Came here tonight with friends to appease all of our preferred cuisine choices. Chili's has a diverse menu and yes, it's a chain restaurant but sometimes you know you need something and it will deliver here. We sat in the bar area, was hopping during their happy hour but we had Elijah as our server and he was patient with us as we were trying to make our choices for apps and entrees. We decided to get the triple dipper app, where each of us chose one item. Boneless wings with hot buffalo sauce, southwestern egg rolls with avocado ranch, and the Nashville hot mozzarella rectangles. First of all, the Nashville hot cheese is a revelation! Not so hot it was inedible, but very flavorful in measured bites. The chicken was spicy, I wasn't sure why but it felt like it was hotter than the Nashville cheese. The Southwestern egg rolls always delivers. Chili's is clutch with apps. I used the dinner deal, getting a smash burger, chips and salsa, and a soda for $11. It's a deal! They have other options that you can go with, cost rises with better choices. But you cannot go wrong with things here and Elijah was on top of everything that we needed, down to the refills for the spicy food we were mowing down. Karl came over to check on us, I assumed he was the GM and he was friendly and professional. Cool to have him make sure we were happy and satisfied with the quality of the food and drinks. Expressed how great Elijah was, and that we literally didn't need anything else. To go boxes were provided for us because we didn't come close to eating it all. I was fortunate that I wasn't paying; but the specials made this a great quick dinner out. It's clear people love the happy hour. The food at this location is very consistent, unfortunately it's constantly bad. To be more specific, everything here is overcooked, especially the chicken fingers. The service is hit or miss, some of the wait staff is more hard working than others but even the better ones seem indifferent (at best). Chili's has been around for a long time, and although I think the quality has dropped a little bit over the years, the food remains decent for the price point. They used to feature a 3 for $10 deal that contained a drink, appetizer and entree and it had a lot of options; however they have since reduced the options, with the option to pay extra for some of the options that used to be included for just $10. I've been here about 10 times. My mom and I always go out to eat and this place is always on our list. We sometimes grab a seat at the bar for easier, faster service and have never had any issues when doing so. Our table service has always been decent too. I love the bottomless chips and salsa and do get the wings a lot too. Restrooms have always been clean. Overall, decent chain restaurant where you know what to expect. read more

I had a gift card from work to use here, so I decided to try the Johns Creek location tonight instead of the Pleasant Hill one that I already had food from once. I can see why this location is rated slightly higher overall than the other ones in the area. It's located in a classy little shopping center and gives off a more upscale vibe than some of the other Chili's restaurants in ATL. We ordered carry-out with the Triple Dipper appetizer to start. We chose the onion petals, the sliders, and cheese curds. They called us to let us know that they ran out of onion petals sadly. My fiancé ordered the Southwestern Egg Rolls as a substitution, mostly for me. In hindsight, had I not been driving and been able to talk on the phone I probably would've got some kind of chicken instead, as I remember Chili's does pretty good chicken. I wasn't a big fan of the egg rolls. I like the flavors of TGI Friday's cheesesteak egg rolls better. Even though the food had been sitting a total of 45 minutes in the restaurant and for the drive home, everything was still pretty great. The appetizers lost some of their crispiness, but this was to be expected. My only complaint was that all of the avocado slices in my salad were brown. They tasted fine, but were clearly not the freshest. My fiancé really enjoyed his Boss burger. It's basically like a huge BBQ burger topped with brisket and even smoked sausage. He would get it again. I thought the Santa Fe salad I had was good, but I would've liked if they had put cheese on it. I just added some at home, so no biggie. Next time I might try their steak and asparagus as a good low carb option. Overall, it was a really great meal. The Mrs and I were looking for somewhere to have lunch and a friend recommended Chili's to us. We heard they were having their 3 for $10 special so we figured it would be worth a try and we were right. It wasn't bad but there were a few things that I wish they did better. Here are some quick reviews below: Service and wait time: The service was great. Once we got there we were seated quickly and placed our order within a matter of minutes. It took a little while for the main courses to come out but that was fine because when they did, they were hot and fresh! We ordered some appetizers too and they took maybe 10 minutes to come out, so all around not too bad. Food quality: Overall the food was good but not amazing. We got a side salad and chips salsa and guacamole for apps, and it was okay. The salsa was watery and the guacamole wasn't flavorful at all. But they were good enough to hold us over until the food came. For our entrees, we ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and the chicken and bacon quesadilla, both were really good and the portions sizes were big enough for us to get full there and take some home. We ordered a side of corn and it was seasoned well but came out cold. Drinks: the 3 for $10 does come with alcoholic drink options for an additional prices, but we decided to just stick with lemonade and sweet tea, both of which were normal fountain drink options, but were still good. It's a chili's... not somewhere we're I normally look forward to eating at. However... I got the Honey-Chipotle Crispers® & Waffles... ohhh my Goddie they are pretty Hottie! Now look... they certainly are not healthy. 2600 calories in one dish... but they are ohhh so tasty. Sweet crispy waffles... crispy tender white meat chicken and sticky sweet and spicy honey.... truly decadent! Wrong! Straight from the tree of temptation! And devil sent... these are beyond sinful. This location is in a large shopping center off of Medlock Bridge. They have their own portion of the parking lot with plenty of room for those busy times of the day/night. My family went here tonight after the restaurant we were heading to was closed for the Memorial Day Weekend. We chose Chili's because it was an old favorite (especially for me; I've been going since I was 5). The table service from our waitress was good. The wait time for our food given the restaurant was empty was completely unacceptable. It took minimally 30 minutes to get our entrees and my nachos were cold. My husband and son's entrees were served hot. We put my husband through an extended wait for our dessert...my son and I thought it was definitely worth the wait. I visited the bathroom and two of the stalls had broken locks. It's a Chili's. They have the nicest light crispy chips out there. This particular location is well run. Clean...good service...consistent Chili's food. In terms of casual dining chains, I am a fan of Chili's, and this location is run as well or better than most. My kids really like their chicken fingers. Shocking I know. I'm a fan of the nachos appetizer. Love the option for the bottomless chips and salsa especially since their chips are so good. The atmosphere was really chill, even the music. Clean, quiet and fast service was what we received this evening. Our waiter was very cordial and took care of our table. Lord where do I start, okay so my mom and I went to Chili's yesterday 5/15 and I was extremely disappointed. I honestly would like my money back we got there and ordered Appetizers right away. The appetizers came out warm not home and the ranch was watered down. I asked my waiter why the ranch was so watery and he said they ran out. My caesar salad was blah some of the lettuce was old. Showed up to this restaurant on Sunday evening with the intention to have a nice dinner with my husband. Online said they were open until 11pm. When we arrived the doors were closed and the sign in front read "11am-11pm". They were locked. We went around to the side door to the takeout area to ask about their hours to which the girl at takeout was helpful but rude and said "yea, the front door had a sign that says we are closed with our hours on it." I explained that their online hours were also not correct to please let the manager know about this. We wasted a trip and our gas to come to this establishment. A great looking deal caught my attention and I suggested it to my wife. Yes, she wanted to go. I regretted mentioning it because now I'm going to waste a Saturday meal on a chain restaurant. But the dining experience exceeded my expectations! The food was actually pretty good and a great value. However, for four extra dollars, I upgraded my six ounce sirloin to the ten ounce portion. The sides were loaded mashed potatoes which were great and I subbed black beans for the broccoli. It turned out to be a very good meal and the service was excellent! My wife stuck with the six ounce sirloin and it was plenty for her. She had soup for her starter.
