will definitely order food here again! read more

I miss this place! I lived in Vermont for over three years and worked close to Three Brothers. If you are not from VT, it may seem strange to have restaurants attached to gas stations. I moved there and could not find the place at first because I was not looking for it to be in a station. It is. I learned after being there a while, it's not that strange. It works. Three Brothers has pizza creations designed by ... Three Brothers who own the place. The pizza is very good. Buy it by the slice or buy it by the pie. They also server cold beer on draft or bottle. It was a great place to meet with people after work to have a slice and a pint. Beyond the pizza, they have great wraps (chipotle chicken bacon - yumm) / sandwiches, wings, calzones, etc. Good place. Good people. Good food. Good drink. Good prices. PS - If my memory serves correctly, the gas station next door is owned by the brother's parents. They sell deli sandwiches in the store - those sandwiches are pretty darn good as well! read more

Good food. Good people. Usually I get a large sandwich or pizza. Lots of choices and variety. Reasonable prices. Always plenty of food, always speedy delivery. Drivers are great, and in the rare chance there is a mistake they always fix it. Even last week when the mistake was mine and I clicked pickup instead of delivery. I called and it happened to be not long from closing but they still ran it out to me. Seems like they genuinely want to take care of their customers, and these days that's the kind of business I want to support. read more

This place sucks! I ordered 2 pizzas and they took forever and not only that but my order was all messed up. Their pizza tastes like shit, I'm sorry but who puts marinara sauce on barbecue pizza? Nasty. I spent $70 on two pizzas and they weren't at all what I wanted. I had called for a refund, and I was even going to return the pizza--I'm throwing it in the trash! "You should have looked at the menu better," the owner said to me, implying that treating a customer who is paying for your food and service in this manner is appropriate. The employees declined. I've never before complained to a restaurant, so please pay attention to what I have to say. I've never had a problem with a restaurant the way this one has, and I'm really unhappy and dissatisfied in the customer service I got. Regardless, I simply wanted to share my experience on this platform to save others from going through the same thing. I promise never to spend my money here again. We stopped in on our way through and were very happy with our experience! The men working there were very friendly and while it's not the boggest location, it's comfortable and clean. Both of us ordered wraps which were made quickly and tasted great! We didn't have time to sample anything else but what we had was delicious and we'll be back when we have time to sample more! read more

Been here a few times now and this place is seriously growing on me. I moved from pizza and cheese sticks to a calzone and buffalo strips along with a fried shrimp appetizer. The shrimp were ok but I'm from Louisiana so anything that's trucked isn't like what I'm used to eating which is caught that day and fried up. Aside from that, the calzone was awesome and even the regular size was huge. It's really big enough for two teenagers or three adults who are not in a food eating contest. The same can be said with the chicken strips. There are plenty and unless your starving you will be bringing them home for a late night snack. The pricing is fair, deliveries quick and food great. Food is good when it's good but god forbid if you complain about an issue or get something burnt and tell them anything is an issue you will be put on the can not be delivered to list and they refuse to take your order. Used to love it but it's either their way or the highway and frankly every place has a bad day but crap happens and how you deal with it defines you as a business. Correcting mistakes made by staff should be the normal, oh well there is other places to get food in town. read more

Great pizza here...ask them for pretty much whatever topping combo you want and they will do it for you. Tip: The pizza rolls are wicked good, don't think those Totino's pizza nuggets...these are big, puffy blankets that cover the toppings. This place is decent, nothing special though. Pizza by the slice always seems like it has been sitting around too long, even when reheated you can tell its not the freshest. Pizza by the whole pie is good and a decent size for the biggest one, they load on the toppings. The wings are just ok, chicken parm is not that big but delicious and they serve beer so that is great! Good dining room, a few TVs. The first 2 times we went and ate in, they were sooooo slow getting us our food, I mean like 40 minutes! The next time still slow but better and the last time was fast. Call ahead! read more

Great menu full of unique sandwiches and pies. I'm pretty cheap and usually seek out slice or sandwich specials in the $6-8 range for a quick lunch, but given the quality of Three Brothers' ingredients and originality of each of their sandwiches, I'm willing to regularly shell out $9.99+ tax for the sandwich fries/chips and drink specials they put out every week. They're always coming up with something unique. As I type this I'm eating: Steak Florentine Melt Marinated steak tips, sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and provolone cheese on toasted ciabatta bread with sweet potato chips and fountain soda $9.99 My only gripe (which I've told the brothers!) is that they got rid of the Billy S. Goat pizza, which I first tried a few years back during restaurant week and it's quite possibly the best pizza I've ever had. read more

Was staying nearby and used Yelp to find this restaurant. A little strange to find at first because it's located in the old maintenance section of a still existing Shell gas station. It is a walk in and order at the counter place and has seating for eating in. The food was fantastic, much more than expected, even compared with restaurants located in downtown Burlington. Would definitely recommend a visit there if looking for a non-complicated meal. read more

Great pizza! Attached to a service station and really no atmosphere inside, the pizza served here is as close one can get to a true Italiain one in the NYC area. We are talking flavor, oil, quantity of cheese and toppings too. Service was good and owners are friendly and accommodating. The draught beers were top notch including Switchback and Trapp Lager. Holy cow - what a DELIGHTFUL find while traveling in the Burlington area! Imagine our surprise to find that this well-rated pizza joint is situated adjacent to a gas station, ostensibly in what would've been retail or storage space in the past. We're suckers for artisan pizza, and thought we must have misread something when we pulled into the parking lot. Truly, the quality of the 'za does NOT match the exterior. Don't be afraid, walk right in and order! A myriad of toppings/combos to delight in. All ingredients were fresh, flavorful. The crust is delicious - hand tossed, thin and tender. Super-friendly service to boot. And priced so reasonably we had to do a double take! We popped in for the first time during UVM orientation in June. It was so good, we couldn't WAIT to get back when we moved the Kid into the dorms in August! read more

If there is better gas station pizza anywhere in the world, I for one would like to see it. Yes, this is a gas station. Do not be put off by this. They are not selling you hot pockets that have been flattened with a mallet. They are selling you kick ass pizza with a kick ass sauce with great seasonings. Unusual combos available too. One of our favorites was a chicken broccoli pizza called the Barack O'Chicken. No wait, that doesn't make any sense. Broccoli Obama. That's it. Whatever, it was fantastic. The pizza was terrible. Got two medium pizzas for delivery...the Steak Gorgonzola pizza and the Ala Vodka pizza. There was no sauce to be found on the Ala Vodka and cornmeal was mixed into the dough. Both were extremely dry and the pizza almost seemed as if it was burnt. We got Cajun dry rub wings and those were pretty good so no complaints with the wings. You never know about customer service until something goes wrong. I can now tell you this place has no regard for its customers or its reputation. It took 1.5 hours to deliver 2 pizzas and a salad. I cannot even tell you if the pizzas were good or not, because they were not warm, much less hot, sitting in cold grease. The owner was not apologetic at all: "Not his problem". Well, who's problem was it? "I got plenty of other customers", he said. I just hope you never have anything go wrong here. Expect to eat more than the mediocre food. Easy to miss as this locale is shared with a gas station. Wings, mediocre at best. The horrible cheap blue cheese dressing and thick, aged chewy celery don't help matters. On the other hand, the pizza is very good. The ultra thin somewhat soggy crust keeps them from achieving true NYC style thin crust excellence. Toppings though are fresh and ample. I was having a bad day, didn't feel like stopping so I had some food delivered (first time here). I wasn't in the mood for pizza but the "small" salad I ordered was so compact, I had to pour it into a bigger bowl and it was really good!! I also got a veggie sub that was fantastic. They are very generous with the ingredients and I made several meals out of the order. I will definitely order again and try the pizza next time. This is my first time ordering pizza from 3 Brothers and dont think it will ever happen again. This is the absolutely worst pizza I have ever eaten, it tastes like soap and the toppings have a faintly nauseating, spoiled taste to them. Since I ordered the 'special', I got 12 'boneless wings' that can only be called that charitably. What they really are is the worst pressed meat mcnugget crap I have ever had, soaked in grease from the soggy breading and covered in some repulsive buffalo style sauce. The only part of the 'meal' that was acceptable was the soda, because there was no way for them to ruin that. Any pizza place, Domino's, Pizza Hut, even Poppa John's would have been a better choice than this. It goes without saying that dollar for dollar Leonardo's would have been a MUCH better deal, because their pizza is both good and worth eating, if more expensive. Have a great day! Aftermath: I called shortly after the pizza was delivered and complained as to how bad I thought it was. I was told they were closed and the person on the other end didnt have much more to say. I am a disabled veteran and cant remember the last time I returned anything, but having managed restaurants before and during college, had some idea how it should be done. The next day, I went and returned the pizza, chicken lumps and soda and had the displeasure of dealing with a very unpleasant person at the counter. If a customer ever returned an item to me, it was something to be handled as quickly and courteously as possible and this wasnt it. Eventually, the money was returned and I left the establishment. This is where the story takes a turn for the surreal. My doctor's office had called me sometime during the time I was there, so I called the office back to find out what they wanted. While I was sitting in my car dealing with my doctor's office, some person from the place came out to my car and told me to leave the premises and that he didnt want to see me there ever again. After the food they gave me, it wasnt my plan to ever go back, but after the service they gave me, I will do my dead level best that no one I know ever goes there again either. read more

We order 2 pizzas; a large Hawaiian and a House pizza. The Hawaiian was really good and was a hit. The problem was the House pizza. We sat it in the back seat, level and all. We get back to the hotel and there is cheese in the corner of the box: and worse the center is doughy and not completely done throughout. We were in a hotel room so we had no access to an oven so we couldn't just pop it in the oven and finish baking it for them. It was at that time I decided to call and complain about it; we wanted a pizza we could eat and not a pizza that was falling apart and wasn't finished being baked. The girl who answered the phone and took our order was courteous and nice and said she'd pass the word along to one of the owners. This was on a Friday afternoon. Then we wait until Monday to make another call. We received the same courteous "pass it along" and got the same response from the owners; nada. Tuesday afternoon, I call again and get the same response from the courteous person whom answered the phone the last two times I called; "I'll pass it on... again". I'm not sure but it seems like our problem wasn't important enough to warrant a callback from one of the owners. Guess we won't be getting pizza from there any time soon. read more
