Love this place for the service!! Katelyn and another girl name starts with a K., hands down great servers!! The food here is decent and you get a good bang for your buck!! Especially with the $3 drinks!!! This is a typical sports bar, with TVs all over but that's cool. Love that they let you mixed the wing sauces!!! Cause I'm all about sauces!! Overall food and services this is def me and my friends new spot!!

OK, who remembers Three Dollar Cafe on Peachtree Street in the 90's. I was excited to see this one up by Town Center Mall and decided to give it a try. I was there for lunch on a weekday. I was sat and greeted right away. They have a small lunch menu that includes an entree and soft drink for $10. I chose the fried chicken wrap tossed in teriyaki and absolutely loved it. The fries were also delicious. I'll definitely be back!

2nd visit this month, and everything was just as good as the 1st visit. My wife loves their lemon pepper wings, and the staff is happy and friendly.

After a quick shopping trip at Town Center Mall, we decided to pop in and give this restaurant a try. We started with an appetizer- The BBQ nachos The portion was more than enough for two people. The nachos were delicious. The pork was so tender and the barbecue sauce has a nice flavor and taste.... We couldn't stop eating them. They offer brunch on Saturday & Sunday's from 11-3pm. They had a ton of TVs on the wall so you're bound to see your favorite team playing when you come in. Although they were a bit busy, our waitress was top tier. Several other waitresses came to check on each table to make sure everyone was taken care of. This location was definitely a hit and we will be returning to try other items in their menu!

I ordered carryout Fish Tacos. The fish was crispy and seasoned well. The lettuce & tomato fresh. I gave two stars because I almost swallowed two pieces of long dark hair strands in the third taco. I was appalled having to pull a stranger's hair out of my throat. Definitely not mine because my hair is short and brown. In this day and age hair should be confined when handling food. Do better Three Dollar Cafe.

It was college football Saturday. Thankfully it wasn't a large crowd. Kelsey was my bartender/server. She was very nice and recommended food options. I ordered the fried fish sandwich and a Texas margarita. They both were good. I enjoyed watching the games and the people were really cool. Guest and staff. I will definitely come by if I'm in the neighborhood.

While my God daughter shops in the mall. My best friend and I stroll into Three Dollar Cafe. It's early afternoon on a Friday. We walk up to a outdoor billboard with $4 margaritas...yes please sign us up. Walk in not crowded at All. Seated Immediately.. We already know we want wings and the $4 Margaritas.. sign stated with Free Chips and Salsa (which we didnt get)we inquired about the size of the drink..server stated about the size of a rocks glass.. ok no problem..or was it? The drinks came ( sorry no picture, but trust what you read next to be TRUE) These drinks looked like water over ice with salted rim and a lime wedge. We weren't asked our preference of salt or not on the rim. I don't like anything on my rim. Looks could be deceiving.. but we were the ones deceived. Margarita Tasted just like simple Margarita mix. Yuck.. what could help??? A shot of Tequila that seemed to be missing. We asked about the tequila shot prices.. $6.95.. it goes up from there. No thanks... we passed. I tried to drink the mix.. but I just couldn't do it. Ordered the Beer of the Month Dos Equis Amber for $3 The wings were good.. lemon pepper fried Crispy. We paid the bill and walked out to see the reverse side of the billboard.. Well well well... there were shot specials.. $3 Tequila shots, $3 Jose Cuervo shots...that sounds nothing like $6.95... very disappointed.. and after seeing that.. we knew our server had left shortly after we paid our bill. We didn't go back in to ask why we were told a price difference. Had to pick up my God daughter. But I knew I'd write a review to let you know. I will go back but really ask about the specials. This Three Dollar Cafe location is located in Kennesaw in a small shopping center across from Macy's Men Dept at Town Cente Mall. There is of course free parking. There's plenty of flat screen tvs to watch the current sports games. Friendly staff and crowd. Upon entering, we were immediately seated with option of table or booth. We got a booth with great view of tvs showing the GA game. Our waitress introduced herself and covered drinks. Water for both of us. Sports bar so when in Rome. We both ordered wings. You can substitute fries for the celery for $0.99. I got the 10 piece lemon pepper and my son 10 piece teriyaki. The food came out fairly quick. I would pay extra for flats. I had 2 out of 10 flats. My son had about half and half. The fries were thick cut steak potatoes. The wings came out hot and well seasoned. The fries were hot. Condiments are provided upon request. We were out shopping. This was first thing we both ate for the day. It did not sit well with us. We had to stop shopping and rush to find clean facilities. The food did not sit well. I felt fine while eating. Neither of us ate all our wings. We both ate 6 or 7. It may have been an off experience.

Best bone in Chicken wings EVER!!!! Wings are not to small and not to big, they are the perfect size and I ask for extra crispy and the wings never disappoint. We use to go to Anchor Bar for wings but not anymore. They use to have half off wings on Monday & Thursday but now it's only offered for boneless wings. . Hope they offer it back to bone in wings soon. Also have $3 pints Thursdays. Employees and service is great.

We were greeted by at least three servers, who would ask us how many in our party, walk away, and then never come back. While there were plenty of tables and servers that we saw, it took close to 10 minutes to be seated in a booth facing a screen showing March Madness. Our server was nice and attentive once we finally got seated. My daughter LOVER her quesadilla. My salad was very filling, and I have to say that, even though it didn't look like there was dressing on it, there was a light drizzle that was actually enough to taste. Our server didn't hesitate to bring me a side of dressing anyway. So the food, itself, was pretty good. This looks like it would be a great place to watch some games, enjoy the covered patio outside, and maybe even have a group meet for lunch or dinner.

On the other hand I did t really feel what I got, fish tacos and grit cakes, had much flavor to it. The tacos were bland and the grit cake was just missing g something. I was so sad cause I was looking forward to the grit cake. My friends that came with me both had burgers and dessert and liked them. If there is a next time maybe I will try a burger.

Getting ripped off by Atlanta bars constantly drives me crazy. You go out for the night and after cover, drinks, and tips you're suddenly out $100. Highlands keeps its prices super cheap and I really appreciate that. I'm sure the college students do too, lol. The karaoke is awesome. They have some pretty great singers get up there. There is a drag show every first Friday. The DJs they have are good. The servers are courteous. In years past, some of the servers/bar tenders were idk a bit...brash? But that really seems to have changed. All of the servers have been pretty nice to my friends and I lately. If you order food- the fries are really good and so are the fried Oreos. If you come on a popular night (like the first Friday of the month), you gotta get there a little early if you want to secure a decent table. There is plenty of parking here. Never a cover (at least as far as I know). They have food and drink specials everyday. They typically are closed Sundays but are open on some holidays/for specific events. If you're in Kennesaw I definitely recommend you give this spot a visit. Thanks Highlands for being a solid, local bar!

First off, I love the history of this building... 1800s, supposedly the jail at some point long ago. You can just feel the history and imagine what took place in there as you sit and wait for your meal. The staff are all fun and attentive, and our server -- who was also tending bar that day -- was amazing! We were there early enough for the half priced apps, and weren't hungry enough for a full meal. I ordered a side salad with ranch, and we split the smoked nachos. When they came out, it was a huge portion and enough for both my wife and I. The only drawback is that they didn't have any sour cream that we could add to the nachos... It may seem trivial, but I've never needed anyplace that didn't have sour cream for the nachos. Because of that, I will give this a 4.75 stars. We will definitely be back!
