I came to Three B's around the holidays with my sister and two friends 35 minutes before closing time. We were just grabbing drinks and appetizers to share, so I didn't think too much of coming in right before they closed. Upon walking through the door, the bartender named Kristen, looks our direction and says loudly from across the bar "Stop coming in." I looked at her and said, "Excuse me?" She then said, "Oh, I wasn't talking to y'all." EVEN THOUGH, we were the only ones walking in. Who else could she have been talking to? We sat down at a table and our server was kind, but I still felt like I should tell the manager about the bartender's behavior, as it was very rude and not good customer service. The manager apologized, he offered to comp some of our food, but I told him that it wasn't necessary, I just wanted to inform him of what happened. Then, he started to defend Kristen, saying that she is a really good worker and she's been working double shifts lately, as if he was trying to convince us to like her and dismiss her comment. I told him that I understand completely, since I was in the restaurant industry for 6 years, but no matter what the circumstance is, you should never tell customers "Stop coming in." read more

We have been to 3 B's several times thinking it will get better but doesn't. We went today and I tried the stroganoff with ribeye meat. It was greasy and the meat tastes like it was going bad. No gravy that I could see just greasy noodles. The service was terrible . The waiter just had too many tables. We had a brownie with ice cream for desert that was very good. The egg rolls weren't bad obviously pre packaged all they had to do was fry them. I won't go back again. read more

Can't really say anything too negative about this place! I'm part of a jeep group and had about 20 one night that wanted to try it out. The front hostess was very kind, the waitress was on her game and the management made sure they took care of us. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal, food came out hot, drinks were cold, great overall service once we sat down and good atmosphere. Also family friendly which is a plus! The only reason I did not give a solid five is because we had to wait to get greeted when we walked in. No one was at the hostess booth for a bit. But again, once she arrived, we were taken care of. Walked in to watch the world cup, we were the only ones in the dining area. The hostess sat us in a bad seat so we asked to sit in a different area. She didn't say a word stood there and pointed, we picked, she just put the menus and silverware on the side of the table and walked off. Bad vibe after that so we left. My daughter and I stopped by Three B's for a late lunch, at a time when the restaurant had few patrons and lots of empty tables. The service was prompt, warm and welcoming. We ordered the deviled eggs topped with chorizo and cilantro. Although the chorizo was a bit too spicy for our taste, the eggs were delicious. Probably among the best I've had, homemade or otherwise, and we adore deviled eggs. As entrees, we ordered the Asian Salad and the Street Tacos with charro beans on the side. Exceptional, balanced flavor combinations and nicely sized portions. (Leftovers await in my refrigerator!) Just because we enjoyed everything so much, we decided to sample the brownie a la mode dessert option. The rich, dark chocolate brownie was served warm and was sumptuous. The vanilla ice cream was a nice counterpoint in flavor, texture and temperature. Although the cuisine and service will ensure I return, the budget-friendly prices are an added bonus. I've noticed a number of other less than stellar reviews. Perhaps there has been a change in ownership, management, kitchen or front-of-the-house staff, but I had zero complaints following today's visit and look forward to sampling more of the menu. read more

My family of 3 got horrible service here twice in a row...way too long before the waitress showed up and then empty drinks for the majority of the meal , so I emailed the owner about it because I liked one of the burgers (Inferno) and it's close to us. I want this local business to succeed, but I can't tolerate sorry service for average, and slightly overpriced grill food. I told the owner as much. He responded with apologies and offered to comp a meal. I didn't accept, because that's not what I was looking for. We quit going there for several months... drove right by it many, many times on the way to anyplace else. My son and I went back a couple of times recently and while service was still slow, it was OK. We went again tonight with my wife and did not get served, not even greeted by a waitress for at least 10 minutes. We walked out and will never go back. I'm all for second chances, and they got a second chance from us and failed. I can not recommend this place. read more

First time eating there last night. We decided to sit out on the patio area. The inside was packed they had baseball games on and the bar was full too. My daughter ordered the ribs and I ordered a hamburger. The service was excellent Megan was our waitress and the food was awesome. Will be coming back. read more

I have visited this place countless times since they opened a few years ago and the service is the same, terrible. The food is very average for bar food. The decor is very nice. It's a place many locals go to because of the convenience of alcoholic drinks and a short drive home. Once again the food is average/edible, the service is usually slow but it is super convenient. read more

Went there on a Sunday afternoon, the first time in quite sometime. Walked in and was greeted immediately and taken to a table. I asked if we could have a booth and instead of seating us at one of the many empty large booths we were taken to a two seat booth. Not a big deal but I couldn't figure out why we couldn't have a larger booth, I'm assuming they were hoping bigger parties were coming. The table we had was shaky but the server remedied that with a coaster. Another thing I couldn't figure out was why they had the back door propped open on a hot July afternoon. Our server was very good, attentive and very nice. Now....the food. Crazy expensive. $10.99 for a house salad which does not include protein. Beef, chicken or shrimp may be added for an additional cost. My husband ordered a hamburger which he said was ok, nothing special, the fries were good tho. I got the slider trio which came with "Texas Toothpicks". I ordered the chicken salad...fair, ribeye...overlooked & tasted like bacon & carnitas which was basically a piece of baked pork chop thrown on a bun, nothing added to it. My toothpicks were a menagerie of anything in the kitchen they could bread and throw into a deep fryer. I got a few green beans, an onion ring and maybe 4-5 of the toothpicks. What could be a really good restaurant being locally owned, fair beer selection and good location is being brought down by over priced mediocre food. read more

Ordered the Fat Boy Burger medium well and sweet potato fries. The hamburger meat was still pink in the center (which is not medium well). The bacon had obviously been cooked earlier in the day as it was tough, dry, and not cooked thoroughly (such a pet peeve of mine) - and it's not very good at that - more like fat back than real bacon. The sweet potato fries were soggy and limp - no crunch whatsoever. The meat had great flavor but since it wasn't cooked properly, couldn't really enjoy it. I like their buns but it would help if they toasted them a little so that they weren't soggy as well. All in all, could have been so much better if things weren't rushed out of the kitchen. My wife and I as well as our teenage children have become regular patrons here. It is a sports bar with a family atmosphere. Some writers have called it typical sports bar food but i would say the food is beyond the typical bar food. They have a full list of entrees, salads and soups in addition to the wings and burgers. I will admit the staff can sometimes get very busy so service can suffer but its because it is a popular spot on Friday or sat night. Happy hour is 3-6 so get there ealry as it gets crowded around 6;30 but the wait seldom seems more than 15 min as they have plenty of seating and an outdoor patio when the weather is nice. the owners are frequent patrons and Craig is an active manager if you ever need a special request or a hockey game on the TV ! I suggest the Blackend Tilapia or pulled pork off the menu items. read more

Just got back from a good meal at 3 B's grill. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by being overcharged for the beer special. As you walk in there is a board advertising $2 pints. We ordered the bbblt and the chorizo Mac flatbread with a couple of the special pints. The food was good and the beer fine...till we got the bill. The $2 turned out to be $5 a pint. When we asked about the difference the waiter said that was only during happy hour...even though we specifically ordered the special. When we got to the front we asked the hostess about it and she said there were 2 specials and we had the $5 pint and no mention of happy hour. The fact that there is no mention of the other "special" on the board as you walk in is apparently irrelevant. Our server also failed to mention this. We asked to talk to the manager but he wasn't going to be in for another 10 to 15 minutes. Finally the hostess could not correct the bill but gave us a $10 coupon for our next visit. The difference in the bill was $15 so the whole experience leaves me feeling very disappointed that a local restaurant would act in this manner. read more
