Steph made the process so easygoing and fun for our first time in this shop. They were patient while we picked out all our jewelry choices and let us hold them up to see how they'd look. They walked us through all the steps before piercing us. We will definitely be returning, they did an amazing job!! :)

We had such a pleasant experience! Originally looking for places in the valley and expanded our search out a bit and glad we did. It's located in a very nice plaza, ample parking, and well lit. This was the first place I've ever gotten to choose my jewelry beforehand and didn't feel awkward asking about prices / placement. We walked in with no appointment and were accommodated in with no problem. I had such a pleasant and informative experience. Originally came because of the great reviews and the prices ($25 fee for up to 4 piercings is amazing). I even got excited about the sterility and cleanliness, our jewelry even came in a close container after sterilization, ensuring confidence in what we were putting in our body. Felt very welcomed, we would come back again!

I just had an amazing experience getting my ears pierced at Three Fates. Penny took such good care of me and she doesn't know it yet, but she will be giving me lots more piercings in the future. She answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable. She fixed my previous first holes that were not symmetrical and gave me my seconds. I think my ears are so cute. I just love them! The store has a great selection of jewelry and I was surprised how affordable everything was. $25 for all my piercings is a great deal. I was quoted $50 for the first piercing+ $25 for each one after that at another studio also in TO and their jewelry was much more expensive. Still, I feel that the quality and customer service I received was much better at 3 Fates. It's also nice that they are open everyday and you can book an appointment online. Thank you!

I can truthfully say Three Fates is the nicest, most clean, unassuming but still classy piercing barbqto give special shout out to Penny! I've had a really crappy couple of days, losing a really close friend of 23 hyears a few days ago. Penny understood my drive for dopamine, and she placement on every piercing. If I didn't like something exactly, she was happy to change it, and boy is she quick. I literally didn't even feel That's when I actually got a little bit of sensation in my body and I'm really grateful for it cuz I needed it. I was able to make an appointment online very easily to get a nose stud, and I brought my daughter with me too. It's been quite the year and I wanted to do something different and fun for myself. The shop is immaculate and very professional, and we met some amazing people while waiting since we were early. Penny is a true professional - she knows her stuff, doesn't try to upsell or pressure, and is very honest about what works for each person's anatomy. When she told me my ear anatomy was great for a daith after my daughter asked about hers, I decided to go for it and get that piercing too. My daughter has wanted a conch so we decided to do that too. Penny was so accommodating, and never made us feel rushed in the least. She answered every question in detail, and throughout the piercing process, she told us everything she was doing, which really put us both at ease. I love her straightforward and honest style, and trusted her 100%. Her piercing rooms are cleaner than many doctors offices, and I had no doubt that everything was sterile. Her pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high-quality and beauty of the jewelry and Penny's expertise. You will not regret going to Three Fates piercing!!! As a bonus, there's plenty of parking in the shopping center and Bad Ass tacos is right across the street!

I was extremely pleased with my piercings by Penny at Three Fates. She was professional and kind. She made my experience very comfortable. I was surprised that my lobes never hurt or got red as they healed. I was able to sleep on my side that night without any discomfort. I've had multiple ear piercings so lots of scar tissue, but just had them done at Three Fates and the piercer was very careful to choose spots that avoided the scar tissue. The store is immaculate and the prices are resonable. read more

Penny is literally the only person i will allow to come within 10 ft of me with a needle. I cannot recommend this shop enough, especially Penny the owner! I used to think a piercer is just a piercer before meeting Penny, but she's truly a piercing artist. Such a great eye for athletics and knowing what jewelry works best for you. The first time a got my septum done at a different shop the guy just slapped whatever gauge onto my face and called it a day. I hated it so much I took it out that night on my own. When my partner introduced me to Penny, she fit me with a much smaller gauge that worked perfectly! I have a very genderqueer aesthetic and she was able to balance out the masculinity and femininity. She also did my lip piercing today and knows how to work with unsymmetrical faces. Go to this shop! You will not regret it! read more

I got my second piercing here a couple months back and I was super nervous. The piercer was super kind and it really helped with nerves. I do have to say it is pricey but knowing that everything was done with clean, safely and with proper preparation so that the experience goes as smoothly as possible makes it worth it. I made an appointment here to stretch out my belly button piercing after a year of not wearing it. Dee was recommended by their sister store golden age and she did not disappoint. She was so kind and gentle. I only paid for the jewelry, she helped me stretch out my hole for free! The staff in front were also very sweet, I felt very welcomed. I LOVE this place! Brady was so patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Dee was absolutely incredible with my piercings. I did 3 and could not be happier. She was So patient and helped guide me in making decisions about location for piercing and which earrings to chose. She prepped for so gently for the piercings and did them smoothly. In fact, I hardly felt the first one, and the other 2 were a breeze. I have had cartilage piercings before and they were painful and sore and irritated. With Dee, i am totally fine and not even sore. I can't believe it. She is the best EVER! I can't wait to go back and I have told all my friends about her. I would ONLY come here for piercings...plus they have the cutest earrings! read more

Penny is an angel and an incredible piercer. I first met her an Ancient Adornments in Weho, which was a 5 minute drive, and now I can only ever go Penny for future piercings. The 50 mile drive to Three Fates WORTH THE TIME 10000/10. Penny is talented, charismatic, and incredibly careful with her work as well as kind to all who come in. I cannot recommend ENOUGH. Was so excited I found a place that exclusively does piercings, as I needed to have my doubles reopened. They took me as a walk in and I only waited about 15 minutes. The options for earrings were titanium or solid gold. I knew I was going to pay the price for solid gold but WOOF. Almost $600 for the four teeny tiny studs. The prices are not displayed anywhere so it took quite awhile for them to look up each individual SKU. A bit annoying for a high-end establishment but whatever. I got lucky and didn't have to have anything re-pierced and it took the tech just a few minutes to wiggle the new studs into my ears. All in all, the process of pricing the jewelry out and putting the earrings took maybe 20 minutes. Here's where I absolutely lost my shirt. Upon paying for the service/jewelry it prompted the automatic tip amounts (10, 15 & 20%). Surprise! They asked me to tip on the entire price of the jewelry. I tipped $120 for 20 minutes of this lady's time. By the time I caught what happened I couldn't go back. Was this my fault? Yep. Is this bad business? Also yep. I do not recommend coming to this place unless you're getting a really sensitive piercing. Unless you like being bent over, just go to a regular tattoo shop lmao. read more

Penny pierced my daughter's ears. I couldn't be more pleased. She was very patient with my questions, told us what was going to happen every step of the way, and made sure the piercings were accurate and centered. My daughter told me it hurt less than a shot! Sterilization process was outstanding. My daughter never complained about soreness the next day and there was no inflammation or discharge. Highly recommend. read more

i went in a couple weeks ago for my birthday to get my nipples and septum pierced and it was honestly the best experience i have had with a piercer. dee was my piercer, she was really kind, thorough, and she treated my body with respect and care. i left 3 fates piercing feeling so much more confident than when i walked in. cute and clean space. totally recommend getting your next piercing here read more
