WI hired Three Peaks to replace my skirting in September of 2021. They asked for a deposit for half the total cost so they could purchase the skirting which we paid. Then nothing. I thought maybe there were supply issues and then winter. I contacted them in the spring and they told me the owner had been very sick but they would soon be ready to do the work. Then they stopped returning phone calls. I won a judgment against them in small claims court and then learned that there are already five small claims court judgment liens filed against their property. These people are bad news! Stay away from this business. they are scam artists. We paid to have skirting put on our mobile home back in May 2022 and it's September 2022 and they have done nothing! We put an $1,800 deposit for this service back in May 2022. And we have no skirting and no deposit as of yet. We have reported them to the BBB and will warn anyone about this place. We have called them, emailed them and left numerous voice messages since May wanting to know when the skirting will be done and they have one excuse after another. The fire up in Flagstaff and none of the employees could get to prof, rain, backed up on other jobs, etc..... This place needs to be avoided and shut down. Terrible company to try and work with! First of all they have a lady who answers the phone who sounds like she has Parkinson'. (Not her fault and nothing against her) BUT she should not be their person to answer phones as you can barely understand her because her voice is sooooo shaky. Second, I have contacted these guys Twice in the last 6 mos trying to get my mobile home moved just 75 miles and the lady keeps telling me someone will call me with costs and when they can do it but I've heard from no one in 7mos now! And it's almost winter so I now may have to wait til spring to move my mobile home as well as try and find a mover! What a waste of time to even consider this company for anything! My family has owned an older, smaller park in Flagstaff since the '80's. Three Peaks is the only mover we allow on the property without requiring a deposit. Steve is by the far the most skilled, knowledgeable, and professional mover we have encountered. He knows the nuts and bolts of mobile home construction, he knows the inner workings of the City of Flagstaff, he has been doing this work for years, and he's just a nice guy. Dealers use him almost exclusively - that really says all you need to know. Not only are they the best at what they do, but some years ago, his wife, Mary, alerted us to an attempt by the City to prevent homes from being moved due to a technicality without any legal basis. Because of her, we were able to solve the problem and continue operating as before. I don't know if the other reviewers are just trolls, but those reviews are not truthful or accurate. read more

I do not know why these people are even in business. they are the only home movers in town, they strung me along for weeks. Then they said the truck was in the shop and would call me in a few days. After a week I called them, the only time they will answer the phone is 7am. this time steve told me he did not want to do the work. Buying and placing modular home for my parents took OVER A YEAR. I could have stick built in less time. The problem was Three Peaks. Mary never returns calls, never acts proactively to have process moving along. and when you try to give her feedback she gets pissed and defensive. They are HORRIBLE to work with. My mother ended up passing away before she could move into her new home. Cavco who we bought modular home from is likely terminating their contract. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Would really not recommend this place. These people will NEVER get the job done. Always excuses after excuses. Will not call you, email you, or contact you about anything. Will ignore you and take your money. they never moved the trailer and it's been over 2 years. Grandparents paid 2600 to them to get the job done. They took her money and ran. They are a rip off they try to screw you over and try to take your money, I had been dealing with them since last year they could not get things done nor get inspections to pass, this company is just has excuses after excuses, they do not return calls or emails like they say they do. There excavators do not know what they are doing they do not know how to measure things right, a excavator had to go out twice after digging the wrong size when they new what size my house was going to be and they charged me more and screwed me on that. The footers where in wrong and I caught them on camera not doing anything but chit chatting and fixing there truck, lovely. I would never suggest anyone to use them, good thing I was able to find a new company that fixed the huge whole that was on my lot and they fixed that and brought my home and did everything in 4-5 weeks. Make sure you have everything thing in writing from this company Incase you have to get the State involved gladly I did and was able to get half of my money back which should of been more but that is better then nothing. Don't be fooled by this company! I know of someone else who went through the same thing as I did took her 9 months to her home done. I was told my home would be ready in 30 days after it was offline and that was August 2019 and it was March/April and still nothing from this so called company. But glad i did not have to deal with them anymore. If your in the same situation call the State and file a complaint also with the BBB. Wish the State would take there license away so people do not have to go through this and wait so long! read more
