Food is always great. USA salad with buffaloed chicken is terrific as are the fried mushrooms and the onions rings and wings. Their new counter and booth upgrades are good BUT they need to get all the beer lights and mirrors back up and swap out the lights that make it feel like a hospital. Needs warm lights and neon and junk on the walls. Then it'll be great all around! Service was great as always. read more

Great wings and good vibes! Came in on a rainy Saturday for some lunch with good friends. We ordered the cheese sticks as a quick app. Never had fruit come with stick sticks, but I'm not complaining! We ordered 50 wings: 25 hot, 25 medium. "Best wings in town" is not an exaggeration! They are so delicious. The hot sauce has the perfect amount of heat. Our waitress was quick, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant has a hole-in-the-wall feel despite it being a major Atlanta chain. There's multiple tvs showing games as well. read more

Food was decent. Wings were really good and crispy and the squash casserole was a bit too mushy for my liking but it was edible. HOWEVER... the service was subpar. The older ladies should probably be replaced with younger ones because they were confused, slow and asking the cooks and each other "who's food" goes with which plate? One of them asked what dish does the squash casserole go with. When i said "mine", I ordered it with my wings - it's mine. She's said, no its not yours. Sooo, after bringing me my to-go wings, i looked in my bag before i left and as i figured my squash casserole was missing. Best wings in Atlanta. Never frozen, always crispy and delicious. The hot sauce is definitely hot but also flavorful. The lemon pepper are a mix of wet and dry sauce and are perfectly tangy. One of the nastiest restaurant staff imaginable in a worn down, tired venue that needed a makeover about a quarter century ago. My wife asks how many wings come in a "regular" order as the menu didn't say, and the condescending waitress responds that it's a regular order without clarifying it, And it went on from there with condescending remarks and an attitude that my wife was wasting the waitress' time. Not as if this s$&thole has many customers, but nonetheless she couldn't have been bothered. We had stopped there the night before as their posted closing time on the door is 10pm on Fridays and this was at 8:30, but the nasty woman greeting me at the door told us they were closing early for an industrial issue but then informed me that they close at 9pm anyway. I asked about the door posting and was treated with disrespect. This is a restaurant that remains open despite itself with one of the rudest staffs in the "hospitality" business. Avoid it! read more

Since the current ownership took over some time ago this place has been up and down, but the food has been pretty consistent. Unfortunately, recently it has only gotten worse, from the A/C only working in a small section of the restaurant for months, running out of wings (drums), to today they ran out of steak fries and decided to replace them shoestring fries. My go to wing restaurant. I order the hot buffalo wings. They are perfect. Not greasy. No rubbery, wet chicken skin here. It's fried to a crisp perfection. I do not recommend take out for the wings. They tend to steam and lose their crispness on the ride home. Add to these awesome wings a truly great blue cheese on the side and a perfect basket of fries. These are steak fries and are totally awesome. There are other items on the menu that sound good but I never get past the buffalo wings!! Went back twice in the last 2 weeks. I most definitely would visit this place again. The food was pretty great. Their food had no grease at all. A surprise right!? The price was decent. I had the roast beef (or turkey?) reuben with a mini squash casserole and fries. It was delicious. The sandwich was huge! The customer service wasn't all superb. I'd say satisfactory. They have been open for decades. Their wings are always crispy and fresh so when I am in the mood for chicken wings they are my "go to"! I ordered the mild wings, extra crispy, and they were served with delicious steak fries. I also ordered a side of celery and blue cheese. The celery sticks were clean, fresh, and crispy. Their squash casserole is out of this world. I always order a side of it. For dessert, I ordered the Oreo Cookie Cheesecake. It wasn't anything to rave about but it wasn't bad either. We've been customers for many years both, dining in and carry out and have been forgiving of occasional slipping in customer service due to the continual rotation of wait staff. Tonight however, may be the end if it! The manager/owners failure to apologize for us to drive 15 minutes each direction to RETURN to get our proper order (failed to include the ordered & paid for fries and we insisted on getting the hot wings redone since they were obviously cold by the time we added 15 minutes to convince them to DO the right thing then go get it) is absolutely inexcusable!! We've been coming here for years and the wings are consistently good; not unlike the original restaurant in Buckhead back in the 90s. We've tried other places but keep coming back; still think they are the best wings in town. The only complaint is that occasionally they will overcook them a bit; hey guys, one minute less in the fryer. But overall, we're happy campers here. It's not a fancy place and doesn't try to be. The food is very good but their air conditioning has been out for at least 3 months. It's almost 100 degrees in Atlanta it's insane to expect your servers to work in that heat & your customers to SIT & EAT in that heat. Last time we were there the servers were turning people away because it was too hot for them to work (which is understandable) but I think the owner should have been able to get the air fixed in 3+ months. read more

I usually come here when I can't really figure out what I want for lunch or when I have a hankering for lemon pepper wings. Parking can be atrocious during lunch. One little thing that bothers me about this location is the door. You have to be a Marvel super hero to open the door. What's up with that???? I ordered 20 wings today to go 10 hot and 10 lemon pepper, they told me they could put my order in separate boxes because they didn't have enough boxes and they thought they would run out??? Really, the person I was split the wings with can't have spicy ??? Customer service is gone!!! I love Three Dollar wings ... always have. Been going to Three Dollar (the original funky one on Roswell Rd) for a long time. Think these are the best wings in the Atlanta area. If you like crispy wings with hot sauce tossed afterwards (as opposed to soggy, steamed wings like found in places like Hooters or Taco Mac), this is your kind of place. This is a smaller Three Dollar location with a front door that takes a linebacker to open (seriously). The same service staff have been there for years, so the manager must be a nice guy to work for. Can't really comment on their other food as this is a wing place in my book. So when I go there, I order wings and celery with blue cheese. Oh yeah ... they have a few beers too (other than Keystone Light) ;) This is not a fancy place ... kind of divey in fact. Large crowds (10+) might be difficult to seat. Simple but tasty :) read more
