Can't believe I spent so much for such poor quality. Dip manicure is gloopy, messy, and a cuticle was cut by the horrible e-file. Pedicure wasn't allowed to dry long enough and rubbed off. Requested style I had asked for my own nails no chip cat eye type they charged me extra for a nail they had to fix. Fine. But all my nails were different design and not as I showed them the picture. They didn't even file them to look nice where they all look the same Specialties I went due to my birthday brought my mom and sister more than 200 worth for a horrible experience where the ladies where starring and talking shit. Made us feel very uncomfortable and they don't even try to play it off they stare at you all weird. I was so happy when i saw this place opened so close to me. Its very convenient and they had some waxing services. I have been on the look out for my go to eyebrow waxing person. And so I did try their eyebrow waxing. It was $14. It was a bit higher than my regular which was only $10. Plus theres a sign that said they charge a convenience fee if you used a debit/credit card. I am kinda weird with my eyebrows. I never really give instructions for it. Some people just "get" how to shape it. And they unfortunately didnt. Now i'm not saying im not willing to try it again with a different person but I am undecided. I would be wiling to try other services tho. this won't be surprising to read based on others' reviews. Went for a pedicure, no appt. The place is huge so they can accommodate. The lady i got was rude and unpleasant. she shouldn't be doing this job. I knew about halfway that the way she applied polish was going to be a problem. Sure enough she wasn't good at it and it smudged. Instead of coming back, she went to another client and I had to wait til she was done. walked out never going back in. I don't need to pay for a service and rude people. read more

Cece did my nails, worst expierence I ever had, sloppy, painful, and rushed is a recipe for disaster when it comes to nails and Cece had all the ingredients. Nails came out looking like a slant rather than a square, the paint job was just as bad, the first request to fix it was ignored, the second one she replied "what do you want?" maybe a different nail tech. I didn't ask to change the shape because I didn't need any more scrapes/cuts on my cuticles I fixed them at home. I like this place, I don't like Cece's nails. read more

Wow, this salon is so beautiful inside! When you walk in, you'll notice right away the massive chandeliers and how bright and clean it is inside. I went with my daughter on a Saturday night without an appointment. There was zero wait, and they were able to get started on us right away. The salon offers complimentary beverages. My daughter got a lemonade, and I got a bottle of water. They also have coffee, tea, coke products, and slushees! The woman who helped my daughter was so sweet with her. I got the classic pedi ($35), and my daughter also got a kids' pedi ($25). The kids' pedi is a little pricey compared to other salons, but they did such a nice job, so I think it's worth the price. We were in and out of the salon in less than an hour! I'll definitely be going back! read more

Customer service was very disappointing. The front desk receptionist was rude and disrespectful. I called to reschedule my appointment, and she told me I couldn't do that. She said I had to either show up for the appointment or call in advance to check if the nail tech was available. If I could, I would give zero stars for that receptionist. The salon is clean and my technician was very nice but the pedicure and manicure were average, if not below. My technician seemed inexperienced. This salon has premium priced services but not a premium experience. I got the $45 pedicure that claimed "extended massage". I received no (zero) foot massage. Just a minute or so on my calves but that was it. So much competition for nail salons in the area... I hope they up their game or likely will not last. read more

My no chip peeled out the same day I had it done. I was going on vacation the next day, I went on vacation with one nailed peeled off. When. I came back I came back to the place, they were very rude and made me wait and wanted me to know the color I had on. I didn't know the color and I had to wait a long time and they were very rude. Never coming back There are so many places for your nails you would think they would take care of their customers. I got a no chip manicure and had to file my nails smooth when I got home. There was polish on my toes from the pedicure.

I believe I experienced unsafe and harmful practices. Instead of properly soaking off my existing nails, the technician used a plastic nail to forcibly slide under my no chip manicure, ripping it off. I could visibly see remnants of my natural nail on the removed pieces- now I have severe damage, and my fingers under the nails they applied are sore. My nails were also over drill-buffed to the point of discomfort, any further, it would've ended up on flesh. I have been here before and did not experience this. To top things off. I was charged an additional $5 for a shape. Last time I was here they charged an extra $5 to trim my nails before a fill. They tack on what they want. Misleading. read more

I have been going here since they opened. The place is clean and very large and well staffed. However, they have begun charging to REMOVE gel polish and/or dip before beginning and charging for a fresh no chip or dip. They charged this three weeks ago as well, but I thought maybe I misunderstood the charges as I had my daughter with me. NOPE!? I've never heard of charging for removal AND a fresh coat. They are insanely overpriced, terrible, terrible customer service, clearly only there to make a buck and don't even provide good service. I literally just paid $35 to have my no chip removed from my hands, and a polish change on my toes. $15 alone was just to remove the no chip. I've been to this location a few times and the first couple times were pleasant. However I went again this week and the nail tech cut me pretty deep in my pinky and said nothing just continued on with the service as if nothing had happened. I was looking out the window and felt an intense burning in my pinky and looked down and saw blood. She put some sort of white fluid on which made it burn even more and blotted a few times and every layer of nail polish and the warm gel machine intensified the burning sensation. I was in shock and said nothing except for when I went up to pay I had mentioned to the young lady and gentlemen at the desk that I had been cut and neither apologized or asked if I was ok. And so I just paid and left! Never have experienced a service like this in my life, I don't feel I should have been charged especially getting injured at this salon but it would have been nice to at least see that they were somewhat concerned! read more

I called the salon and asked how much my nails would cost. The lady on the phone said $55. I go in there. I booked a 5pm appointment, and they started doing them at 5:30. They are uneven and crooked. The letter k that I got written on my nails is in the middle, which isn't what I wanted. And the k doesn't even look good. I get charged $71. The lady on the phone said $55. As a teenager they gave me 0 respect. Even as just a human. I speak to my mother about this, she calls the salon and she said the exact manicure or whatever I got, the lady on the phone said $48. Get your prices right! I even checked the website and it also said $55. As a customer the producer should be listening, the customers advice should be heard to make your company better. This is the worst place I have ever been too! My nail got infected because of them they don't clean their tools! They didn't let me know that my nail had gotten black! I had to stop the service because no one told me anything I saw it myself and they still wanted to put color on my nails knowing it was infected! On top of that I had gotten waxed by one of the girls there and she was dipping the same stick she waxed me with multiple times into the wax theses are different days I had done this I can't imagine how many people they have used the same wax with disgusting and on top of that, I didn't even get any color the girl just removed my color and on top of that they charged me more than they told me to pay for my nails! This is the second time I had gone to them and this time was just ridiculous and the way they treated me was even worse to the point where I had to call the cops because the manager was mad that I didn't want to pay! The owner is very disrespectful couldn't even offer a discount or anything she was just worried about getting her money! And FYI your nail tech didn't tell me about my foot I told her about my foot there was never a discount offered I'm in the beauty industry and I know how things work. Everything in that salon is done wrong if you're looking to get a fungi toe and have someone use the same stick they waxed someone else with this is the place also if your looking to get ripped off the manager is great at doing that and she doesn't care! Pedicure with Ruby was one of the most relaxing pedicures I have had! Could have fallen asleep.

I have been coming here since they opened. This is the first nail salon that has explained what is best for my nails, which is incredible because a lot of previous salons did not, and I would get an infection. I have had different nail techs, and they are all so nice and remember me when I come and say hello! It is nice going somewhere, and being able to relax. Prices are standard, they are not overpriced or underpriced. I keep coming here because it really is a nice little break every few weeks! read more
