She is very friendley and makes you feel at ease. I dont even notice that i am half dressed and being waxed. It does hurt. there is no way around it. BUT it is much better than shaving bumps and rashes. It hurts less each time and the growth slows down. I go about every 4 or 5 weeks depending on my schedule. After adding up what i spend on razors and the time time shaving and the recovery time from shaving rashes and bumps etc..... As I waited I looked over the pricing guide and took photos. There were several pricing guides laid out by the register, each with different prices on them, some had the price crossed out with another price hand written. Then, there was a digital pricing guide on the wall, which again had different pricing (the most expensive of them). The employee spoke very little to me and what she did say was in mumbled/broken english. She worked quickly and did not apply any soothing serum on my skin afterwards. When I checked out, the price was higher than expected. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately, the end result was not what I asked for. My color is still uneven with noticeable patchiness, and my extensions were not reinstalled or blended properly, leaving my hair looking uneven in both length and overall finish. I did express concerns during the appointment, but I was reassured that everything looked fine, which was frustrating given the outcome. Considering the time and cost involved, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail.
