Even after three weeks, my gel mani stayed resilient to chips and fading! Here's a picture to prove it! Also, the selection of colors and brands is outstanding. Whether it's regular, magnetic, dip- they have it all. I got the blue cat eye with a glitter coat on top creating a galaxy effect! The technician is so detailed and gentle with my extremely dry cuticles. And the table has a uv light installed underneath so that the technician doesn't have to keep moving around the portable uv light and you can put your hands in yourself. Definitely saves time! Our pedis were amazing, they don't use drills or heavy cutters - they FILE along your nailbed and let the file do the job. Cleaning up the nail itself and the cuticles. I purchased their Yelp deal ($100 for $120) for my mom. She made an appointment on a day where she had a wedding to attend later in the day. When she arrived there they refused to honor the deal and was extremely RUDE to my mom. She stated the business did not receive a check from Yelp (???) for the deal but then ALSO stated they stopped paying Yelp the monthly fee they owed them for the deals (well obviously if you stop paying what you owe they probably will take the money from the deals!!!!! HELLO!) Then she said because they had taken up the time talking about the deal and getting in touch with Yelp would take so long the next appointment would be soon and they now no longer had time for her appointment. wtf. I spoke with her on the phone while she gave me a 15 min run down on their history with yelp (unprovoked) and how she had wanted to cancel the deal but forgotten or couldn't and now she would call them to cancel the deal because they no longer wanted it. I purchased the deal in April/May 2021 and it stated we had one year to use it. In that entire time the deal had still been on their yelp page and it's STILL currently being offered. I asked even if you do not want to offer the deal (because it's just $20 extra and I get it COVID) if my mom could just use the $100 I paid towards her service and she still refused because she said she had to speak with Yelp and would do so IF and when she had time as she sauntered back to her coworker for more gossip. She said once she did she may call back to set another appointment. WHY WOULD SHE GO BACK?! Ya nuts lady. Terrible customer service. Definitely do not recommend when there are so many other businesses that do not involve you in their drama with Yelp. UPDATE: Just called and spoke with someone from Yelp (SURPRISE! it only took a minute!) and they said they would issue a refund. They also said the deal is offered by the business and they just have to click a button in their own account to remove the offer from their page and they cannot access any business page to do it for them. The lady repeatedly told me Yelp was in charge of removing the offer. Lie. She also told me calling and dealing with Yelp would take forever. Lie again. read more

I have called over a dozen times and can't get anyone to answer (I've called at all hours during their open hours), emailed, and Facebook messaged and can't get a response. I made an appointment for Saturday on their website, but if I don't get confirmation by lunchtime tomorrow, I'm going to cancel it because they obviously don't check anything. The Salon was modern and welcoming. Kim , one of the owners was informative and friendly. My daughter and I had a Groupon for Manni Peddi and we were pampered. They spent approx. 45 minutes on my feet and another 40 on my hands. This was NOT those corner salons where they rush you out in 20 minutes. I have been to several salons and none of those come close. I AM telling everyone I know how GREAT this place was. The nail tech used bad glue that did not stick with the nail tips and After 3 days a nail popped off. I didn't even feel it, so lets me know it wasn't securely glued on. I was there for an 1 1/2 hours while the tech kept having issues with this cheap glue. Besides that the shape and color of my nails were nice. I highly recommend this salon, especially for pedicures. Being a diabetic, I have to be real careful with my feet. I was going to a podiatrist to cut my toe nails and he was charging me $75. I came here for a pedicure, they soaked my feet in warm water, cut my nails, put paraffin on the bottom of my feet to soften and remove dry, hard skin and got a foot massage, all for $25. Great job! All diabetics and especially Men should come here for the pedicures, its proper foot care at an economical price. read more

My wife made an appointment for a haircut and highlight. She is usually uneasy when trying new salon because she is particular with what she wants. Fortunately, hairstylist, Chaiky, is gentle and very good at listening to my wife. My wife is so happy with her new look - I think she looks fantastic! I had long neglected my hands and feet. I needed a full gel set and a pedi, desperately! I had been very dissatisfied with previous nail salons. I'm extremely busy with my hands and like gel because they seem to stay on longer without any breaking. I looked through Yelp and stumbled across them, called made an appointment and was able to get in later that day. I have to say I have never been happier I happened to just mention that I use my hands a lot and am hard on my nails she immediately took notice of my comment and made sure to make my nails a bit thicker than normal but they still came out looking flawless and natural. And considering what I was giving her to work with night and day. I never felt rushed and during my appointment I witnessed these poor women deal with the most troublesome client in regards to color. They must've changed this women's nail polish three times for her to decide ultimately go with the first one they suggest to her and they never once seemed annoyed by her, even though I was. I will without a doubt be a repeat customer from now on. If you're even wondering if you should give them a try, you have to! Absolutely amazing women and an amazing job. read more

Came in on a Groupon for Acrylics. I added a pedicure. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Not only did they upgrade my acrylics to gel without a charge but they gave me a promotional discount on the pedicure that I wasn't expecting. I've never done gel nails and they explained everything and answered all my questions. They made sure I was happy with everything. My mother and I went in for a mani/pedi and both of us were very pleased with the service, especially their extra attention to detail and care. A few days later, I returned to get my hair done by Chaiky who, during my nail session, I had spoken to about fixing/recoloring my hair. I had gone to another salon where they did a very poor job and despite trying to fix it, failed. Having Asian hair, I understand that it's very challenging to manipulate the color. Chaiky listened to my wishes and gave her utmost best effort to achieve it. It took a total of three sessions but each time she patiently and tirelessly worked on my stubborn hair. The first session consisted of her color correcting my hair (removing the toner that the previous salon applied), and then began the process of relifting my hair so it would take the toner properly. Then we spent a good deal of time discussing how she'd go about achieving what I wanted. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain each step. I was asked to return because she didn't have the proper color toner I wanted. When I arrived for the second session, she did balayage and ombré, but due to the brassy tone of my bleached hair, the toners still didn't take properly. Even though it turned out great, Chaiky knew what I wanted to achieve and therefore wouldn't settle. She invited me back the next day, and when I arrived, she showed me the sample hair colorings she did with three new products to see which I would like best. After deciding, she worked an additional 6 hours on my hair- color correcting, lifting again, and retoning - to give me the desired outcome! Even though the shop had closed up, she stayed an additional 3+ hours to finish. Not only were the prices reasonably set, she didn't charge me extra to fix my hair- even with all those additional hours and supplies. I truly appreciate how dedicated she was because the best feeling is to walk out of a salon feeling like satisfied! Thank you 3SistersSalon! I'll be back! read more

been to this place numerous times for manis and pedis. the girls are all very friendly and good at what they do. i've had all of them do my nails and no complaints at all. no chip lasted a month every time!!! they actually have conversations with you and don't just ignore you the entire time. place is very clean definitely recommend coming here. i've used the maximum for groupon so have to pay full price now but it is definitely worth it. read more
